The main body side locking mechanism and the main body side releasing mechanism here are integrally configured and referred to as a main body side locking/releasing mechanism 46. The main body side locking/releasing mechanism 46 and the separation mechanism 49 will be described later.

装着機構47は、ブラシ体5の軸用凸部57が挿入される軸穴471と、ブラシ体5を第1向きに回転させた際にブラシ体5の固定用凸部59が嵌合する第1嵌合穴473と、ブラシ体5を第2向きに回転させた際にブラシ体5の固定用凸部59が嵌合する第2嵌合穴475とで構成される。

(1-5)手元操作部
手元操作部43は、掃除の際に電気掃除機1を操作(把持)するための取手部431と、取手部431の近くに設けられた操作ボタン(図示省略)と、掃除機本体4と接続パイプ3との接続の固定を解除するように本体側ロック・解除機構46を動作させる解除操作部48を備える。なお、解除操作部48については後述する。
取手部431は、L字状部分401aと逆L字状部分401eとの間の空間401dを利用し、L字状部分401aの屈曲領域と表カバー406の屈曲領域403aとにより構成されている。
操作ボタンは、例えば、電気掃除機のON・OFFスイッチ、吸込具2の回転ブラシのON・OFFスイッチ等である。これらのスイッチは回路モジュールに接続されている。

The operation buttons are, for example, an ON/OFF switch for the vacuum cleaner, an ON/OFF switch for the rotating brush of the suction tool 2, etc. These switches are connected to the circuit module.

(1-6)配線部
配線部45は、吸込具2の回転ブラシを回転駆動するモータに電力を供給するための配線(図示省略)を筐体本体401のL字状部分401aの表面に沿って備え、表カバー403により覆われている。

(3)吸込具

吸込具2は、左右方向に延伸するヘッド部21の底部に吸込口を有し、その内部に回転ブラシ(図示省略)を収容する。
吸込具2は、ヘッド部21の左右方向の中央から接続パイプ3側に筒状に延伸する延伸筒部23を有している。延伸筒部23の内部とヘッド部21の底部の吸込口とは連通している。
吸込具2の延伸筒部23は、接続パイプ3の一端部に挿入されることで、接続パイプ3と接続される。延伸筒部23の他端には、接続パイプ3との接続を固定する吸込具側ロック機構の係合部が係合するための係合孔(吸込具側被ロック部)が設けられている。
吸込具2は、立設状態にある電気掃除機1を前側から支持する支持部25を有している。ここでの支持部25は、拡大図に示すように、欠け部分により構成され、この欠け部分に延伸筒部23が嵌合することで、延伸筒部23を前側から支持すると共に左右方向にも位置決めされる。
(3) Suction Tool This will be explained with reference to FIG.
The suction tool 2 has a suction port at the bottom of a head portion 21 that extends in the left-right direction, and houses a rotating brush (not shown) inside.
The suction tool 2 has an extended tube portion 23 that extends in a cylindrical shape from the center in the left-right direction of the head portion 21 toward the connection pipe 3. The extension tube portion 23 of the suction tool 2 is inserted into one end of the connection pipe 3, thereby being connected to the connection pipe 3. The other end of the extension tube portion 23 is provided with an engagement hole (suction tool side locked portion) for engaging with an engagement portion of the suction tool side locking mechanism that fixes the connection to the connection pipe 3.
The suction tool 2 has a support part 25 that supports the vacuum cleaner 1 in an upright position from the front side. As shown in the enlarged view, the support part 25 here is configured with a cutout part, and the extension tube part 23 fits into this cutout part, thereby supporting the extension tube part 23 from the front side and positioning it in the left-right direction.

(4)本体側ロック・解除機構
図3及び図4を用いて説明する。
本体側ロック・解除機構46は本体側ロック機構460と本体側解除機構465との両機能を有する。
(4-1)本体側ロック機構
本体側ロック機構460は係合構造を利用している。本体側ロック機構460は、接続パイプ3の他端に設けられている本体側被ロック部35の係合孔35a(図5参照)に係合する係合部461を有する。係合部461は左右方向を回転軸として回転可能に支持されている。具体的には、係合部461は軸部462から裏側に延伸し、図4に示すように、パイプ接続部44の周壁の貫通孔44aを貫通して内部へ張り出している。なお、この張出部分461aが接続パイプ3の他端部の係合孔35a(図5参照)に係合する。
なお、係合部461の張出部分461aがパイプ接続部44の内側に入るように回転する方向(向き)を係合方向とし、係合部461の張出部分461aがパイプ接続部44の内側から外側に回転する方向(向き)を解除方向とする。
(4) Main Unit Lock/Unlock Mechanism This will be explained with reference to Figs.
The main body side lock/release mechanism 46 has the functions of both a main body side lock mechanism 460 and a main body side release mechanism 465 .
(4-1) Main Body Locking Mechanism The main body locking mechanism 460 utilizes an engagement structure. The main body locking mechanism 460 has an engagement portion 461 that engages with the engagement hole 35a (see FIG. 5) of the main body locked portion 35 provided at the other end of the connection pipe 3. The engagement portion 461 is supported so as to be rotatable about the left-right direction as a rotation axis. Specifically, the engagement portion 461 extends from the shaft portion 462 to the rear side, and as shown in FIG. 4, penetrates the through hole 44a in the peripheral wall of the pipe connection portion 44 and protrudes inward. The protruding portion 461a engages with the engagement hole 35a (see FIG. 5) at the other end of the connection pipe 3.
The direction (orientation) in which the protruding portion 461a of the engaging portion 461 rotates to enter the inside of the pipe connection portion 44 is defined as the engagement direction, and the direction (orientation) in which the protruding portion 461a of the engaging portion 461 rotates from the inside to the outside of the pipe connection portion 44 is defined as the release direction.

(4-2)本体側解除機構
本体側解除機構465は、本体側ロック機構460の係合部461を本体側被ロック部35の係合孔35aから抜ける方向(解除方向)に移動させて、接続状態の固定(係合)を解除する。
ここでの本体側解除機構465は、手元操作部43の解除操作部48(図2参照)の操作により係合部461を解除方向に回転させるための可動部466を備える。可動部466は軸部462から径方向に突出する。ここでは、可動部466は軸部462に一体に設けられている。可動部466における係合部461側の面は、筒軸方向と交差し、軸体485の筒軸方向の一端部と当接又は近接する。これにより、軸体485が筒軸方向を一端側に移動することで、可動部466が軸部462の回りを解除方向へと移動する。これにより、可動部466と一体化されている係合部461が解除方向に回転移動する。
(4-2) Body-side Release Mechanism The body-side release mechanism 465 moves the engaging portion 461 of the body-side locking mechanism 460 in a direction (releasing direction) in which it comes out of the engaging hole 35a of the body-side locked portion 35, thereby releasing the fixed (engaged) connected state.
The main body side release mechanism 465 here includes a movable part 466 for rotating the engagement part 461 in the release direction by operating the release operation part 48 (see FIG. 2) of the hand operation part 43. The movable part 466 protrudes in the radial direction from the shaft part 462. Here, the movable part 466 is provided integrally with the shaft part 462. The surface of the movable part 466 on the engagement part 461 side intersects with the cylindrical axis direction and abuts or comes close to one end of the shaft body 485 in the cylindrical axis direction. As a result, the shaft body 485 moves in the cylindrical axis direction toward the one end side, and the movable part 466 moves around the shaft part 462 in the release direction. As a result, the engagement part 461 integrated with the movable part 466 rotates and moves in the release direction.

本体側解除機構465は、上記の解除操作部48の解除操作以外の操作により、係合部461を解除方向に回転させるための操作部467を備えてもよい。操作部467は、図4に示すように、掃除機本体4のパイプ接続部44の表カバー403の開口403bを利用して操作可能に構成されている。
操作部467は、開口403b内に配され且つ裏側が開口する箱状をする箱状部分467aと、箱状部分467aと軸部462とを連結する連結部分467bとを有する。なお、箱状部分467aが開口403bに対して押し込まれる(退避する)と、軸部462が回転し、結果的に係合部461が解除方向に移動(回転)する。
なお、図示しないが、操作部467(箱状部分467a)とパイプ接続部44の周壁との間には、押し込まれた操作部467を元の位置に戻すように付勢する付勢機構(例えばバネ体)が設けられている。付勢機構の図示は省略している。

Although not shown, a biasing mechanism (e.g., a spring body) that biases the pushed-in operating part 467 so as to return it to its original position is provided between the operating part 467 (box-shaped part 467a) and the peripheral wall of the pipe connection part 44. The biasing mechanism is not shown.

上述のように、ここでの本体側ロック・解除機構46は、係合部461と軸部462と可動部466と操作部467とを一体に備える回転移動体468により構成されている。回転移動体468は、図3の(a)に示すように、配線部45の表壁に形成された軸支持部45aに軸部462が回転可能に支持され、操作部467の箱状部分467aが表カバー403の開口403b内に位置する状態で、表カバー403により覆われている。
なお、本実施形態の第3方向は、軸部462の軸心を回転中心とする回転移動体468の回転方向であり、回転移動体468の係合方向の回転の向きが本実施形態の一方側であり、回転移動体468の解除方向の回転の向きが本実施形態の他方側である。

解除操作部48は、掃除機本体4における接続パイプ3との接続位置よりも手元操作部43側に設けられている。解除操作部48は、使用者から解除操作を受け付ける操作受付部材481と、操作受付部材481の受付動作により本体側解除機構465(図4参照)を動作させる動作部材483とを備える。

操作受付部材481は、筐体本体401のL字状部分401aと表カバー403との間に配され、箱状部481aが表カバー403の開口403cに嵌合する。
なお、鍔部481bは開口403cよりも大きい。これにより、操作受付部材481の箱状部481aが開口403cに対して出退可能に支持される。使用者による操作受付部材481の受付動作は、使用者の箱状部481aの押込みによる裏側への移動である。
(5-1) Operation Receiving Member The operation receiving member 481 is supported so as to be movable in a second direction intersecting with the axial direction. Here, the second direction is the front-to-back direction. The operation receiving member 481 has a box-shaped portion 481a that is open on the back side, and a flange portion 481b that protrudes outward from the opening edge of the box-shaped portion 481a.
The operation receiving member 481 is disposed between the L-shaped portion 401 a of the housing main body 401 and the front cover 403 , and the box-shaped portion 481 a fits into an opening 403 c of the front cover 403 .
The flange 481b is larger than the opening 403c. This allows the box-shaped portion 481a of the operation receiving member 481 to be supported so as to be able to move in and out of the opening 403c. The receiving operation of the operation receiving member 481 by the user is performed by the user pushing the box-shaped portion 481a to move it to the back side.

操作受付部材481は、箱状部418aの底面(裏面)から裏側に突出する突出部481cを備える。突出部481cにおける筒軸方向の一端側が傾斜面481dとなっている。
傾斜面481dは、当該傾斜面上を突出部481cの基部側から突出側に向かう(図6においてZ方向の裏側に進む)にしたがって、箱状部418aの底面から離れるように傾斜している。具体的に、突出部481cの筒軸方向の他端側の端面は筒軸方向と直交し、突出部481cの筒軸方向の寸法に着目して換言すると、左右方向に直交する断面(図6である)において、裏側に近づくにしたがって突出部481cの筒軸方向の寸法が小さくなるように傾斜している。
突出部481cの傾斜面481dは、動作部材483の他端部と当接し、使用者からの操作受付部材481の押込みによる移動力を動作部材483に伝達する力伝達部を構成する。なお、傾斜面481dは、後述の力変換体487の傾斜面487dと当接する。

The inclined surface 481d of the protruding portion 481c abuts against the other end of the operating member 483 and constitutes a force transmitting portion that transmits the moving force caused by the user pressing the operation accepting member 481 to the operating member 483. The inclined surface 481d abuts against an inclined surface 487d of a force converter 487 described later.

(5-2)動作部材
動作部材483は、筒軸方向に移動可能に支持され、操作受付部材481の受付動作により筒軸方向を一端側(接続位置側)に移動する。
動作部材483は、筒軸方向に延伸する軸体485と、操作受付部材481の裏側への移動力を軸体485の一端側への移動力に変換する力変換体487とを備える。なお、ここでは、軸体485と力変換体487は他部材で構成されているが、例えば、一部材で構成してもよい。なお、軸体485は本実施形態の軸部の一例に相当し、力変換体487は本実施形態の力変換部の一例に相当する。
(5-2) Movement Member The movement member 483 is supported so as to be movable in the axial direction, and moves in the axial direction toward one end (the connection position) in response to a reception operation of the operation reception member 481 .

(5-2-1)軸体
軸体485は、横断面形状が円形状の棒状をし、図7の(a)に示すように、L字状部分401aの表面に形成されたリブ401gの凹み401hに嵌るようにして支持されている。なお、リブ401gは左右方向に延伸し、筒軸方向に間隔をおいて複数個設けられている。各リブ401gの左右方向の端部は、筒軸方向に延伸するリブ401iにより補強(連結)されている。軸体485の他端側は後述の力変換体487に固定されている。
(5-2-1) Shaft The shaft 485 is rod-shaped with a circular cross section, and is supported by fitting into a recess 401h of a rib 401g formed on the surface of the L-shaped portion 401a, as shown in Fig. 7(a). (5-2-2)力変換体
力変換体487は筒軸方向の移動可能に支持されている。ここでは、図7の(a)に示すように、力変換体487の裏面が筐体本体401の表面に当接し、力変換体487の左右端面が筐体本体401から筒軸方向に沿って表側に延伸するリブ401jと当接する。
力変換体487は全体として筒軸方向に長い直方体状に似た形状をしている。力変換体487は、筒軸方向に延伸する縦溝部487aと、左右方向に延伸する横溝部487bとを有し、他端部487cの端面が傾斜面487dとなっている。
(5-2-2) Force conversion body The force conversion body 487 is supported so as to be movable in the axial direction. The force converter 487 has a vertical groove 487a extending in the axial direction and a horizontal groove 487b extending in the left-right direction. The end surface of the other end 487c forms an inclined surface 487d.

支柱8は、下支柱部81と上支柱部83とを備え、上支柱部83が電気掃除機1の接続パイプ3を後方から支持する。支柱8は、上支柱部83に補助集塵具9を収容するボックス85を着脱可能に備える。
支柱8(上支柱部83)は、ボックス85を装着するための装着部を有する。ここでのボックス95は、上下方向に長く且つ少なくとも上面が開放する箱状をしている。ボックス95における支柱8と対向する対向壁には上支柱部83に上下に間隔をおいて設けられた2個の係合片があり、当該係合片が係合する係合溝が装着部として形成されている。なお、装着部(係合溝)は、上支柱部83の左右方向の左右壁と、左右方向と直交する方向の後側の後壁とに設けられ、ボックス85の取り付け位置を選択できる。

On the opposing wall of the box 95 that faces the support 8, there are two engagement pieces that are provided at an interval above and below on the upper support portion 83, and engagement grooves with which the engagement pieces engage are formed as attachment portions. 電動送風機を収容し且つ取手部を有する掃除機本体、前記第1接続体及び前記吸込具の順に並ぶよう接続される電気掃除機であり、
前記第1接続体は、
前記吸込具と接続される接続パイプであり、
前記吸込具との接続を固定するロック機構と、
前記ロック機構の固定を解除する解除機構と、
前記解除機構の解除に合わせて接続状態の前記第1接続体と前記吸込具とを離間させる離間機構と

前記離間機構は、前記解除機構の解除に合わせて、前記第1接続体から前記吸込具側に突出する突出部材を有し、
前記ロック機構は、前記第1接続体に設けられ且つ前記吸込具の接続部の被係合部に係合する係合部を有し、前記係合部が係合方向に移動して被係合部に係合することで前記接続が固定され、前記係合部が係合方向と反対方向の解除方向に移動することで前記ロック機構の固定が解除され、
