対称構造を呈し、下方に櫛歯部、上方に押圧部を備え、枢着して組み合わせられるよう枢着部が設けられている2つの挟持体であって、
前記押圧部には貫通孔が設けられており、前記貫通孔は上方に抑圧辺を備え、前記挟持体の外側の位置であって、前記貫通孔に対して下方の位置には係合部が設けられており、前記係合部は、第1係止溝、及び、前記貫通孔から前記第1係止溝よりも遠くに形成された第2係止溝を備える、2つの挟持体と、
円弧形状の片体で、下方に開口を備え、前記開口の両側に2つの端部を備える弾性部材であって、
前記弾性部材は2つの前記挟持体の前記貫通孔に挿通し、2つの端部をそれぞれ2つの前記挟持体の前記第1係止溝と係合させることができ、2つの前記挟持体を開いたとき、前記抑圧辺が前記弾性部材を抑圧して、前記弾性部材の2つの端部を移動させてそれぞれ2つの前記挟持体の前記第2係止溝と係合させることができ、

an elastic member that, when the two clamping bodies are contracted and the opening angle between the two clamping bodies becomes an angle at which the second locking groove cannot abut against the end of the elastic member, can automatically disengage the second locking groove in conjunction with the two clamping bodies, and allows the two ends of the elastic member to move to and engage with the first locking grooves of the two clamping bodies, respectively;
