本発明はこのような点に鑑み為されたものであリ、その
目的とするところは着脱類の娯りな押し込みによるアタ
ッチメントの外れを防止することができるヘアカール器

ックを操作する着脱類を配置して、着脱類におけるアタ
ッチメントに対するフックの係止解除位置を、本体外面
からの高さが突条よりも低い位置としていることに特徴
を有して、着脱類の不用意な押し込み撹作は突条によっ
て妨げられるようにしたものである。
以下本発明を図示実施例に基づいて詳述すると、このヘ
アカール器は、第７図乃至第９図に示すように、温風乃
至冷風を送るための送風装置やスイッチ５ｌ−Ｓ２、通
電表示ランプＬ等が設けられているとともに電源コード
９０が引き出されでいるグリップを兼ねた本体Ａと、ロ
ールブラシ型をした毛髪巻き付は部としてのアタッチメ
ントＢ１と、ブラシ型をしたアタッチメントＢ２とで構
成されており、これらアタッチメン）Ｂｌ、Ｂ２は本体
Ａに対して選択的に着脱自在とされている。
本体Ａは、円筒状ハウジング５０の電源フード９０の引
き出し側である後部内に、モータＭとこのモータＭの外
周に位置する整流翼Ｓ及びモータＭによって駆動される
７７ンＦからなる送風装置を収容するともに、前部内に
保護枠５４で囲んだヒータブロックＨを配°したもので
、ハウジング５０の前端にはジャック７０を備えて口金
６８が装着された小径筒部５１が設けられており、この
小径ｆｉＩ９５１の先端面に口金６８と一体の網体が配
された送風口１８が開口している０本体Ａ外面に設けた
スイッチＳＩは電源スィッチとしてｍ能するとともに、
モータＭとヒータブロックＨとの通電を制御し、スイッ
チＳ２は後述するアタッチメン）Ｂ、、８２側の加熱手
段３の通電を制御する。
本体Ａに設けられた上記送風装置は、本体Ａ後端部に形
成された吸入口１９かち取り入れた空気を送風口１８か
ら吐出させる。ヒータブロックＨに通電されている時に
は、送風口１８から温風を吐出させる。
上記二種のアタッチメントＢＩｔＢ２のうちのロールブ
ラシ型のアタッチメントＢ１について第８図に基づき簡
単に説明すると、これは本体Ａの口金６８が取り付けら
れた上記小径筒部５１に連結される基台１と、基台１に
よって一端が支持される円筒状の支持体２と、支持体２
の先端開口に配される固定板１６、上記支持体２の外周
面に基端が支持されるブリスル６とからなるもので、ス
チーム発生手段が取り付けられている。
基台１は大径の筒部１０ａと小径の筒部１０ｂとが軸方
向に開隔をおいた状態でリブ１０ｃによって連結された
形状となっており、その大径の筒部１０ａ内にプラグ受
け１３が形成されている。支持体２は円筒状で後端が小
径の筒部１０ｂにビス止めされるものとして熱良導体で
形成されたもので、この支持体２にはブリスル６の列間
においてスチームを噴出させるためのスチーム孔が開口
しており、その先ｉ部にはリング状の固定板１６がビス
止めされている。
スチーム発生手段は、上記円筒状の支持体２内に配設さ
れる加熱手段３と、この加熱手段３の表面に液体（水）
を供給する液体供給手段４とからなるもので、加熱手段
３は熱良導体からなるホルダー３０と、このホルダー３
０内に収納されるくさび状のヒータ３３とから構成され
ている。
ここにおけるホルダー３０は先端部がくさび状に、後端
部が円筒状に形成されており、ヒータ３３はホルダー３
０のく５１部内に収納されている。
尚、二のヒータ３３は正特性サーミスタを発熱部材とし
ているもので、ホルダー３０の円筒部内に固定される固
定板３８とヒータ３３との闇に配された圧縮ばね３９に
よりで、ヒータ３３はホルダー３０内に押し込まれてい
る。
このように構成された加熱手段３は、前述のように支持
体２内に収納され、ヒータ３３から導出されたり−ド＠
７６．７６には上記プラグ受け１３で支持されるプラグ
７５が接続される。
液体供給手段４はタンクケース４１と、このタンクケー
ス４１における開口部に着脱自在とされた円筒状の筒部
４２、そして筒部４２に配設された吸水体４４とから構
成されたもので、タンクケース４１には内圧調整用の弁
４３が設けられており、前記固定板１６中央の開口部を
通じて支持体２の先端開口内に筒部４２を差し込んだ時
、一端側をタンクケース４１内に位置させているととも
に筒部４２の先端面に形成されたｖ字状の切欠の内面に
他ｉ部を位置させている吸水体４４は、ヒータ３３にお
けるくさび状のホルダー３０の外面に接触する。
図中２８は結露水の吸収用の吸水体、４５は液体供給手
段４の筒部４２と支持体２内面との間のスチームシール
用のシールである。
水が充填された液体供給手段４を取り付けた状態で加熱
手段３におけるヒータ３３に通電すれば、筒部２２の先
＃１部を支持部２０内に差し込んだ状態では、上記吸水
体４４は加熱子Ｆｆｆｉ ３におけるホルダー３０の共
に傾斜した側面に接触していることから、吸水体４４で
保持されていた水分は加熱手段３による加熱を受けてス
チームとなり、スチーム孔から噴出する。
上述のように構成されたアタッチメントＢ１は、基台１
における大径の筒部１０ａを本体Ａの小径筒部５１に被
せるとともに、本体Ａに設けられた着脱類５２の７フク
５３を、大径の筒部１０ａ内面に設けられている係止Ｉ
！１１１０ｄに係止することによって、本体Ａに連結さ
れる。＊た、この時にはアタッチメン） Ｂ’、側のプ
ラグ７５が本体Ａ側のジャック７０に接続されて、ヒー
タ３３と本体Ａ側との電気的接続がなされる。送風手段
による送風は、大径の１ｉｌＯａと小径の筒部１０ｂと
の間に開口する吐風口１４から吐出される。
尚、他方の７タツチメン）Ｂ２についての説明は省略す
るが、基台１を本体Ａの小径筒部５１に被せて、フック
５３で係止する点については、アタッチメントＢｌと同
じである。また、ここにおける本体Ａは、アタッチメン
）Ｂ、、Ｂ２を取り付けない状態では単なるヘアドライ
ヤーとして機能する。
さて、本体Ａに設けた着脱類５２であるが、これはフッ
ク５３が一体に形成されるとともに、ハウジング５０の
外面から突出する方向にばね５４で付勢されたものであ
り、ハウジング５０におけるスイッチＳ ＋−Ｓ ｚが
設けられたところと反対側の面に配設されているととも
に、第１図乃至第３図から明らかなように、ハウジング
５０の外周を囲む環状の突条５６に形成された切り欠き
５７内に配設されている。
ここにおける環状の突条５６は、＠４図及び第５図に示
すように、ハウジング５０に形成された環状の凹溝５９
内にＣ字形のリング６０を配設することによって形成さ
れるものであって、リング６０は！！ｌｆｆ５９に形成
された嵌合孔６４，６５．６６に内周面から突設したフ
ック６１，６２．６３を係止することで、ハウジング５
０に取り付けられ、デザイン上のアクセントとしても機
能するとともに、二つ割りで形成されているハウジング
５０を連結する機能も果たす。
そして、着脱類５２は、アタッチメントＢ、Ｂ２の基台
１にフック５３を係止させた状態においては、第１図及
び第６図に示すように、突条５６よりもわずかに突出し
た状態にあり、第２図及び第６図に示すように、フック
５３による基台１の係止を解除するには、突条５６より
も更に低くなるところまで着脱類５２を押し込まなくて
ならないようにしである。
突条５６の存在によって、着脱類５２の不用意な押し込
み操作が妨げられているわけであり、スイッチＳ 、、
Ｓ 、と反対側の面に着脱類５２を配置していることも
あって、誤って着脱類５２を操作してアタッチメントＢ
、、Ｂ、が外れてしまうようなことは殆どないものであ
る。
ｒ発明の効果】
以上のように本発明においては、アタッチメントの着脱
のための着脱類が本体外周を囲んでいる突条の切り欠き
内にあり、しかも突条よりも低くなるところまで着脱類
を押し込まなくてはアタッチメントに対するフックの係
止が解除されないために、落下させた際に着脱釦が押さ
れてアタッチメントが外れてしまうというようなことが
ないのはもちろん、スイッチ等と間違えて不用意に着脱
釦を押し込んでフックによる係止を解除してしまうよう
