Description
発明者らは、非特許文献2に示すように、外気中に存在する細菌とカビ菌を利用して室内の菌と想定し、高性能HEPAフィルターで除菌した空気を外気に見立てて細菌、カビ菌の移行試験を実施した。ほとんどの細菌(表1)とカビ菌(表2)はロータを通過すること、そして移行することがなかったと学会にて発表している。
またRe数は Re=ハニカム内流速×等価直径d÷空気の動粘度υ の計算式で計算される。Re数2300以下とは、表3に示すように設計上の最大風量時の全面風速が4m/sの場合ハニカムの開口率が80%であればハニカム内流速は5m/sであり、ハニカムの等価直径(相当直径)はφ2.4mm以下になる。等価直径(相当直径)dは d=4×ハニカム流路断面積s×ハニカム流路浸辺長(内周長さ)pl で計算できる。
条件の第二として、ハニカムに流入した空気が乱流から層流に完全に変わるまでの区間を助走区間という。助走区間長Lは L=0.05×Re×等価直径d の計算式で計算でき、計算結果を表4に示す。助走区間長Lはロータ幅の1/2以下であることが望ましい。その理由は発明の効果の項にて説明した。
Claims (6)
- 設計最大風量においてもハニカム流路内がRe数2300以下の層流領域になり、流入空気が層流になるまでの助走区間が、ロータ幅の2分の1以下である相当直径(等価直径)より小さいサイズのハニカムであって、ハニカムを構成するシート表面が、銅イオン溶出型の抗菌剤を含有するコート層で覆われ、前記銅イオン溶出型の抗菌剤の主成分が塩基性硫酸銅であることを特徴とする空調用ハニカムロータ。
- 設計最大風量においてもハニカム流路内がRe数2300以下の層流領域になり、流入空気が層流になるまでの助走区間が、ロータ幅の2分の1以下である相当直径(等価直径)より小さいサイズのハニカムであって、ハニカムを構成するシート表面が、銅イオン溶出型の抗菌剤を含有するコート層で覆われ、前記銅イオン溶出型の抗菌剤の主成分が塩基性塩化銅であることを特徴とする空調用ハニカムロータ。
- 設計最大風量においてもハニカム流路内がRe数2300以下の層流領域になり、流入空気が層流になるまでの助走区間が、ロータ幅の2分の1以下である相当直径(等価直径)より小さいサイズのハニカムであって、ハニカムを構成するシート表面が、銅イオン溶出型の抗菌剤を含有するコート層で覆われ、前記銅イオン溶出型の抗菌剤の主成分が水酸化銅であることを特徴とする空調用ハニカムロータ。
- 前記空調用ハニカムロータが、全熱交換用またはデシカント空調用または全熱交換とデシカント空調両用ロータである請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の空調用ハニカムロータ。
- 前記ハニカムを覆うコート層が、ゼオライトと共に前記銅イオン溶出型の抗菌剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の空調用ハニカムロータ。
- 前記銅イオン溶出型の抗菌剤を含むコート層にイオン交換樹脂粒子が接着固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の空調用ハニカムロータ。
