Description

<3>特許文献2のフェンスは、傾斜した地盤に沿って設置する場合、柵体の下方の地盤が直線状に傾斜していればよいが、そうでなく傾斜に沿った凹凸があると、柵体の下部と地盤との間に隙間が生じて、フェンスとしての機能を損なう。

<3>アンカー支柱とフェンス面材の2種類の部材の組み合わせで、様々な地形に対応可能であるため、部材の汎用性が高く、材料コストが安い。
<4>フェンス面材の貫入端を地盤に貫入して設置するため、地盤に傾斜に沿った凹凸があっても、フェンス面材の下部と地盤との間に隙間が生じない。

自在フェンス1は、複数のアンカー支柱10と、アンカー支柱10の間に展設するフェンス面材20と、を少なくとも備える。本例では、更に控え材30を備える。
自在フェンス1は、フェンス面材20を、アンカー支柱10の長軸周りに回動可能、かつ長軸に沿って摺動可能な構造に一つの特徴を有する。

The lower ends of the vertical wires 21 protrude downward beyond the lowermost row of horizontal wires 22 and form penetration ends 21a for penetrating into the ground.
Both ends of the cross wire 22 form loop ends 22 a for connection to the anchor post 10 .

横線材22の両端がリング状の構造ではなく、折り返したループ端22aであるため、例えば害獣がフェンス面材20に衝突した場合、ループ端22aが開くように弾性変形して衝撃を吸収することで、衝撃がアンカー支柱10に伝達してアンカー支柱10が変形したり傾いたりするのを防ぐことができる。
また、ループ端22aの先端を縦線材21で連結することで、受衝時にループ端22aが瞬間的に開いても、隣り合うフェンス面材20のループ端22a上の縦線材21が受衝側のループ端22aを外側から抑えることで、フェンス面材20がアンカー支柱10から離脱するのを防ぐことができる。
<3.1> Loop end (Fig. 2)

Since both ends of the horizontal wire 22 are not ring-shaped but are folded-over loop ends 22a, if, for example, a vermin collides with the fence panel 20, the loop ends 22a elastically deform to open and absorb the impact, thereby preventing the impact from being transmitted to the anchor post 10 and causing the anchor post 10 to deform or tilt.
Furthermore, by connecting the tips of the loop ends 22a with the vertical wire 21, even if the loop end 22a opens momentarily upon impact, the vertical wire 21 on the loop end 22a of the adjacent fence panel 20 holds down the loop end 22a on the impact-receiving side from the outside, preventing the fence panel 20 from coming off the anchor post 10.
<4>控え材

控え材30の頭部のフックをフェンス面材20の中央付近に係止して、先端を地盤に打ち込むことで、フェンス面材20と地盤とを連結して、フェンス面材20を面直交方向に補強する。
控え材30は、フェンス面材20の害獣側に配置するのが有効であるが、フェンス面材20の面方向両側に配置するとなお好適である。
なお、控え材30は、金属アンカーに限らず、他の棒状体、又はフェンス面材20と地盤とを連結するワイヤーロープ等の索状体であってもよい。

It should be noted that the bracing material 30 is not limited to a metal anchor, but may be another rod-shaped body, or a cord-shaped body such as a wire rope that connects the fence surface material 20 to the ground.

本発明のフェンス構造物Aは、フェンス面材20の片側のみにアンカー支柱10を打設した状態において、フェンス面材20の他側をアンカー支柱10を中心に回動し、自在フェンス1を自由な角度に曲折して延長できるため、設計の自由度が高い。また、立木や地盤の不陸など、設置場所の状況に応じてフェンス面材20の向きを現場で調整できるため、施工の自由度が高い。
<5> Fence structure (Fig. 3)

The fence structure A of the present invention has a high degree of freedom in design, because with the anchor post 10 driven into only one side of the fence surface material 20, the other side of the fence surface material 20 can be rotated around the anchor post 10, allowing the adjustable fence 1 to be bent and extended at any angle. In addition, the orientation of the fence surface material 20 can be adjusted on-site depending on the conditions of the installation site, such as standing trees or uneven ground, so there is a high degree of freedom in construction.
<6>傾斜地への設置(図4)

本例では、フェンス面材20として、平地用のフェンス面材20の1/4の幅のフェンス面材20を使用する。このように幅狭のフェンス面材20を用いることによって、傾斜が急であってもフェンス構造物Aを無理なく設置することができる。
また、本発明のフェンス構造物Aは、地盤に傾斜方向に沿った凹凸があっても、フェンス面材20の貫入端21aを地盤に貫入して設置するため、フェンス面材20の下部と地盤との間に隙間が生じない。
