以下、各部の機能について簡単に説明する。なお、その詳細は、フローチャートを用いて、別途説明する。
なお、安全ルール61はネガティブリストには限定されない。次にポジティブリストで安全ルール61を構成した例を説明する。図5Bは、本実施例における安全ルール61をポジティブリストで構成した例を示す図である。このポジティブリストは、図5Aのネガティブリストと比較して、形式上禁止条件が許可条件に変更されている。
Claims (8)
- 複数の制御体系下にある異種システムにおける制御対象のそれぞれの行動を制御するための安全制御装置であって、
互いに異なる制御体系化の制御対象について、当該制御対象の行動が想定される制御結果から乖離した競合が発生した場合、行動を調整するための行動調整指示を前記制御対象に出力する行動調整部と、
前記行動の調整が所定の条件を満たす場合、予め記憶された前記制御対象における競合の回避および機能を発揮するための行動規則を示す行動計画を調整する行動計画調整部と、
前記行動計画の調整が所定の条件を満たす場合、予め記憶された前記制御対象における競合を回避するための行動規則を示す安全ルールを調整する安全ルール調整部とを有する安全制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の安全制御装置において、
行動計画調整部は、
前記行動の調整の要因となった行動に対応する行動計画の優先度を低下するか、
当該行動の調整の要因となった行動に対応する行動計画が示す行動開始条件に排他条件を追加することで、前記行動計画の調整を実行する安全制御装置。 - 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の安全制御装置において、
前記安全ルールは、前記制御対象の行動とその禁止条件が対応付けられており、
前記安全ルール調整部は、前記行動計画の調整の要因となった行動に対応する禁止条件に、OR条件である追加条件を追加することで、前記安全ルールの調整を実行する安全制御装置。 - 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の安全制御装置において、
前記安全ルールは、前記制御対象の行動とその許可条件が対応付けられており、
前記安全ルール調整部は、前記行動計画の調整の要因となった行動に対応する許可条件に、AND条件である除外条件を追加することで、前記安全ルールの調整を実行する安全制御装置。 - 複数の制御体系下にある異種システムにおける制御対象のそれぞれの行動を制御するための安全制御装置を用いた安全ルール調整方法であって、
行動調整部により、互いに異なる制御体系化の制御対象について、当該制御対象の行動が想定される制御結果から乖離した競合が発生した場合、行動を調整するための行動調整指示を前記制御対象に出力し、
行動計画調整部により、前記行動の調整が所定の条件を満たす場合、予め記憶された前記制御対象における競合の回避および機能を発揮するための行動規則を示す行動計画を調整し、
安全ルール調整部により、前記行動計画の調整が所定の条件を満たす場合、予め記憶された前記制御対象における競合を回避するための行動規則を示す安全ルールを調整する安全ルール調整方法。 - 請求項5に記載の安全ルール調整方法において、
行動計画調整部により、
前記行動の調整の要因となった行動に対応する行動計画の優先度を低下するか、
当該行動の調整の要因となった行動に対応する行動計画が示す行動開始条件に排他条件を追加することで、前記行動計画の調整を実行する安全ルール調整方法。 - 請求項5または6のいずれかに記載の安全ルール調整方法において、
前記安全ルールは、前記制御対象の行動とその禁止条件が対応付けられており、
前記安全ルール調整部により、前記行動計画の調整の要因となった行動に対応する禁止条件に、OR条件である追加条件を追加することで、前記安全ルールの調整を実行する安全ルール調整方法。 - 請求項5または6のいずれかに記載の安全ルール調整方法において、
前記安全ルールは、前記制御対象の行動とその許可条件が対応付けられており、
