Claims (10)
- バッテリーセルを備えたセルアセンブリと、
前記セルアセンブリを収容し、一側にコネクタ装着口を備えるモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの内部に備えられる回路基板に接続され、前記コネクタ装着口を介して少なくとも一部分が前記モジュールケースの外側に露出するコネクタ組立体と、を含み、
前記コネクタ組立体は、
内側にコネクタピンを備え、前記コネクタ装着口の外に少なくとも一部分が露出するコネクタハウジングと、
金属材料から形成され、前記モジュールケースの内部で前記コネクタハウジングの周囲を取り囲む難燃ブロックと、を含み、
前記難燃ブロックは、前記モジュールケースの内部に向かう面にセラミック微粒子を含むコーティング層を備える、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記難燃ブロックはアルミニウムからなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記難燃ブロックは、前記アルミニウムからなる層の厚さが3mm~10mmの範囲内にありかつ前記コーティング層の厚さが0.1mm~1mmの範囲内にあるように、設けられる、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記コネクタハウジングは、
前記コネクタ装着口の外側に少なくとも一部が露出する第1ハウジングと、前記第1ハウジングの内部に少なくとも一部が介在される第2ハウジングと、を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記難燃ブロックの下面とは反対の難燃ブロックの上面に配置され、前記第1ハウジングの外周を取り囲むように設けられたシールガスケットと、
前記第1ハウジングを通過して前記シールガスケットの上部に配置される固定板と、を含み、
前記固定板、前記シールガスケット及び前記難燃ブロックは、締結部材によって一体に固定結合される、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースは、
前記セルアセンブリを内部に収容できる四角管状に設けられたメインハウジングと、
前記メインハウジングの前方及び後方をカバーするように設けられた前方カバー及び後方カバーと、を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記コネクタ装着口は前記前方カバーに備えられ、
前記メインハウジングは、前記セルアセンブリの上部をカバーするトッププレートと、前記セルアセンブリの下部をカバーするボトムプレートと、前記セルアセンブリの両側面部をカバーする左側サイドプレート及び右側サイドプレートと、を含み、
前記トッププレートは、前記バッテリーセルの発火時にガスを排出するためのベント孔を備える、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 電気絶縁性の材料からなり、前記セルアセンブリの上部と前記トッププレートとの間に備えられる絶縁カバープレートを含み、
前記絶縁カバープレートは、1つ以上の切断線を備え、前記切断線に沿って所定の形状に切断するか又は切り込まれており、
前記切断線は、前記ベント孔と対応する位置に設けられる、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記切断線は、アーク(arc)状又はC字状である、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
