の1,4-ビス(2-トリフルオロメチル-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン及びそれらの対応するオルト及びメタ異性体、
1,3-ビス(1,1,2,2-テトラフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,3-ビス(2-トリフルオロメチル-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,2-ビス(1,1,2,2-テトラフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,2-ビス(2-トリフルオロメチル-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、及び
パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテルとカテコール、レゾルシノール及びヒドロキノンとの対応する誘導体:
1,2-ビス(2-トリフルオロメトキシ-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,3-ビス(2-トリフルオロメトキシ-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,4-ビス(2-トリフルオロメトキシ-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン
である。
Ph(ORf)x (I)
(式中、Phは、1つ又は複数のエーテル基-ORfに連結された芳香環であり、

- 少なくとも1つのC-F結合を含む一価フッ素化アルキル基であり、
- 直鎖であり得るか、又は分岐及び/若しくは環を含み得、且つ任意選択的にO、N又はSから選択されるヘテロ原子を鎖中に含み得る炭素鎖、好ましくはC1~C10炭素鎖を有し、
X>1であるとき、同じ分子上の-Rf基は、互いに等しいか又は異なり得る)
を有する1つ又は複数の化合物を含む、装置にも関する。
ヒドロキノン、KOH、アセトニトリルは、全てSigma Aldrichから入手された。テトラフルオロエチレンは、Solvayから入手された。Novec(商標)7000、7100及び7200は、3M製の市販のハイドロフルオロエーテルである。
電気的特性の測定は、以下の標準に従って行われた。
体積抵抗率 - ASTM D5682-08[2012]
耐電圧 - ASTM D877/D877M-13
誘電率 - ASTM D924-15
600mL鋼オートクレーブ内に60,0gのヒドロキノン、16gのKOH及び360mLのアセトニトリルを入れた。オートクレーブを窒素で4回パージし、適度の真空(0.2bar)に引いた。混合物を30分間70℃で激しく撹拌し、次いでテトラフルオロエチレンを6時間で10barまで徐々に導入した。反応器を合計20時間にわたって撹拌したままにし、次いでそれを冷却し、テトラフルオロエチレン圧力を解除した。次に、その内容物を窒素で4回パージした。テトラフルオロエチレンの消費量は、110gであった。468gの混合物を反応器から取り出した。この混合物をセパレーター漏斗内で1,5Lの水で希釈し、塩酸で中和した。底部の有機層を0,5Lの水で2回洗浄し、次いで最後に上部水層から分離し、MgSO4上で乾燥させ、濾過し、15mbarの減圧にて94℃で蒸留した。150gの高純度1,4-ビス(1,1,2,2-テトラフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼンが得られた。

Claims (13)
- 熱をバッテリーと交換するための方法であって、伝熱流体の使用を含み、前記伝熱流体は、一般式:
Ph(ORf)x (I)
(式中、Phは、1つ又は複数のエーテル基-ORfに連結された芳香環であり、
各-Rfは、
- 少なくとも1つのC-F結合を含む一価フッ素化アルキル基であり、
- 直鎖であり得るか、又は分岐及び/若しくは環を含み得、且つ任意選択的にO、N又はSから選択されるヘテロ原子を鎖中に含み得る炭素鎖を有し、Xは1~6から選択される整数であり、X>1であるとき、同じ分子上の-Rf基は、互いに等しいか又は異なり得る)
を有する1つ又は複数の化合物を含む、方法。 - 前記バッテリーは、車両のバッテリーである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バッテリーは、再充電可能なバッテリーである、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記バッテリーは、リチウムイオンバッテリーである、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 一般式(I)を有する前記化合物において、xは、1、2、3及び4から選択される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 一般式(I)を有する前記化合物において、同じ分子上の複数のRf基は、互いに等しい、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 一般式(I)を有する前記化合物において、各Rf基は、少なくとも1つのC-H結合を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 一般式(I)を有する前記化合物において、各Rf基は、正確に1つのC-H結合を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 一般式(I)を有する前記化合物において、各Rf基は、2位の炭素原子において正確に1つのC-H結合を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 一般式(I)の前記1つ又は複数の化合物は、前記伝熱流体の少なくとも5重量%を占める、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数の化合物は、
1,4-ビス(1,1,2,2-テトラフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,4-ビス(2-トリフルオロメチル-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,3-ビス(1,1,2,2-テトラフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,3-ビス(2-トリフルオロメチル-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,2-ビス(1,1,2,2-テトラフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,2-ビス(2-トリフルオロメチル-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,2-ビス(2-トリフルオロメトキシ-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,3-ビス(2-トリフルオロメトキシ-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、
1,4-ビス(2-トリフルオロメトキシ-1,1,2-トリフルオロエトキシ)ベンゼン、及び
