Description
複数の大容量蓄勢部品を個別に充電する個別充電回路と、各蓄勢部品を個別に放電する個別放電回路と、各蓄勢部品の電圧を個別に監視する電圧監視回路と、ばらつきのある蓄勢部品に対してさらに個別充電し当該電圧を安定させて設定電圧を得るようにする個別電圧安定化制御部と、前記蓄勢部における個別充電による安定した設定電圧、および個別放電による大電流からなる大容量電力を出力させて、前記溶接電極間に通電させる出力回路と、を備えている。

Claims (3)
- 複数の大容量蓄勢部品からなる蓄勢部を有し、大容量電力による通電により溶接電極間で被溶接物を加圧しながら抵抗溶接する蓄勢式溶接機であって、
複数の大容量蓄勢部品を個別に充電させる個別充電回路と、
各蓄勢部品を個別に放電させる個別放電回路と、
各蓄勢部品の電圧を個別に監視する電圧監視回路と、
性能にばらつきのある蓄勢部品に対してさらに個別充電し当該電圧を安定させて設定電圧を得るようにする個別電圧安定化制御部と、
前記蓄勢部における個別充電による安定した設定電圧、および個別放電による大電流からなる大容量電力を出力させて、前記溶接電極間に通電させる出力回路と、
を備えた蓄勢式溶接機。 - 請求項1において、
前記個別電圧安定化制御部は、前記個別に充電される各蓄勢部品の電圧をそれぞれ監視し、そのうち、ばらつきにより充電電圧が不足する蓄勢部品に対してさらに個別充電して不足分を解消させ、当該蓄勢部品の電圧を安定させて設定電圧を得る、蓄勢式溶接機。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記個別放電回路は、各蓄勢部品を個別に放電することにより、各蓄勢部品間の電流の回り込みを抑止して大電流を保持させるとともに、前記蓄勢部の放電にかかる時間を短縮化させる、蓄勢式溶接機。
