Claims (15)
- 弾性材料の3Dプリント構造であって、
第1の軸の方向に力が加えられたときに変形するように構成され、加えられた前記力が取り除かれたときに元の形態に戻るように構成された少なくとも1つの第1の壁であって、前記第1の壁は、前記第1の軸に沿って延びる複数の層を有し、少なくとも1つの一次構造層と第1の可撓性層と第2の可撓性層とを備える前記第1の壁を、備え、
前記第1の可撓性層及び/または前記第2の可撓性層は、変形時に前記第1の軸から離れるように偏向するように構成されており、
前記一次構造層は、第1の剛性を有し、
前記第1の可撓性層及び/または前記第2の可撓性層は、第2の剛性を有し、
前記第1の剛性は、前記第2の剛性よりも大きい、3Dプリント構造。 - 前記一次構造層は、前記第1の軸に沿って、前記第1の可撓性層及び前記第2の可撓性層に当接する、請求項1に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記第1の剛性及び前記第2の剛性は、縦方向に沿ったものである、請求項1または2に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記第1の剛性及び前記第2の剛性は、横方向に沿ったものである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記第1の剛性及び前記第2の剛性は、回転方向に沿っている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記一次構造層の幅は、前記第1の可撓性層及び前記第2の可撓性層の幅よりも大きい、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記第1の壁は、少なくとも1つの二次構造層及び/または少なくとも1つの第3の可撓性層を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記第1の壁は、縦方向軸に沿って、少なくとも1つの一次構造層及び少なくとも1つの可撓性層が繰り返される層構造を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記一次構造層と前記二次構造層とは、少なくとも前記第1の可撓性層によって分離される、請求項7に記載の3Dプリント構造。

- 前記一次構造層は、少なくとも2つ以上の可撓性層によって縦方向軸に分離される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記第1の壁は、第1の高さと、第1の端部と、第2の端部と、を有し、
一次構造層は、前記第1の端部から及び/または前記第2の端部から、第1の長さの少なくとも20%の距離だけ離間して位置する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。 - 前記第1の軸は、前記一次構造層、及び/または、前記第1の可撓性層及び前記第2の可撓性層の中心軸と交差する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記弾性材料は、シリコン材料またはシリコン材料の混合物である、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
