Claims (12)
- ケース、電極組立体、正極柱および負極柱を備える電池セルであって、
前記ケースは、前記電極組立体が収容される収容室を備え、
前記正極柱および前記負極柱の一端は、それぞれ、前記電極組立体に電気的に接続され、
前記正極柱および前記負極柱は、それぞれ、前記ケースの外端面に突出して設けられており、
前記外端面は、前記収容室内に向けて凹部が凹んで形成されており、前記凹部は、前記正極柱と前記負極柱との間に設けられており、
前記凹部に設けられ、一端が前記正極柱と電気的に接続され、他端が外部機器や外部回路と電気的に接続される保護体をさらに備え、
前記凹部には、前記収容室内に電解液を注入するための注液ポートが設けられていることを特徴とする電池セル。 - 前記凹部の底部に設けられ、前記保護体と前記凹部の底部との間に設けられた伝熱材をさらに備える請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 両端が前記保護体及び前記正極柱にそれぞれ電気的に接続される第1コネクタと、第1端が前記保護体に接続され、第2端が前記外部機器又は前記外部回路と電気的に接続する第2コネクタと、をさらに備える請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1コネクタと前記ケースとの外端面との間に設けられ、前記第1コネクタと前記ケースとを絶縁する第1絶縁材をさらに備える請求項3に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第2コネクタと前記凹部に位置する前記外端面との間に設けられ、前記第2コネクタと前記ケースとを絶縁する第2絶縁材をさらに備える請求項3に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルは、前記凹部内の前記外端面と前記保護体との間に充填され、前記保護体を前記凹部内に固定するための固定具をさらに備え、
前記第1コネクタ及び前記第2コネクタはそれぞれ前記固定具から延出することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池セル。 - 前記固定具は、さらに、前記凹部の底部と背向する前記保護体の外面を完全に覆うことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池セル。
- 前記固定具は、流動樹脂を前記凹部に流し込んだ後に固化することにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第2コネクタは、前記ケースの外側へ屈曲して延びており、
前記第2コネクタの前記第2端は、前記正極柱と前記負極柱との間に位置していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第2コネクタは前記ケースの外側及び前記正極柱への方向に屈曲して延びており、前記第2コネクタの前記第2端は前記正極柱の上方まで屈曲して延びていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池セル。
- 前記保護体は、TCO、PTC、PCBを含むことを特徴とする請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の電池セルを備える電気機器。
