Description

This invention relates to a continuous packaging bag in which multiple packaging bags are connected in a detachable manner.

Continuous packaging bags are wound up in a continuous roll with perforations for separation. When using the packaging bag, it is necessary to separate the packaging bag and then open the opening, but since the opening is the part that was connected by the perforation, it is difficult to open even after separation. For example, the thinner the synthetic resin film that makes up the packaging bag, such as the so-called rolled plastic bags provided on soccer tables, the more difficult it is to open it.

The packaging bag in Patent Document 1 below has the opening creased by applying heat. The creases make it easier to open.

The packaging bag in Patent Document 2 below has an embossed portion with a concave-convex shape formed at the opening. The embossed portion is obtained by cold compression processing.

Although these configurations make it easier to open, they require time during manufacturing to create wrinkles and emboss the bag, making it difficult to efficiently manufacture continuous packaging bags.

The packaging bag in Patent Document 3 below has a triangular protrusion formed in the middle of the longitudinal direction of the perforation toward the bottom seal. This packaging bag is said to be easy to open because the protrusion is located at the part that opens when the bag is cut.

However, to form the protrusion, an appropriate distance must be left between the perforation and the bottom seal, resulting in poor yield.

The packaging bag in Patent Document 4 below has a round through hole formed near the opening to assist in opening. When opening the bag, the through hole is pinched and moved between fingers.

However, forming holes through the material in this way creates waste during manufacturing.

特公昭53-23748号公報Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-23748 特開2008-13203号公報JP 2008-13203 A 特許第3743890号公報Patent No. 3743890 特開2000-255590号公報JP 2000-255590 A

Therefore, the main objective of this invention is to enable the structure for easy opening to be smoothly formed during the transport process during manufacturing, while eliminating the generation of waste during the manufacturing process.

The means for this is a continuous type packaging bag in which multiple packaging bags are wound into a roll in a continuous manner with perforations for separation, and an opening edge with the broken perforations at one end is formed in a portion of the longitudinal direction of the perforations on one side of the packaging bag.

In this configuration, the opening end is perforated with wide spacing, and is in a state where it is no longer in contact with the other side of the packaging bag. When cutting the packaging bag along the perforation, if you hold the opening end with your fingertips and pull it, you can cut it off and open it at the same time.

According to this invention, the opening end is easy to open, and storing products can be done quickly and easily. The opening end is obtained by breaking the perforation, so it can be easily formed during the transportation process during manufacturing. Moreover, since the opening end can be formed simply by breaking the perforation, waste can be prevented from being generated during the manufacturing process.

FIG. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a manufacturing process for continuous packaging bags. 4A to 4C are cross-sectional views showing a method for forming the opening edge. FIG. FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing another example of a continuous type packaging bag and its usage state.

One embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the drawings.

Figure 1 shows a partially cutaway perspective view of a continuous packaging bag 11 in a slightly pulled-out state. The continuous packaging bag 11 is made up of multiple packaging bags 12 wound into a roll with perforations 13 for separation, and is used by being held in a pull-out state or stored in a box.

The material of the continuous packaging bag 11 is a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, and the continuous packaging bag 11 is formed in the form of a thin film. The packaging bag 12 is a so-called bottom-seal type, and is a bag in which only the bottom is sealed. In other words, the packaging bag 12 is a flat tube with perforations 13 that form the opening of the packaging bag 12 and a bottom seal 14 that forms the bottom of the packaging bag 12 formed in parallel. The perforations 13 and the bottom seal 14 are formed in a straight line across the entire width of the tube. The perforations 13 penetrate the packaging bag 12 in the thickness direction.

All the packaging bags 12 are continuous and in the same position, with the bottoms of the packaging bags 12 facing the unwinding direction D1. That is, for each packaging bag 12, the perforation 13 that forms the opening of the packaging bag 12 is disposed forward in the winding direction D2, and the bottom seal 14 that forms the bottom of the packaging bag 12 is disposed backward in the winding direction D2. The space between the bottom seal 14 and the perforation 13 of adjacent packaging bags 12 is the part that forms the so-called skirt 15 of the packaging bag 12, and the length of this portion is set appropriately, but the shorter the length, the better the yield.

The packaging bag 12 also has side gussets, with gussets 16 on both the left and right sides that can be folded inward.

The packaging bag 12 in this continuous type packaging bag 11 has an opening end 17 with a broken perforation at an end, along part of the longitudinal direction of the perforation 13 on one side. The opening end 17 is a part of one of the films that is in contact with the film on the other side where the adhesion has been released. At the opening end 17, a free end is created by breaking part of the longitudinal direction of the perforation 13, resulting in an appearance that floats from the fill on the other side or has wrinkles.

As described above, the bottom of the packaging bag 12 of the continuous packaging bag 11 faces the pull-out direction D1, so the opening edge 17 is formed in the part of the perforation 13 on the pull-out direction D1 side.

The opening edge 17 is formed at the longitudinal center of the perforation 13. The range of the opening edge 17 can be set as appropriate, but it is preferable that it is inside the left and right gussets 16.

In this example, the opening end 17 is formed by the perforations 13 located on the inner surface of the roll, so that the opening end 17 remains inside the roll without being exposed to the outside.

A continuous packaging bag 11 having such a configuration is manufactured as shown in Figure 2.

While transporting the gusseted tube 11a in its longitudinal direction, welding is performed at predetermined intervals to form the bottom seal 14, and perforation is performed to form the perforation 13. In FIG. 2, 21 is a welding machine, 21a is a receiving stand, and 21b is a seal bar that is movable up and down. Also, 22 is a perforation forming machine, 22a is a receiving stand, and 22b is a perforation forming blade that is movable up and down.

After forming the perforations 13 and bottom seal 14, a load is applied to the perforations 13 on one side of the packaging bag 12 in a direction that breaks the perforations 13, breaking a portion of the perforations 13 in the longitudinal direction to form an opening end 17 with the broken perforations 13 at its end. After the opening end 17 is formed, the completed continuous packaging bag 11 is wound up into a roll. In FIG. 2, 23 is a winding shaft.

Partial breaking of the perforation 13 can be achieved in various configurations, but for example, it is preferable to achieve this in the following configuration.

That is, the perforation breaker 24 is composed of a feed roller 24a that is placed under the tube 11a in the transport direction of the tube 11a, and a contact roller 24b that reciprocates above the tube 11a toward the feed roller 24a. The feed roller 24a is formed to be longer than the width of the tube 11a, while the length of the contact roller 24b is shorter, and is formed according to the desired size of the opening end 17. In addition, while the feed roller 24a rotates in the transport direction, the contact roller 24b is set to rotate in the opposite direction. The contact roller 24b is formed of a material that has high friction resistance against the tube 11a, such as silicone rubber.

The mechanism for reciprocating the contact roller 24b is composed of an appropriate mechanism that converts the rotational motion of the motor into linear motion, such as a cam or crank mechanism.

During the transport of the tube 11a, the feed roller 24a and the contact roller 24b rotate together, as shown by the solid lines in Figure 3. When the bottom seal 14 of one packaging bag 12 and the perforation 13 of the subsequent packaging bag 12 pass over the feed roller 24a, the contact roller 24b is lowered to contact the rear side of the perforation 13 in the tube 11a in the transport direction.

The contact of the contact roller 24b and its rotation in the opposite direction to the transport direction places a load on the perforation 13 in the tube 11a being transported, causing the perforation 13 to break. The breakage of the perforation 13 and the rotation of the contact roller 24b causes the rear portion of the perforation 13 in the transport direction to wrinkle as shown by the imaginary line, creating a gap between it and the opposing film that was in close contact with it. The contact roller 24b, which has been lowered once, is then immediately raised.

The intermittent operation of the contact roller 24b forms an opening edge 17 in some of the successively formed perforations 13.

When the perforation 13 breaks, the bottom seal 14 is formed immediately adjacent to the perforation 13 in the winding direction D2 and upstream in the rotation direction of the contact roller 24b, so that the stretching of the film in the area where the load for breaking is applied can be suppressed, and the perforation 13 is broken reliably.

After this, when the continuous packaging bag 11 is wound up on the winding shaft 23, the opening end 17 of the continuous packaging bag 11 fits inside the roll, and the free end of the opening end 17 is held in place. Even though the opening end 17 is included, the gussets 16 on both the left and right sides allow for secure winding.

The continuous packaging bag 11 manufactured in the above manner can be used by attaching it to an existing roll holder provided on a soccer table or the like, or by storing it in a box so that it can be pulled out.

Figure 4 shows the continuous packaging bag 11 pulled downward. Note that in Figure 4, the leading end of the continuous packaging bag 11 is simply hanging down, but when held in a general holder, the end pulled out from the roll is positioned toward the front.

When the continuous packaging bag 11 is pulled out starting from the bottom seal 14 and is pulled out until the perforation 13 at the top of the packaging bag 12 appears, the opening edge 17 is exposed in the middle of the longitudinal direction of the perforation 13. The opening edge 17 is not in contact with the opposing film and is in an easy-to-open state. Therefore, when the opening edge 17 is pinched and the packaging bag 12 is pulled as shown by the phantom line, the perforation 13 breaks, opening the entire top end and allowing the packaging bag 12 to be separated.

The separated packaging bag 12 is open, so there is no need to open it, and putting products inside can be done quickly and easily.

The opening edge 17 is formed in the middle of the longitudinal direction of the perforation 13, so opening and tearing can be performed more stably than if it were formed biased to either the left or right.

In addition, the opening end 17 is formed at the perforation 13 located on the inner surface of the roll, so the opening end 17 is prevented from being exposed when the roll is wound up. This prevents accidental tearing and allows for proper use without waste.

Since all the packaging bags 12 are in the same position and the bottoms of the packaging bags 12 are oriented in the pulling-out direction D1, even if they have an opening end 17, the packaging bags 12 will not open when the continuous packaging bag 11 is pulled out, and the hygienic state of the packaging bags 12 can be maintained.

In addition, since the packaging bag 12 has a side gusset, even though it has an opening end 17, it can be tightly rolled up on both the left and right sides, resulting in a continuous packaging bag 11 that has a good appearance and is easy to use.

The continuous packaging bag 11 can be manufactured by forming the perforations 13 and bottom seal 14 using existing methods, and then simply breaking off part of the perforations 13, which simplifies the device configuration and, unlike conventional methods that require punching holes, also eliminates the generation of waste during the manufacturing process.

The above configuration is one embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above configuration, and other configurations may also be adopted.

The following describes another example of a continuous packaging bag 11. In this description, the same components as those described above are given the same reference numerals and detailed descriptions are omitted.

Figure 5 is a perspective view of another example of a continuous packaging bag 11. As can be seen in this figure, the opening end 17 is present on the outer surface of the roll. In other words, the continuous packaging bag 11 in Figure 5 has a configuration in which the opening end 17 is formed at the perforation 13 located on the outer surface of the roll. In the manufacturing process, the bag is wound up with the opening end 17 facing the outer surface of the roll, and the configuration is the same as that described above.

In a continuous packaging bag 11 configured in this way, even if the packaging bag 12 at the leading end is stuck to the roll due to static electricity, when removing the packaging bag 12, the fingertip can catch the opening edge 17 by moving the finger along the outer surface of the roll as shown by the phantom lines in Figure 5. This makes it easy to open and separate the packaging bag 12. In addition, the packaging bag 12 can be opened and separated without turning the roll to pull out the packaging bag 12 at the leading end.

In addition, although not shown in the figures, for example, the opening end 17 may be formed using a non-rotating structure such as a hammer that moves intermittently in the direction of movement toward the feed roller 24a, instead of the contact roller 24b.

The packaging bag 12 may also be of a type without a gusset 16 or of a side-seal type.

A method for manufacturing a continuous type packaging bag in which a plurality of packaging bags are continuously wound into a roll via perforations for separation, comprising the steps of:
The packaging bag is a flat tube having lateral gussets on both sides, and the perforations are formed forward in the winding direction from a bottom seal that forms the bottom of the packaging bag .
A load is applied to the longitudinal center position of the perforation on one side of the packaging bag in a direction to break the perforation , thereby breaking the area of the perforation that is inside the horizontal gusset , and forming an opening end that has the broken perforation at its end and is not in close contact with the other side ,
This is a method for producing continuous packaging bags, which is then wound into a roll.
The opening edge is formed at the perforation located on the inner surface of the roll.
