Description
前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料は、前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料に直接的に配置されて、共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層で被覆された共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料(18)を形成するとともに、
所定量のUV安定剤(12b)と、
所定量の硬化制御剤(12c)と、を含むものである、共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。
前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層に接触するように設けられた少なくとも1つの粘着層と、
をさらに含む、付記1~6のいずれか1つに記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。
前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料は、前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層と前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料との間に介在するプライマー層を含まない、
付記1~7のいずれか1つに記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。
付記1~9のいずれか1つに記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。
共硬化されたエポキシ系複合材料(16a)と、を含んで構成される、共硬化されたポリウレタン被覆付きエポキシ系複合材料(19)であって、前記共硬化されたポリウレタン系被覆材料の層は、所定量のUV安定剤を含むものである、
共硬化されたポリウレタン系被覆付きエポキシ系複合材料(19)。
前記共硬化されたエポキシ系複合材料は、前記共硬化されたポリウレタン系被覆材料層と前記共硬化されたエポキシ系被覆材料との間に介在するプライマー層を含まない、
付記12又は13に記載の共硬化されたエポキシ系複合材料。
共硬化性ポリウレタン被覆付きエポキシ系複合材料(18)を形成すること(104)と、を含み、前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層は、
UV安定剤(12b)と、
硬化制御剤(12c)と、を含むものである、方法(100)(200)。
前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層をフィルムとして付着させること(106)をさらに含む、付記18に記載の方法。
付記18~20のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
UV防止剤(12b)及び硬化制御剤(12c)を含む共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層(14)で被覆された共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料(16)を準備すること(202)と、
前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層と前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料とを、約250°Fから約370°Fの温度で共硬化して、共硬化されたポリウレタン被覆付きエポキシ系複合材料(19)を形成すること(204)と、を含む方法。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも一層の共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料を含む、共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料であって、
前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料は、前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料に直接的に配置されて、共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層で被覆された共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料を形成するとともに、
UV安定剤と、
硬化促進剤と、を含むものである、
前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層は、厚みが2ミルから3ミルである場合において、200nmから800nmの波長域のUV透過率が0%である、共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。 - 前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料は、炭素繊維強化エポキシ材料、ガラス繊維強化エポキシ材料、ホウ素繊維強化エポキシ材料、アラミド繊維強化エポキシ材料、及びそれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。
- 前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料は、250°Fから370°Fの温度で、前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層と共硬化するよう構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。
- 前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層に接触するように設けられた少なくとも1つの粘着層をさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。
- 前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層に配置された少なくとも1つのスクリム層をさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。
- 前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層に配置された少なくとも1つのスクリム層と、
前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層に接触するように設けられた少なくとも1つの粘着層と、
をさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。 - 前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料は、前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層と前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料との間に介在する表層材層を含まず、
前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料は、前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層と前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料との間に介在するプライマー層を含まない、
請求項1~6のいずれか1つに記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。 - 硬化後の前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層は、Tgが50°Fから250°Fである、請求項1~7のいずれか1つに記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。
- 前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層は、前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料にフィルムとして付着される、請求項1~8のいずれか1つに記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1つに記載の共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料を含む複合材料部材。
- 共硬化されたポリウレタン系被覆材料と、
共硬化されたエポキシ系複合材料と、を含んで構成される、共硬化されたポリウレタン被覆付きエポキシ系複合材料であって、前記共硬化されたポリウレタン系被覆材料の層は、UV安定剤を含むものであり、
前記共硬化性ポリウレタン系被覆材料層は、厚みが2ミルから3ミルである場合において、200nmから800nmの波長域のUV透過率が0%である、共硬化されたポリウレタン系被覆付きエポキシ系複合材料。 - 前記共硬化性エポキシ系複合材料は、前記共硬化されたポリウレタン系被覆材料の層と前記共硬化されたエポキシ系被覆材料との間に介在する表層材層を含まず、
前記共硬化されたエポキシ系複合材料は、前記共硬化されたポリウレタン系被覆材料層と前記共硬化されたエポキシ系被覆材料との間に介在するプライマー層を含まない、
請求項10又は11に記載の共硬化されたエポキシ系複合材料。
