Claims (10)
- パウチ型電池ケース用ラミネートシートを下部成形型上に位置させる段階(a)と、
上部成形型で前記ラミネートシートを押圧して電極組立体収納部を成形する段階(b)と、
前記電極組立体収納部の底にベンティング誘導部を成形する段階(c)と、
前記電極組立体収納部及び前記ベンティング誘導部が成形されたパウチ型電池ケースを前記下部成形型から取り外す段階(d)と、
を含む、パウチ型電池ケースの製造方法において、
前記段階(c)は、ベンティング誘導部の金属層の厚さを薄くするために複数回遂行される、パウチ型電池ケースの製造方法。 - 前記段階(b)及び前記段階(c)は順次遂行され、
前記段階(b)は、下面のサイズが電極組立体収納部の底に対応するサイズを有する第2上部成形型及び第2下部成形型を用い、
前記段階(c)は、下面のサイズが電極組立体収納部の底に対応するサイズを有し、下面には凹部が形成されている第1上部成形型、及び前記第1上部成形型の凹部に対応する上面に突起が形成されている第1下部成形型を用いる、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池ケースの製造方法。 - 前記凹部は前記第1上部成形型の中心部に形成される、請求項2に記載のパウチ型電池ケースの製造方法。
- 前記凹部に前記突起が挿入される構造を有し、前記凹部と前記突起は互いに対応するサイズ及び形態を有し、
前記突起の形態は、多角錐、多角錐台、円錐、円錐台、及び半球の中でいずれか一つである、請求項2または3に記載のパウチ型電池ケースの製造方法。 - 前記突起は、複数の突起が前記下部成形型の中心部に集中するように形成される、請求項4に記載のパウチ型電池ケースの製造方法。
- 前記段階(c)は、ラミネートシートを複数回プレスする過程を含む、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池ケースの製造方法。
- 外部被覆層、金属層及び内部接着層を含む上部ケース及び下部ケースからなり、
前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースの中で少なくとも一つには電極組立体収納部が形成され、
前記電極組立体収納部にはベンティング誘導部が形成されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケースの製造方法。 - 前記ベンティング誘導部において前記金属層の厚さは前記ベンティング誘導部を除いた電極組立体収納部の底の厚さより薄い、請求項7に記載のパウチ型電池ケースの製造方法。
- 前記ベンティング誘導部は前記電極組立体収納部の底の中心部に形成されている、請求項7または8に記載のパウチ型電池ケースの製造方法。
- 前記ベンティング誘導部のベンティング圧力は熱融着で密封される前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースのシーリング部のベンティング圧力より小さい、請求項7~9のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池ケースの製造方法。
