Description

例1~6は、本発明によるコーティングされた物品の例である。この例は、機能層が2つの誘電体層及び1つの金属層を含む実施形態を示しているが、本発明によれば、追加の誘電体層及び/又は金属層が存在してもよい。さらに、例は、最上層が金属酸窒化物膜、金属窒化物膜、又は第2の保護膜のいずれかである実施形態を示しているが、追加の機能性コーティング及び/又は追加の保護層を、例に示される最上層の上に塗布し得ることが理解される。さらに、例ではガラスの1片の上のコーティングを示すが、このコーティングは合わせガラス、自動車用ガラス、断熱ガラスユニットなどに塗布できることが理解される。
基材は機能層でコーティングされる。基材はガラスであった。機能層は、基材の上に配設された第1の誘電体層、金属層、プライマー層、及び第2の誘電体層を含む。第1の誘電体層は、スズ酸亜鉛膜及び酸化亜鉛膜を含む。金属層は、第1の誘電体層の酸化亜鉛膜の上に配設される。金属層は連続した銀層である。プライマー層は金属層の上に配設され、第2の誘電体層はプライマー層の上に配設される。第2の誘電体層は、スズ酸亜鉛を含む。保護層は、機能層の第2の誘電体層の上に配設され、SiNと、SiN層の上に配設され、TiAlOを含む第2の保護層とを含む。すべての厚さは概算である。

Claims (18)
- 基材と、
前記基材の少なくとも一部の上に第1の機能層であって、前記基材の少なくとも一部の上に銀の層を含む第1の機能層と、
前記第1の機能層の少なくとも一部の直上にケイ素を含む金属酸窒化物の層と、
前記金属酸窒化物の層の少なくとも一部の上に、Ti、TiAl、酸化ケイ素、酸窒化ケイ素、TiO2、TiAlO、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む保護層と、
を含み、
ケイ素を含む前記金属酸窒化物の層が、前記第1の機能層に最も近い前記金属酸窒化物の層の一部が前記保護層に最も近い前記金属酸窒化物の層の一部よりも多い酸素の量を含む勾配層である、
コーティングされた物品。 - 前記第1の機能層が、前記基材と直接接触しているスズ酸亜鉛を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた物品。
- 前記第1の機能層が、前記基材の少なくとも一部の上に誘電体層と前記誘電体層の少なくとも一部の上に前記銀の層を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた物品。
- 前記銀の層の少なくとも一部の上と前記保護層の少なくとも一部の下にプライマー層をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のコーティングされた物品。
- 前記プライマー層が、チタン、ケイ素、二酸化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素、酸窒化ケイ素、ニッケルクロム合金、ジルコニウム、アルミニウム、コバルト及びクロムを含む合金、チタン及びアルミニウム、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項4に記載のコーティングされた物品。
- 前記プライマー層の少なくとも一部を、前記プライマー層が前記銀の層上に配設されてから酸化することによって、請求項5に記載のコーティングされた物品を製造する方法。
- 前記誘電体層が、酸化亜鉛又はスズ酸亜鉛を含む1つ以上の層を含む、請求項4に記載のコーティングされた物品。
- 前記第1の機能層の少なくとも1部の下と前記基材の少なくとも1部の上に第2の機能層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記保護層が前記金属酸窒化物の層の真上にある、請求項1に記載の物品。
- ガラス基材と、
前記ガラス基材の少なくとも一部の真上にスズ酸亜鉛の第1の層と、
前記スズ酸亜鉛の第1の層の少なくとも一部の真上に酸化亜鉛の層と、
前記酸化亜鉛の層の少なくとも一部の真上に銀の層と、
前記銀の層の少なくとも一部の上にケイ素を含む金属酸窒化物の層と、
前記金属酸窒化物の層の少なくとも一部の真上に保護層と、
を含み、
ケイ素を含む前記金属酸窒化物の層が、前記銀の層に最も近い前記金属酸窒化物の層の一部が前記保護層に最も近い前記金属窒化物の層の一部よりも多い酸素の量を含む勾配層である、
物品。 - 前記銀の層の少なくとも一部の上にプライマー層をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の物品。
- 前記プライマー層の少なくとも一部の真上に酸化亜鉛又はスズ酸亜鉛の第2の層をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の物品。

前記酸化亜鉛の層の少なくとも一部の上に銀の層であって、70Å~90Åの範囲の厚さを有する銀の層と、
前記銀の層の少なくとも一部の上にケイ素を含む金属酸窒化物の層であって、70Å~400Åの範囲の厚さを有する金属酸窒化物の層と、
100Å~400Åの範囲の厚さを有する保護層と、
を含み、
ケイ素を含む前記金属酸窒化物の層が、前記銀の層に最も近い前記金属酸窒化物の層の一部が前記保護層に最も近い前記金属窒化物の層の一部よりも多い酸素の量を含む勾配層である、
物品。 - 前記銀の層の少なくとも一部の上にプライマー層であって、10Å~30Åの範囲の厚さを有するプライマー層をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の物品。
- 前記プライマー層が、Ti、TiAl、Tiの酸化物又は亜酸化物、又は、TiAlの酸化物又は亜酸化物を含む、請求項15に記載の物品。
