Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 硬質焼結体1層もしくは焼結炭化物の層の
上面に直接又は中間層を介して接合された硬質焼
結体の層を有する2層もしくは3層から成る複合
硬質焼結体単体からなり、硬質焼結体の層の上面
をすくい面、硬質焼結体の厚み方向を逃げ面とす
る三角形、四角形、菱形等のスローアウエイチツ
プに於いて、該スローアウエイチツプのすくい面
と各逃げ面とのなす角度が各辺部では90°、刃
先のR部近傍で90°未満であることを特徴とす
るスローアウエイチツプ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のスロ
ーアウエイチツプにおいて、すくい面と逃げ面と
のなす角度が90°である各辺部の逃げ面の状態
が放電加工もしくはワイヤー放電加工で加工され
たままの面の状態であり、かつすくい面と逃げ面
とのなす角度が90°未満の刃先R部近傍の逃げ
面の状態が研削加工された面である事を特徴とす
るスローアウエイチツプ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項及び第2項
記載のスローアウエイチツプに於いて、すくい面
と逃げ面とのなす角度が90°未満の位置が、刃
先R部全周のみ、もしくは刃先のR部全周及び刃
先R部と辺部の直線が接する点から辺部の直線方
向に3mm以下の範囲内であることを特徴とするス
ローアウエイチツプ。 (4) 上記硬質焼結体がダイヤモンドを主成分と
するダイヤモンド焼結体である事を特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項乃至第3項記載のス
ローアウエイチツプ。 (5) 上記硬質焼結体が高圧相型窒化硼素を主成
分とする高圧相型窒化硼素焼結体であることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項乃至第3
項記載のスローアウエイチツプ。
