Description

The present invention relates to a sound-proofing structure that is placed on top of a booth with an open top.

As an example of a conventional soundproofing structure, as described in Patent Document 1, there is one that is provided on the top of a booth (called a "booth device" in Patent Document 1) and is made up of multiple plate-shaped sound-absorbing materials.

In such a soundproofing structure, the appropriate spacing and placement of the sound-absorbing material varies depending on, for example, the area of the opening in the ceiling where the booth is installed. However, with this soundproofing structure, there is the inconvenience that the spacing and placement of the sound-absorbing material cannot be adjusted after installation in the booth.

The object of the present invention is to provide a sound insulation structure that allows the spacing and placement of sound-absorbing materials to be adjusted even after the booth has been installed, thereby improving the sound absorption effect of the sound insulation structure.

The sound-proofing structure of the present invention is a sound-proofing structure placed on top of a booth with an open top so as to cover the open portion of the booth, and comprises a plurality of first members placed on the top of the booth, and a plurality of second members having sound-absorbing properties and arranged in a position intersecting the first members, the second members being arranged with the upper parts of the first members inserted into grooves formed in the lower parts and being able to slide in the direction in which the first members extend, the first members not having a groove for the second members to insert into and being in contact with the top surface of the booth .

According to this invention, the second members are configured to be slidable in the direction in which the first members extend, so that the spacing between the second members and the positioning of the second members can be changed even after the soundproofing structure has been installed. For example, after installing the soundproofing structure in a booth, the second members can be slid while measuring the noise level using a sound level meter, making it easy to confirm and change the appropriate spacing between the second members and the positioning of the second members.

In addition, because the sound insulation structure is configured to be placed on top of the booth, it can be easily removed from the booth. As a result, by removing the sound insulation structure, it is easy to change the spacing between the second members and the position of the second members.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the first member has a first protruding portion that protrudes downward from a contact portion that contacts the upper surface of the booth.

With this configuration, a part of the first sound-absorbing member is located not only above the height position of the top surface of the booth, but also below the height position of the top surface of the booth. As a result, it is possible to more effectively improve the sound absorption effect. In addition, because the first protruding portion can come into contact with the side of the side panel, the sound insulation structure is prevented from falling.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the second member has a second protruding portion that protrudes downward from a contact portion of the first member that contacts the upper surface of the booth.

With this configuration, a portion of the second sound-absorbing member is located not only above the height position of the top surface of the booth, but also below the height position of the top surface of the booth. As a result, it is possible to more effectively improve the sound absorption effect. In addition, by sliding the second member so that it comes into contact with the top of the booth, it is possible to easily position the soundproof structure relative to the booth.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the first member has a first protruding portion that protrudes downward from a contact portion that contacts the upper surface of the booth, and the second member has a second protruding portion that protrudes downward from the contact portion, and that the distance between the lower end of the contact portion and the lower end of the first protruding portion is approximately the same as the distance between the lower end of the contact portion and the lower end of the second protruding portion.

With this configuration, parts of the first and second sound-absorbing members are located not only above the height of the top surface of the booth, but also below the height of the top surface of the booth, and the height positions of the bottom ends of the first and second protruding portions are approximately the same. As a result, it is possible to more effectively improve the sound absorption effect and to improve the design of the sound insulation structure as viewed from inside the booth.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the upper portion of the second member is formed in an inclined shape with the center being higher than both ends.

With this configuration, the height of the soundproofing structure is reduced at the entrance located in front of the booth, reducing the feeling of oppression, while the height of the soundproofing structure is increased in the center of the booth ceiling, efficiently enhancing the sound absorption effect.

[Booth configuration]
As shown in Fig. 1, in this embodiment, the booth 1 is configured to be self-supporting and includes a pair of side panels 2 arranged opposite to each other and a rear panel 3 connected between rear end portions of the side panels 2. The upper portion of the booth 1 is open, and the booth 1 is configured without a ceiling.

The side panel 2 and the rear panel 3 are each composed of a rectangular plate-like member. The side panel 2 has an upper surface 2a located at the upper end of the side panel 2. Similarly to the side panel 2, the rear panel 3 has an upper surface 3a located at the upper end of the rear panel 3.

The top surface 2a of the side panel 2 and the top surface 3a of the rear panel 3 are configured to be at the same height and are configured so that they do not come into contact with the ceiling of the room in which the booth 1 is installed.

[About the configuration of sound insulation structure]
As shown in FIG. 1, a sound insulation structure 10 is placed on top of a booth 1 with an open top so as to cover the open part of the booth 1. The sound insulation structure 10 includes a plurality of first members 11 made of a plate-like member having sound absorption properties, and a plurality of second members 12 made of a plate-like member similarly having sound absorption properties. The first members 11 and the second members 12 are, for example, felt, urethane, glass wool, rock wool, etc., but may also be made by attaching a sound absorbing material such as felt to a wooden member or a resin member. In this embodiment, the material and thickness of the first member 11 and the material and thickness of the second member 12 are the same, but may be different. Here, the first member 11 and the second member 12 are made of a material that has sound absorption properties and can be punched, and are configured so that a plurality of sheets can be pressed using a punching die in a stacked state, which is preferable because the plurality of sheets can be manufactured inexpensively, but is not limited thereto.

One end of the first member 11 is placed on the upper surface 2a of one side panel 2, and the other end is placed on the upper surface 2a of the other side panel 2. In other words, the second member 12 is placed in a position that intersects with the first member 11. Note that in this embodiment, the first member 11 is placed on the upper surface 2a located at the upper end of the side panel 2, but if there are multiple upper surfaces of different heights, such as a step formed at the top of the side panel 2, it is not necessarily necessary to place the first member 11 on the upper surface located at the upper end.

As shown in FIG. 2 when viewed in the thickness direction of the first member 11, the first member 11 is formed in a rectangular shape having cutouts 21 in the lower portions of both sides. The bottom edge 11a is formed to have a length approximately equal to the distance between the two side panels 2 arranged opposite each other in the booth 1. The side edges 11b extending upward from the cutouts 21 are configured to be positioned above and outside the side panels 2. In this embodiment, the top edge 11c is formed in a straight line. The bottom edge 11a and the side edges 11b are also formed in straight lines.

The cutout portion 21 is formed in a shape having a horizontal side 21a extending in the extension direction of the first member 11 and a vertical side 21b extending in the width direction of the first member 11. The vertical sides 21b extend upward from both ends of the lower side 11a, and the horizontal side 21a extends from the upper end of the lower side 11a in the extension direction of the first member 11. The side side 11b extends upward from the end of the side side 11b.

As shown in FIG. 3 when viewed in the thickness direction of the second member 12, the second member 12 has a lower edge 12a, side edges 12b extending upward from both ends of the lower edge 12a, and an upper edge 12c extending between the upper ends of both sides 12b. The lower edge 12a and the side edges 12b are formed in straight lines. The upper edge 12c is formed in an arch shape that curves upward. In other words, the upper part of the second member 12 is formed in an inclined shape with the center being higher than both ends.

A plurality of grooves 22 extending upward from the lower edge 12a are formed in the lower portion of the second member 12. The width of the grooves 22 is configured to be equal to or greater than the thickness of the first member 11. The depth of the grooves 22 is configured to be approximately the same as the distance between the lower edge 11a and the upper edge 11c of the first member 11.

As shown in Figures 4 and 5, a plurality of second members 12 are arranged in parallel in an intersecting manner with a plurality of first members 11 arranged in parallel. As shown in Figure 6, in this embodiment, the first members 11 and the second members 12 are arranged so as to intersect at right angles. With this configuration, the sound insulation structure 10 is configured in a lattice shape by the first members 11 and the second members 12.

The second member 12 is arranged with the top of the first member 11 inserted into the groove portion 22. As described above, the top edge 11c of the first member 11 is formed in a straight line, and no grooves or the like are formed. Therefore, even after the first member 11 and the second member 12 are combined, the second member 12 is arranged in a state in which it can slide in the direction in which the first member 11 extends.

[Regarding the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion]
When the sound-insulating structure 10 is placed on the side panels 2, the first member 11 is placed so that the horizontal edges 21a of the cutouts 21 at both ends thereof come into contact with the upper surfaces 2a of the two side panels 2. In this way, one end of the first member 11 is placed on one side panel 2 and the other end is placed on the other side panel 2.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, the area between the vertical sides 21b of the cutouts 21 at both ends of the first member 11 protrudes downward from the horizontal side 21a (hereinafter simply referred to as the "contact area"), which is the contact area that comes into contact with the upper surface 2a of the side panel 2. Hereinafter, the area of the first member 11 that protrudes downward from the contact area that comes into contact with the upper surface 2a of the side panel 2 (booth 1) is referred to as the "first protruding area 23."

As shown in FIG. 5, the lower portion of the second member 12 protrudes downward from the height position of the horizontal side 21a of the cutout portion 21 of the second member 12, i.e., the contact portion. Hereinafter, the portion of the second member 12 that protrudes downward from the contact portion is referred to as the "second protruding portion 24."

As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the lower end of the first protruding portion 23 and the lower end of the second protruding portion 24 are configured to be located at approximately the same height, and the distance between the contact portion and the lower end of the first protruding portion 23 is configured to be approximately the same as the distance between the contact portion and the second protruding portion 24.

[Assembling the soundproof structure]
As shown in Figure 7, when assembling the sound-insulating structure 10, the second member 12 is combined with multiple first members 11 arranged in parallel so that the upper parts of the first members 11 fit into the groove portions 22.

In this embodiment, the second members 12 located at both ends of the plurality of second members 12 are assembled so that the position of the outer surface of the second member 12 and the position of the vertical side 21a of the cutout portion 21 of the first member 11 are approximately the same in the extension direction of the first member 11. With this configuration, when the sound insulation structure 10 is placed on the upper end of the side panel 2, the second members 12 located at both ends of the plurality of second members 12 are configured so that their lower portions contact the side panel 2.

In the above, the sound insulation structure 10 is assembled and then placed on the upper end of the side panel 2. However, the sound insulation structure 10 may be assembled by first placing multiple first members 11 in parallel on the upper end of the side panel 2 and then combining the second members 12.

As shown in FIG. 8, the sound insulation structure 10 placed on the upper end of the side panel 2 absorbs the sound generated from inside the booth 1 and the sound generated from outside the booth 1, reducing the sound leaking from inside the booth 1 to outside the booth 1 and reducing the sound entering the booth 1 from outside the booth 1.

In addition, if a groove into which the second member 12 is inserted is formed in the first member 11, the distance between the bottom of the groove and the lower side 11a becomes short, and the second member 12 is easily damaged during transportation, assembly, and when the second member 12 is removed. In addition, the freedom of the installation position, number, and installation angle of the second member 12 is lost. In the present invention, such inconveniences can be avoided by not forming a groove into the first member 11 into which the second member 12 is inserted. Here, the first member 11 and the second member 12 are made of a material that has sound absorption properties and can be punched, and if the first member 11 and the second member 12 are configured so that they can be pressed using a punching die in a stacked state, it is preferable because multiple members can be manufactured inexpensively, but this is not limited to this. In addition, hard felt, urethane foam, etc. are considered as materials that have sound absorption properties and can be pressed using a stamping die. These are not very strong materials, but by not forming a groove in the upper part of the first member 11, it is possible to provide a sound insulation structure 10 with superior strength at a low cost.

[Another embodiment]
Hereinafter, another embodiment in which the above embodiment is modified will be described.

(1) In the above embodiment, the first member 11 and the second member 12 intersect at a right angle. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. The first member 11 and the second member 12 may intersect at an angle other than a right angle.

(2) In the above embodiment, the first member 11 is configured such that one end is placed on the upper surface 2a of one side panel 2 and the other end is placed on the upper surface 2a of the other side panel 2, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, if the booth 1 is configured to have a door with an upper frame on the front side, the first member 11 may be configured such that one end is placed on the upper surface of the upper frame of the door and the other end is placed on the upper surface 3a of the rear panel 3. Also, if the booth 1 is configured to have a batten member at the top that straddles the panels that constitute the wall of the booth 1, the first member 11 may be configured such that one end is placed on the batten member and the other end is placed on the side panel 2, the rear panel 3, or another batten member.

(3) In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the sound insulation structure 10 includes six first members 11 and seven second members 12. The number of first members 11 and second members 12 is not limited to this. The number of first members 11 may be two or more, and preferably three or more. The number of second members 12 may be two or more, and preferably three or more.

(4) In the above embodiment, the first member 11 and the second member 12 are configured as plate-shaped members. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. Either or both of the first member 11 and the second member 12 may be configured as rod-shaped members.

(5) In the above embodiment, a configuration in which the notch 21 is formed in the first member 11 has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. The first member 11 may not have the notch 21, that is, the first member 11 and the second member 12 may not have the first protruding portion 23 and the second protruding portion 24.

(6) In the above embodiment, the lower end of the first protruding portion 23 and the lower end of the second protruding portion 24 are configured to be located at approximately the same height position. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. In the above embodiment, the lower end of the first protruding portion 23 and the lower end of the second protruding portion 24 may be configured to be located at different height positions. For example, by configuring the height position of the lower end of the second protruding portion 24 to be approximately the same as the height position of the vertical side 21a of the cutout portion 21 of the first member 11, the first member 11 may be placed on the side panel 2 and the second member 12 may be placed on the rear panel 3.

(7) In the above embodiment, the upper part of the second member 12 is formed in an arch shape that curves upward, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
