光軸、２１は治具ベース、２３ａは受光板Ａ、２
３ｂは目盛、２５は受光板Ｂ、２５ａは目盛であ
る。なお、図中同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を
示す。

- レーザ光線の光軸調整のため、この光軸の位置
を計測するようにした装置において、スライド機
構及び光のズレ量確認目盛を備えたことを特徴と
する光軸計測治具。
