Abstract
Description
本実施形態は、超純水製造システムを構成する純水製造システム(一次純水装置)の制御に特徴を有するものである。
次に図2に示す純水製造システムの制御方法について説明する。
図2において、給水ポンプ52Aとインバータを備えた高圧ポンプ52Bを起動して被処理水タンク1から前処理水(被処理水)W1を供給し、逆浸透膜装置53、第一の脱気膜装置54A、第二の脱気膜装置54B、紫外線酸化装置55と、電気脱イオン装置(CDI)56で処理し、続いてホウ素キレート樹脂塔58に送られて処理された後、サブシステム4に送液され、ユースポイントでの使用量に応じてサブシステム4で超純水が調製されてユースポイントに必要量が供給される。
試験装置として、図2に示す構成の純水製造システム3を用意した。この試験装置において、電気脱イオン装置56の最大処理水量を23m3/hとし、サブシステム4のユースポイントへの供給水量(ユースポイントの使用水量)の変動に応じて、一次純水(純水)W2の給水量が変動するように手動で高圧ポンプ52Bの出力制御(手動制御)した場合の電気脱イオン装置56の処理水量を計測した(比較例1)。結果をユースポイントの使用水量とともに図4に示す。

Claims (2)
- 被処理水供給源と、この被処理水供給源に接続した給水機構と、前記給水機構の後段に設けられた給水の圧力計と、前記給水機構と圧力計との間に設けられた1又は2種以上の水処理機器とを備えた純水製造システムで製造された純水を、前記圧力計の後段の純水使用機器に供給する純水製造システムの制御方法であって、
前記圧力計と前記純水使用機器の間に該純水使用機器に供給される純水の流量調整機構を有し、前記純水使用機器の使用水量に応じて、前記流量調整機構により純水の供給量を調整するとともに、前記給水機構の給水出力を前記圧力計の計測値が略一定となるように制御し、
前記純水使用機器が前記圧力計の後段で複数系列並列に設けられている、純水製造システムの制御方法。 - 前記水処理機器が、逆浸透膜、紫外線酸化装置、脱気膜、電気脱イオン装置、再生式イオン交換装置、非再生式イオン交換装置から選ばれた1種又は2種以上である、請求項1に記載の純水製造システムの制御方法。
