Claims (17)
- 端壁および前記端壁を取り囲む側壁を含む筐体であって、前記側壁の前記端壁から離れた一側に開口部が形成され、前記側壁が、前記開口部の近くに形成され、前記筐体の内部に向かって凹んだ凹部と、前記凹部と前記端壁の間で延伸する本体部と、前記凹部と前記本体部の間の移行部とを含む前記筐体と、
前記開口部側に配置され、前記開口部を封止するエンドキャップと、
前記筐体内に配置され、前記開口部に面する一側に第1タブが配置された電極アセンブリと、
前記第1タブに電気接続される集電体と、前記凹部と前記電極アセンブリの間に配置された筐体接続部とを含む集電部品と、
を含み、前記筐体接続部が、前記本体部に溶接され、
前記本体部が、一定断面構造を有する二次電池。 - 前記筐体接続部が、前記凹部に向かって延伸する湾曲部を含み、前記湾曲部が、前記本体部および/または前記移行部に当接して溶接された請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記湾曲部と前記本体部の間に夾角が形成され、前記夾角が、0°~60°の範囲である請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記筐体接続部が、さらに、折り縁部を含み、前記折り縁部が、前記湾曲部に接続され、前記筐体の前記内部に向かって曲げられた請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記筐体接続部が、前記集電体の外周に配置され、前記筐体接続部が、前記電極アセンブリ側に向かって凹んだ溝を含み、前記溝が、溝底壁と、前記溝底壁の両側に接続された外溝壁および内溝壁とを含み、前記外溝壁が、前記湾曲部に接続され、前記内溝壁が、前記集電体に接続された請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池の高さ方向に沿って、前記集電体と前記内溝壁との正投影が、前記第1タブを覆う請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池の高さ方向に沿って、前記第1タブが、前記集電部品から離れた一側に向かって凹んだ窪みを含み、前記溝の前記溝底壁が、前記窪みに当接する請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記内溝壁と前記溝底壁の間の夾角が、鈍角である請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池の高さ方向に沿って、前記湾曲部が前記本体部に当接する位置と前記溝底壁の前記電極アセンブリ側に面する外表面との間の距離が、dであり、0.3mm≦d≦2.5mmである請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池の半径方向に沿って、前記溝の幅が、W1であり、前記凹部の径方向の深さが、W2であり、W1≦0.7W2である請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池の高さ方向に沿って、前記集電体の前記電極アセンブリに面する一側と前記溝底壁の前記電極アセンブリに面する一側との間の距離が、h2であり、d≧0.5h2である請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記凹部が、前記凹部の前記二次電池の軸に近い一側で前記電極アセンブリ側に向かって曲げられた押圧部を含み、前記押圧部が、前記集電体に少なくとも部分的に当接した請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記凹部が、前記凹部の前記開口部から離れた一側に第1側壁を含み、前記第1側壁の前記開口部の中心から離れた一側が、前記移行部に接続され、前記二次電池の高さ方向に沿って、前記第1側壁の前記電極アセンブリに面する一側が前記移行部に接続する位置と前記押圧部が前記集電体に当接する位置の間の距離が、h1であり、0.1mm≦h1≦1mmである請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 複数の筐体接続部があり、前記複数の筐体接続部が、前記集電体の外周に間隔をあけて配置された請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電体が、前記集電体の前記電極アセンブリから離れた一側に引出部を含み、前記引出部が、前記エンドキャップに電気接続された請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池を含む電池アセンブリ。
- 請求項16に記載の電池アセンブリを含む電子機器。
