、金型に対する設備投資が欠かせないという問題がある
ほか、金型での成形では湾曲形状が一定のものしか製作
できないため1個性ある製品づくりが出来ないという問

して所望形状に屈曲させて該側胴部材の両側縁を表板お
よび裏板の内面に夫々接着することを特徴としたギター

クギターについて説明する。先ず、第1図に示したよう

該紙1部面に厚さ5IIIl程の剛性なる板材2を貼着
する。そしてこれを鋸盤にかけて該板材2だけに幅21
程の平行な断裁溝3.3・・・・を形成する。該断裁溝

に示されるように0部およびd部にて511II11程
に間隔を密ならしめてもよい。こうして断裁溝3,3・
・・・を形成したものを該断裁溝3,3・・・・と直交
する方向に切断して一定幅(5c■〜10c+o程)の
可撓性側胴部材4を形成する。しかしてこの側胴部材4
の一対を第3図、第4図に示したように板材2を内側と
して屈曲させその両端をディルブロック5.ヘツドブロ
ツク6を内側に配して接合する。この際側胴部材4は所
望形状に自由に屈曲できるので需要者の好みに応じた曲
線形状が採れ、殊に断裁溝を密に形成した0部およびd
部は無理なくその曲率を大きく出来るので一層自山な形
状を採り得る。こう゛して側胴部材4の形状が決まった
ところでその平面形状に合わせて表板7および裏板8の
外形を切りぬき、該側胴部材4の両側縁に接着剤を塗布
して表板7および裏板8を貼り合わせる。そしてヘッド

間隔にて多数の平行な断裁溝を形成し、該板材および可
撓性シートを前記断裁溝と直交方向に切断して一定幅の
可撓性側胴部材を形成し、該側胴部材を前記板材を内側
として所望形状に屈曲させて該側胴部材の両側縁を表板
および裏板の内面に夫々接着することを特徴としたギタ
