Description

Claims (7)
- クロマトグラフィーカラムを製造するために、クロマトグラフィーカラム材料の既製カラム(1)にケーシング(11)を提供する方法であって、
ケーシング(11)が、
接触エリア経路(12)に沿ってクロマトグラフィーカラム材料の既製カラム(1)のケーシング表面(8)を連続的に覆うように、ケーシング材料供給口に対してクロマトグラフィーカラム材料の既製カラム(1)を回転させるステップと、
接触エリア(7)で固化する量のケーシング材料(9)を連続的に供給することによって、クロマトグラフィーカラム用のケーシング(11)を生成するために、クロマトグラフィーカラム材料の既製カラム(1)のケーシング表面(8)で、接触エリア経路(12)に沿って現接触エリア(7)に一定量の流動性ケーシング材料(9)を供給するステップとを包含する、付加製造によって生成される、前記方法。 - クロマトグラフィーカラム材料の既製カラム(1)が、0~90度の間、好ましくは45~70度の間の角度で鉛直線と交差する回転軸の周りを回転する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ケーシング材料供給口が、流動性ケーシング材料(9)を接触エリア(7)上へ堆積させるためのノズル(5)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ノズル(5)が、回転するクロマトグラフィーカラム材料の既製カラム(1)の接触エリア(7)上に鉛直線上に、流動性ケーシング材料(9)が接触エリア(7)上へ落下するように配置される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- レーザービーム(10)が流動性ケーシング材料(9)を少なくとも部分的に溶融する接触エリア(7)上へ向けられること、および接触エリア(7)がもはやレーザービーム(10)によって照射されなくなった後、溶融ケーシング材料(9)が固化することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ケーシング表面(8)に沿った接触エリア経路(12)がらせん形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接触エリア経路(12)が、ケーシング表面(8)の各部分に沿って2回以上走り、2層以上のケーシング材料(9)を有するケーシング(11)の生成がもたらされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
