記管内電極が電気的に接続され他端部に管外導線
が接続された貫通導体とを具備する電子管の電極
リード取出し構造において、 上記絶縁筒の管外端部の上記貫通導体が通る部
分に凹部が設けられ、この凹部内で前記貫通導体
が該絶縁筒に真空気密に接合されるとともに該貫
通導体と上記管外導線とが該凹部内で接続されて
おり、この凹部に絶縁樹脂が充填され、且つこの
絶縁樹脂および上記絶縁筒端部が絶縁キヤツプに
より覆われ、この絶縁キヤツプの一部を通して上
記管外導線が外部に引出されてなることを特徴と
