Description

鉄道車両などの車両システムは、乗客の輸送および/または貨物の輸送の両方に利用される。鉄道車両は、典型的には、鉄道に沿って走行するために機械的に、論理的に、仮想的になど、互いに結合され得る多数の車両を含む車両システムである。車両システム内の車両は、独自の車輪セットおよび任意選択的に対応する車軸を含む。機関車などのいくつかの車両は、車軸に動力を提供するための牽引モータを含み、他の車両は、車輪がそれに応じて回転しながら鉄道に沿って押されるか、または引かれるだけである。そのような鉄道車両は、鉄道システムの多数の軌道に沿って進行し、複数の鉄道車両は、いずれかの時点で鉄道システムを利用する。
Claims (3)
- 監視される特性としての、車両の構成要素の振動特性、流体特性及び温度特性を、決定する段階と、
該車両の該構成要素の前記振動特性、前記流体特性及び前記温度特性を、予想される特性として、前記車両の速度、該車両の車軸に及ぼされるトルク、周囲温度、又は、該車両が移動している経路の特性に基づいて、計算する段階と、
決定された前記振動特性、前記流体特性及び前記温度特性が、それぞれ、計算された前記振動特性、前記流体特性及び前記温度特性から逸脱しているかどうかを決定する段階と、
決定された前記振動特性、前記流体特性又は前記温度特性が、それぞれ、計算された前記振動特性、前記流体特性又は前記温度特性から逸脱している場合に、前記車両の車軸に対する健全性スコアを決定する段階と、
前記健全性スコアが、ロックされる車軸が生じる所定の確率を示す場合に、1又はそれ以上の応答アクションを実施する段階と、
を含む方法であって、
実施される前記1又はそれ以上の応答アクションが、
運転者にアラートを送信すること、
前記車両の移動を停止させること、
該車両の移動を減速させること、
該車両が修理されるまで、該車両の走行を防止すること、及び、
1つ以上の構成要素の点検をスケジュールすること、
のうちの1又はそれ以上を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記アラートが、視覚メッセージ、聴覚メッセージ、聴覚音、及び/又は、点滅ライトを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記健全性スコアが、ルックアップテーブル、決定木、アルゴリズム、数学的関数、及び/又は、数学的モデルにより、決定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
