Description

The present invention relates to a toy set for playing with simulating the process of making food, etc.

As a toy that mimics food, an ice cream toy has been proposed that allows a child to play by simulating the operation of pouring ice cream into a container using a scoop as described in Patent Document 1.

At festivals, food stalls and outdoor stands sell composite foods such as chocolate bananas and candy apples, which are made by coating at least a portion of fruit or other foods with a sticky or fluid sauce, and these foods are popular with children. In recent years, in addition to food stalls and outdoor stands, permanent specialty stores have also opened, and these composite foods are becoming widely sold.

However, when simulating the operation of coating at least a portion of the outer surface of a fruit, such as a chocolate banana, with a liquid or sticky food additive such as chocolate or candy, it is desirable to create a toy set suitable for such a simulated operation.

The object of the present invention is to provide a toy set suitable for playing with a specific part by simulating the operation of coating another part.

The toy set of the present invention includes a mounting part, an attached part that is detachable from the mounting part , and a base body on which a support part is formed that supports the attached part in an attachment posture that allows it to be attached to the mounting part. The toy set of the present invention includes a mounting part having a first attachment part , an attached part that has a second attachment part attachable to the first attachment part and is detachable from the mounting part, and a base body on which a support part is formed that supports the attached part , the attached part forms a covering recess that covers at least a part of a surface of the attachment part, the second attachment part is provided on an inner surface of the covering recess, and the support part supports an outer surface of the covering recess so that at least a part of the mounting part is inserted into the attached part and the first attachment part can be attached to the second attachment part.

This toy set allows the attachment part to be attached to the attached part while the attached part is supported by the support part of the base body, making it suitable for play that simulates the operation of coating the attached part on the attachment part.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The toy set 10 shown in FIG. 1 shows a base body 11, four mounting parts 21-24, and corresponding attached parts 25-28. In FIG. 1, the mounting parts 21-24 are supported by the base body 11 with the attached parts 25-28 attached. The mounting parts 21-24 and the attached parts 25-28 are each molded from a resin material.

The mounting parts 21-24 and the attached parts 25-28 are each shaped objects that imitate food or parts of food. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the mounting part 21 is a model part that imitates an apple, and the attached part 25 that is attached to the mounting part 21 is a model part that imitates viscous starch syrup. As shown in FIG. 2(B), when the attached part 25 is attached to the mounting part 21, it imitates a candy apple in which viscous candy is glued to an apple, and the attached part 25 forms a covering recess that covers at least a part of the mounting part 21. The part of the mounting part 21 that imitates the stem of the apple faces upward, and a gripping rod 31 that is gripped by the toy user is provided on the lower side and extends downward.

The attached part 25 is detachable from the mounting part 21, and when the mounting part 21 is inserted inside the attached part 25, the attached part 25 is attached to the mounting part 21. On the other hand, the attached part 25 and the mounting part 21 can be easily separated by pulling one of them away from the other.

As shown in FIG. 3, the mounting part 22 is a model member simulating a banana, and the attached part 26 attached to the mounting part 22 is a model member simulating chocolate. As shown in FIG. 3(B), the state in which the attached part 26 is attached to the mounting part 22 simulates a chocolate banana in which the outer surface of the banana is coated with liquid chocolate and the banana is solidified, and the attached part 26 forms a covering recess that covers at least a part of the mounting part 22. As shown in FIG. 3, the outer surface of the attached part 26 may be drawn with a face of a character or the like as a pattern. The mounting part 22 simulating a banana has a substantially straight upper end and a curved lower end, and a gripping rod 32 that is held by the toy user is provided at the curved part and extends downward. The mounting part 22 simulating a banana has a smaller size of the part to which the attached part 26 is attached than the mounting part 21 simulating an apple. The attached part 26 is also detachable from the mounting part 22, like the attached part 25.

The outer surface of the attachment part 25 is also patterned like the attachment part 26, but as shown in Figure 2, the pattern is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 4, the mounting part 23 is a model member simulating a strawberry, and two strawberries are arranged adjacent to each other. The attached part 27, which is attached to the tip of the mounting part 23, i.e., the tip of the two strawberries, is a model member simulating a mucus-like starch syrup, similar to the attached part 26. As shown in FIG. 4(B), when the attached part 27 is attached to the mounting part 23, it imitates a strawberry candy in a state in which the tip of the strawberry is coated with a mucus-like candy, and the attached part 27 forms a covering recess that covers at least a part of the mounting part 23. The outer surface of the attached part 27 is also designed to have a picture pattern, but the picture pattern is omitted from the illustration. The mounting part 23 simulating two connected strawberries has a gripping rod 33 that extends downward from the strawberry at the rear end, with the tip strawberry facing upward.

As shown in FIG. 5, the mounting part 24 is a model member simulating grapes, with two grapes extending from it. The attached part 28, which is attached to the tip of the mounting part 24, i.e., the tip of the two grapes, is a model member simulating viscous starch syrup, similar to the attached parts 26 and 27. As shown in FIG. 5(B), when the attached part 28 is attached to the mounting part 24, it resembles grape syrup in which the grapes on the tip side are coated with viscous syrup, and the attached part 28 forms a covering recess that covers at least a part of the mounting part 24. The outer surface of the attached part 28 is also designed to have a picture pattern, but the picture pattern is omitted from the illustration. The attached part 24, which resembles two connected grapes, has a gripping rod 34 extending downward from the grape on the rear end side, with the grapes on the tip side facing upward, similar to the above-mentioned mounting parts 21, 22, and 23.

The width, or horizontal size, of the three mounting parts 22, 23, 24 is approximately the same as each other and is set smaller than the mounting part 21. The horizontal sizes of the attached parts 26, 27, 28 are approximately the same as each other. The horizontal size of the attached part 25 is larger than the other attached parts 26, 27, 28, and the toy set 10 includes the large attached part 25 and the three smaller attached parts 26-28.

The attachment parts that mimic fruit are not limited to those mentioned above, but can also mimic foods such as sliced bananas and strawberries skewered on a stick and coated with candy, or multiple tangerine segments skewered on a stick and coated with candy.

As shown in FIG. 6, the base body 11 has left and right side walls 12, 13, a front wall 14, and a rear wall 15, and is molded from a resin material into a generally rectangular parallelepiped shape. The height of the front wall 14 is set lower than the rear wall 15, and the upper edges of the side walls 12, 13 are inclined upward from the front wall 14 side toward the rear wall 15 side. The base body 11 is provided with a horizontal base plate, which has a support area 16 and two holding areas 17, 18 from the front side to the rear side. The front holding area 17 is set higher than the support area 16, and the rear holding area 18 is set higher than the front holding area 17. In this way, the base plate of the base body 11 is provided with a plurality of holding areas 17, 18 formed at a position higher than the support area 16, and the two holding areas 17, 18 have different heights from each other, with the one closer to the support area 16 being lower and the one farther away being higher.

The portion where the lowest support area 16 is provided is defined as the front side of the base body 11, and the front, back, left, right, and up and down directions of the base body 11 are defined based on the state in which the base body 11 is in use, with each support area 16 and holding areas 17, 18 facing upward and forming a horizontal plane, as shown in Figures 1 and 6. The up and down directions and left and right directions of each of the mounting parts 21 to 24 are defined based on the state in which they are held by the base body 11, as shown in Figure 1.

A partition wall 19 is provided extending in the left-right direction at the boundary between the support area 16 and the holding area 17, and a partition wall 20 is provided extending in the left-right direction at the boundary between the holding area 17 and the higher holding area 18 located to the rear of the holding area 17. The upper edges of the partition walls 19, 20 are corrugated. The upper edges of the front wall 14 and the rear wall 15 may also be corrugated to correspond to the upper edges of the partition walls 19, 20.

Two holding holes 41, 42 are provided in the holding area 17, and both holding holes 41, 42 are offset in the left-right direction of the base body 11. Similarly, two holding holes 43, 44 are provided in the holding area 18, and both holding holes 43, 44 are offset in the left-right direction of the base body 11. The gripping rods 31-34 provided on the respective mounting parts 21-24 are inserted into the respective holding holes 41-44 so as to be grasped by the toy user. In FIG. 1, the gripping rod 31 is inserted into the holding hole 41, the gripping rod 32 is inserted into the holding hole 42, the gripping rod 33 is inserted into the holding hole 43, and the gripping rod 34 is inserted into the holding hole 44. In this way, the base body 11 constitutes a base member for supporting the mounting parts 21-24.

The heights of the mounting parts 21-24, including the mounting parts 25-28, when the mounting parts 25-28 are attached are set to be approximately the same height, and the depths of the respective holding holes 41-44 are the same. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the height of the rear mounting parts 23, 24 inserted into the holding holes 43, 44 is higher than the height of the front mounting parts 21, 22 inserted into the holding holes 41, 42, so that when the mounting parts 21-24 are placed in all the holding holes 41-44 as shown in FIG. 1, the rear mounting parts 27, 28 can be reliably visually observed from the front side of the base body 11. The positions of the gripping rods 31-34 of the four mounting parts 21-24 to be inserted into the holding holes 41-44 are set by the toy user at his/her discretion. Regardless of which mounting part's gripping rod is inserted into which holding hole, when mounting parts are inserted into all holding holes, the vertical heights of the four mounting parts can be easily visually observed from the front side of the base body 11 for all of the attached parts 25-28, as shown in Figure 1.

As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the support area 16 of the base body 11 is provided with a support section 35 for supporting the attached parts, and all attached parts supported by the support section 35 are supported in an attachment position that allows them to be attached to the attachment part. The support section 35 has a concave surface section 36 that opens into the support area 16 and supports any of the attached parts 25-28 on their respective outer surfaces. The concave surface section 36 has a first concave surface section 37 that supports the large attached part 25, and a second concave surface section 38 that supports any of the small attached parts 26-28. The first concave surface section 37 opens into the support area 16, and the second concave surface section 38 opens into the bottom of the first concave surface section 37 and is connected to the first concave surface section 37.

Figure 8 shows the base body 11 with the attached part 25 supported on the first concave surface 37. The attached part 25 has a larger lateral dimension than the other attached parts 26-28, and the top protrusion 45 formed on the attachment part 25 has a tapered side wall 45a and an end wall 45b provided at the end of the side wall 45a. The size of the top protrusion 45 is set so that it can be placed within the space defined by the concave surface 38.

When the part to be attached 25 is placed in the concave portion 37, only a portion of the outer surface of the part to be attached 25 contacts the concave portion 37, and the top protrusion 45 is placed in the concave portion 38. A small gap is partially provided between the part to be attached 25 and the concave portion 37, so that the entire outer surface of the part to be attached 25 does not come into close contact with the concave portion 37. As a result, the part to be attached 25 is supported by the concave portion 37 so that it can swing around its lower end. In this state, when the corresponding mounting part 21 is inserted inside the part to be attached 25, the part to be attached 25 is combined with the mounting part 21. As described above, since the part to be attached 25 is supported by the concave portion 37 so that it can swing, when the tip of the mounting part 21 is supported by the gripping rod 31 with the bottom side and the mounting part 21 is inserted inside the part to be attached 25, which is the covering recess, even if the mounting part 21 is tilted, the part to be attached 25 follows the tilt, so that the mounting part 21 can be easily inserted into the part to be attached 25. When the attached part 25 is tilted at a large angle, the top protrusion 45 comes into contact with the concave surface 38, restricting the angle of tilt. The attached part 25 may have an approximately hemispherical shape overall without providing the top protrusion 45 on the attached part 25. In other words, the configuration regarding the top protrusion 45 can also be applied to the attached part 25 formed as an approximately hemispherical shape.

Figure 9 shows the base body 11 with the attached part 26 supported by the second concave surface portion 38. Only a portion of the outer surface of the attached part 26 contacts the concave surface portion 38, and there is a small gap between the attached part 26 and the concave surface portion 38, so that the entire outer surface of the attached part 26 does not come into close contact with the concave surface portion 38. This allows the attached part 26 to swing around its lower end portion and be supported by the concave surface portion 38.

The three mounting parts 26 to 28 are almost the same size, and the concave surface 38 can support not only the mounting part 26, but also the other mounting parts 27 and 28 in a swingable manner.

Figure 10 is a perspective view showing the inner surface of the attached part 25. Figure 11 (A) is a cross-sectional view showing the state in which the attachment part 21 is being brought closer to the attached part 25 shown in Figure 10, and Figure 11 (B) is a cross-sectional view showing the state in which the fitting protrusion as the second attachment part of the attached part 25 is fitted into the fitting hole as the first attachment part of the attachment part 21.

Figure 10 shows the inner surface of the top projection 45 of the attached part 25 that forms the covering recess, and the attached part 25 is molded as a single piece by resin molding. In contrast, the attachment part 21 is assembled by butting two part halves 21a together. Figure 11 shows one of the two part halves 21a that form the attachment part 21, and this part half 21a has an abutment surface 46 and a step surface 47 that is slightly offset from the abutment surface 46. The attachment part 21 is formed by combining the abutment surface 46 and step surface 47 of the part half 21a shown in Figure 11 with another part half (not shown). To combine the two part halves, each part half 21a is provided with a sleeve 50 to which a screw member is attached.

The part halves 21a constituting the mounting part 21 are provided with holder parts 48, and connecting members 49 are attached to the holder parts 48. The connecting members 49 have a base part 51 that is inserted into the holder parts 48 and a tubular part 52 that is integrated with the base part 51, and the base part 51 is held by the holder parts 48 of the two part halves 21a.

The tubular portion 52 attached to the mounting part 21 is provided with a fitting hole 53 as a first mounting portion. On the other hand, the inner surface of the top protrusion 45 of the attached part 25 is provided with a fitting protrusion 54 as a second mounting portion that can be attached to the fitting hole 53, and the fitting protrusion 54 fits into the fitting hole 53 as shown in FIG. 11 (B). The fitting protrusion 54 is provided with a bottomed hole 55 for weight reduction and weight reduction, and the bottomed hole 55 opens on the tip surface of the fitting protrusion 54. An inner inclined surface 56 is provided at the open end of the fitting hole 53, which is inclined so that the diameter becomes smaller toward the bottom of the fitting hole 53, and an outer inclined surface 57 is provided at the tip of the fitting protrusion 54, which is inclined so that the diameter becomes larger toward the base, i.e., the end wall portion 45b of the top protrusion 45. As a result, when the fitting protrusion 54 is inserted into the fitting hole 53, even if the fitting protrusion 54 is not straight with respect to the fitting hole 53 but is tilted, the fitting protrusion 54 easily fits into the fitting hole 53, so the attached part 25 can be easily attached to the attachment part 21.

The inner inclined surface 56 and the outer inclined surface 57 are each formed by a so-called R surface with an arc-shaped cross section, but they may also be straight inclined surfaces, i.e. tapered surfaces. The first mounting portion may also be a fitting protrusion and the second mounting portion may be a fitting hole. However, it is preferable to form the first mounting portion as a fitting hole and the second mounting portion as a fitting protrusion, as this has less impact on the appearance of the mounting part 21.

As shown in FIG. 10, the base side of the fitting protrusion 54, i.e., the top protrusion 45, is provided with four stoppers, i.e., regulating portions 58, which protrude radially outward. When the fitting protrusion 54 is inserted into the fitting hole 53, the regulating portions 58 abut against at least a part of the mounting part 21, and regulate the insertion distance of the fitting protrusion 54 into the fitting hole 53 to a predetermined distance. FIG. 11(B) shows a state in which the regulating portions 58 abut against the tip surface of the tubular portion 52 in which the fitting hole 53 is formed. At this time, the entire inner surface of the attached part 25 does not contact the outer surface of the mounting part 21, and at least a part of the inner surface of the mounting part 21 is separated from the attached part 25. This allows the attached part 25 attached to the mounting part 21 to be easily removed from the mounting part 21. In FIG. 11(B), the reference numeral 59 indicates a gap.

Figure 12 is a cross-sectional view showing the fitting protrusion 54 and the fitting hole 53 when the fitting protrusion 54 is fitted into the fitting hole 53.

The fitting hole 53 formed in the tubular portion 52 has a substantially hexagonal cross section, and the cross-sectional shape of the outer peripheral surface of the fitting protrusion 54 is substantially circular. Therefore, the fitting protrusion 54 inserted into the fitting hole 53 can be held in the fitting hole 53 by point contact without contacting the entire inner surface of the fitting hole 53, and a gap is formed between the fitting protrusion 54 and the fitting hole 53 as shown in FIG. 12. This makes it easy to attach and detach the attached part 25 to the mounting part 21.

In FIG. 12, parts of two part halves, part half 21a constituting mounting part 21 and part half 21b which is combined with part half 21a, are shown, and the abutment surface 46 of part half 21a abuts against step surface 47 of other part half 21b. A through hole 60 is formed in mounting part 21 through which tubular portion 52 of connecting member 49 passes. The structure of connecting member 49 shown in FIG. 11 is the same in other mounting parts 22 to 24. Furthermore, the structures of fitting projection 54 and restricting portion 58 are the same in other mounted parts 26 to 28. As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 12, multiple ventilation holes 61 are provided in mounted part 25, and ventilation holes are also provided in other mounted parts 26 to 28.

Figure 11 shows a fitting hole 53 as a first mounting portion provided in the mounting part 21 and a fitting protrusion 54 as a second mounting portion provided in the attached part 25, but similar fitting holes 53 are provided in the other mounting parts 22 to 24, and similar fitting protrusions 54 are provided in the other attached parts 26 to 28. The cross-sectional shape of the fitting holes 53 provided in each mounting part is not limited to a substantially hexagonal shape, and can also be substantially circular. However, if it is a polygon such as a hexagon, the fitting protrusion 54 will come into point contact with the fitting hole 53, making it easy to attach and detach the attached part to the mounting part.

In the above-mentioned toy set 10, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the mounting parts 21 to 24 are not attached to the base body 11, and the attached part 25 simulating a candy coating on an apple is placed on the support part 35 provided on the base body 11. As shown in FIG. 8, the attached part 25 is supported by the first concave part 37 constituting the support part 35 with the top protrusion 45 facing downward. In this state, when the mounting part 21 simulating an apple is inserted into the attached part 25 constituting the covering concave part with the tip facing downward, the attached part 25 is attached to the mounting part 21. This allows the user of the toy set to play a game simulating the operation of coating an apple with candy. The mounting part 21 to which the attached part 25 is attached can be held in a state of leaning against one of the multiple holding holes 41 to 44 provided on the base body 11. This allows the user of the toy to enjoy playing a game simulating a candy apple.

On the other hand, the attachment part 26 simulating chocolate coated on a banana is placed on the support part 35 provided on the base body 11. As shown in FIG. 9, the attachment part 26 is supported by the second concave surface 38 constituting the support part 35. In this state, when the attachment part 22 simulating a banana is inserted into the attachment part 26 constituting the coated concave part with its tip facing downward, the attachment part 26 is attached to the attachment part 22. The configuration of the attachment part that attaches the attachment part 26 to the attachment part 22 is the same as the configuration of the attachment part that attaches the attachment part 25 to the attachment part 21 described above. This allows the user of the toy set to play in a manner that simulates the operation of coating a banana with chocolate. The attachment part 22 to which the attachment part 26 is attached can be held in a state where it is leaned against any of the multiple holding holes 41 to 44 provided on the base body 11. This allows the user of the toy to enjoy playing in a manner that simulates a chocolate banana.

In the same way, by attaching the mounting part 23 to the mounting part 27 simulating candy coated strawberries, you can play with simulating the operation of coating strawberries with candy. Also, by attaching the mounting part 24 to the mounting part 28 simulating candy coated grapes, you can play with simulating the operation of coating grapes with candy. When attaching the mounting parts corresponding to each mounting part, the attachment operation can be easily performed due to the contact between the inner inclined surface 56 and the outer inclined surface 57.

When the four types of mounting parts 21-24, each with a corresponding mounting part 25-28 attached, are arranged upright on the base 11, it looks like Figure 1. By allowing multiple types of mounting parts to be leaned up against the base 11, it is reminiscent of festival stalls and outdoor stalls, making play even more enjoyable. Furthermore, this toy set 10 can be played with on its own, or it can be used in combination with a yo-yo hanging set, in which case it can be more strongly reminiscent of festival stalls and outdoor stalls.

The toy set 10 described above has a large attached part 25 and smaller attached parts 26-28, and includes multiple combinations of different sizes of the attaching parts and the attached parts, but all of the attached parts may be set to the same size. If all of the attached parts are set to the same size, the size of the concave portion for supporting the attached part can be one type. The number of attachment parts is also not limited to four types, and any number of types may be used, including one type. However, the fun of playing can be increased if multiple combinations of different sizes of attachment parts and attached parts are included, as in toy set 10.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications are possible without departing from the gist of the invention. For example, the above-described mounting parts 21 to 24 are model components simulating fruits such as apples and bananas, and the attached parts 25 to 28 are model components simulating sauces made of chocolate or candy. However, the present invention is not limited to these, and can also be applied to model components simulating foods consisting of foods other than fruit and additional foods coated on the surface thereof, such as foods such as kushikatsu with sauce or bread with cheese. Furthermore, as long as it is a composite component that combines two components, the mounting parts are not limited to foods such as fruit, and the attached parts are not limited to coating materials such as sauce.

A mounting part having a first mounting portion ;
a second mounting portion that can be attached to the first mounting portion and that can be attached to and detached from the mounting part;
A base body having a support portion for supporting the attached part ,
The mounting part forms a covering recess that covers at least a part of a surface of the mounting part , and the second mounting part is provided on an inner surface of the covering recess,
A toy set, wherein the support portion supports an outer surface of the covering recess so that at least a portion of the mounting part is inserted into the attached part and the first mounting portion can be attached to the second mounting portion. 2. The toy set according to claim 1 ,
