Claims (14)
- 互いに平行な第1列と第2列に配置される複数の電池セルと、
前記電池セルを収容するホルダーと、
前記第1列と前記第2列に対応配置され、前記電池セルの電極端子に溶接されるタブ部材と、を含み、
前記タブ部材は、
前記第1列と前記第2列との間に配置される本体部と、
前記本体部に接続され、前記第1列に配置され、前記第1列の前記電極端子に第1タブで接続する第1ネック部と、
前記本体部に接続され、前記第2列に配置され、前記第2列の前記電極端子に第2タブで接続する第2ネック部と、を含み、
前記第1ネック部及び前記第2ネック部は、前記本体の外側に向かって突出し、前記第1タブ及び前記第2タブは、互いに対向する方向に突出する、
電池モジュール。 - 前記第1ネック部は、
電気的に接続する一対の前記第1タブを備え、
一対の前記第1タブは、
前記第1列方向に配置される2つの前記電池セルそれぞれの前記電極端子に溶接され、電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1ネック部は、
前記第1列方向に配置される2つの前記電池セルの間に配置され、
一対の前記第1タブは、
前記第1ネック部に接続され、2つの前記電池セルそれぞれの電極端子に接続する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第2ネック部は、
電気的に接続する一対の前記第2タブを備え、
一対の前記第2タブは、
前記第2列方向に配置される2つの前記電池セルそれぞれの前記電極端子に溶接され、電気的に接続される、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第2ネック部は、
前記第2列方向で前記第2列方向に配置される2つの前記電池セルの間に配置され、
一対の前記第2タブは、
前記第2ネック部に接続され、前記第2列方向に配置される2つの前記電池セルそれぞれの前記電極端子に接続される、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルは、円筒形の電池であり、
前記第1列に配置される前記電池セルの軸方向中心と、前記第2列に配置される前記電池セルの軸方向中心は、
前記第1列と前記第2列に交差する方向で互いにずれて配置され、
前記第1列と前記第2列の端に配置される2つの前記電池セルの側面は、
前記第1列と前記第2列の配置方向にずれる角度を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記タブ部材は、
前記第1列と前記第2列との間に配置される前記本体部、および
2つの前記電池セルの側面と交差する方向に延び、前記本体部の端に接続され、前記側面から下向き凸状の断面で形成される折曲部を含む、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記折曲部は、曲率半径を有し、
前記曲率半径の上端折曲開始点は、
前記電池セルの軸方向両端に形成されるラウンド部の対角線の上方に配置される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記折曲部は、曲率半径を有し、
前記曲率半径の上端折曲開始点は、
前記電池セルの軸方向両端に形成されるラウンド部の上方に配置される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記折曲部は、前記電池セルの前記側面に向かって凸状の側方凸面をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記折曲部は、前記側面から下向き凸状の曲線断面(U)で形成される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記折曲部は、前記側面から下向き凸状の角ばっている断面(V)で形成される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1タブの接続構造は、
前記電極端子に2つで溶接され、折り曲げられて高さ方向に延びる第11接続、
続いて前記第1列に直交する方向に延びる第12接続、および
続いて前記第1ネック部に接続するように前記第1列方向に延びる第13接続を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第2タブの接続構造は、
前記電極端子に2つで溶接され、折り曲げられて高さ方向に延びる第21接続、
続いて前記第2列に直交する方向に延びる第22接続、および
続いて前記第2ネック部に接続するように前記第2列方向に延びる第23接続を含む、請求項13に記載の電池モジュール。
