Description
大きな作業用チャネルを備えた内視鏡デバイスは臨床適用に恩恵をもたらしうる。例えば、粘性液又は非ニュートン流体の吸引/アスピレーション(例えば粘液及び凝固血の吸引など)は、大きな内視鏡作業用チャネルを用いるとより効果的な場合がある。非ニュートン流体は、大型かつ非円形の作業用チャネルを用いると流速がより高くなる場合がある。別例として、作業用チャネルの断面が大きければ、治療及び診断上の処置のためのより多種類のツール及び器具を受け入れることができる。大きな作業用チャネルを備えた内視鏡デバイスには、その他の実益、例えばデバイス経路誘導の改善、トルク制御の改善、デバイスのねじれ又は損傷を予防又は最小化する構造的有益性などが存在しうる。したがって、本開示の態様は、最適に使用するために大きな断面積を備えたチューブレス作業用チャネルを有する内視鏡デバイスに関する。
Claims (13)
- アダプタを備えたハンドルであって、前記アダプタはアダプタの側方又は基端部に1以上の開口部を画成しており、前記アダプタは複数の側方開口部と、基端側開口部とを有しており、前記複数の側方開口部のうち第1の側方開口部は撮像用及び照明用のうち少なくともいずれか一方のワイヤを受承する開口部であり、前記第1の側方開口部以外の他の側方開口部はデバイスの関節運動のための関節運動ワイヤを受承するように各々構成された開口部である、ハンドルと、
シャフトであって、前記ハンドルに接続されておりかつ前記シャフトの基端部からシャフトの先端部へと伸びる複数のルーメンを有し、前記複数のルーメンのうち第1のルーメンは医療用器具を受承するための作業用チャネルである、シャフトと、
前記ハンドルの内部の1以上のワイヤであって、各々が、前記1以上のワイヤを第1のルーメン以外の対応するルーメンへ、かつシャフトの先端部へと誘導するためのアダプタに、1以上の開口部を通して入っている、1以上のワイヤとを具備している、内視鏡デバイス。 - 前記複数のルーメンのうち第2のルーメンは、撮像及び照明のうち少なくともいずれか一方のためのワイヤを受承するルーメンである、請求項1に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
- 前記第1のルーメン及び前記第2のルーメン以外のルーメンは、デバイスの関節運動のための関節運動ワイヤを受承するように各々構成されたルーメンである、請求項2に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
- 前記複数のルーメンはちょうど4つのルーメンを具備している、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
- 前記1以上のワイヤのうち第1のワイヤは撮像用及び照明用のうち少なくともいずれか一方である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
- 前記第1のワイヤ以外のワイヤはデバイスの関節運動のための関節運動ワイヤである、請求項5に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
- 前記基端側開口部は、前記デバイスの器具ポート及び吸引ポートのうち少なくともいずれか一方への通路を提供するように構成された開口部である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
- 作業用チャネルはシャフトの第1のルーメン内にインナーチューブを設けられていない、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
- 作業用チャネルを画成している壁は、複数のルーメンのうち1以上のワイヤを受承する他のルーメンを少なくとも部分的に画成する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
- 作業用チャネルの断面積は、複数のルーメンのうち他のルーメン各々の断面積よりも大きい面積を有する、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
- 作業用チャネルの断面形状は非円形である、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
- 関節運動継ぎ手であって、シャフトに接続され、かつ関節運動継ぎ手の基端部から関節運動継ぎ手の先端部へと伸びる複数のルーメンを有している関節運動継ぎ手をさらに具備しており、前記関節運動継ぎ手の第1のルーメンは、医療用器具を受承するための関節運動継ぎ手のための作業用チャネルである、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
- 前記関節運動継ぎ手のための作業用チャネルは、前記シャフトのための作業用チャネルと同じ大きさの断面及び同じ断面形状を有している、請求項12に記載の内視鏡デバイス。
