Claims (1)
- 遮光容器の中に、外部に開口する入口と出口を
備えた測定セルを収容し、上記測定セルの入口と
出口にそれらを開放、密閉させる回転円板を設け
、この測定セルの周囲に、プランクトンに蛍光を
発生させるための光源と、上記測定セルの入口と
出口の密閉時のみに蛍光強度を測定する光検出器
を配設したことを特徴とするプランクトン測定器
。
