-外部冷却システムに接続された、入口及び出口の気密封止された圧縮機又はポンプフランジ、
-能動型磁気軸受に電力供給する電力ケーブル、
-発電機の電力ケーブル、
を介してのみ外界に接続される。
Claims (11)
- 一体型の気密封止されたターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)であって、
気密封止されたケーシング装置(23;23.1、23.2)と、
前記気密封止されたケーシング装置内に配置されたターボエキスパンダ(25;25.1、25.2)と、
前記気密封止されたケーシング装置(23;23.1、23.2)内に配置された流体加圧ターボ機械(27;27.1、27.2)と、
前記気密封止されたケーシング装置(23;23.1、23.2)内に配置された発電機(29)と、を備え、
前記ターボエキスパンダ(25;25.1、25.2)、前記流体加圧ターボ機械(27;27.1、27.2)及び前記発電機(29)は、前記気密封止されたケーシング装置(23;23.1、23.2)内に能動型磁気軸受(41、41.1~41.5)によって回転式で支持される少なくとも1つのシャフトを含む共通のシャフトライン(31;31.1、31.2)上に配置され、
前記ターボエキスパンダ(25;25.1、25.2)及び前記流体加圧ターボ機械(27;27.1、27.2)の各々は、それぞれの軸受(41、41.1~41.5)の間に配置され、
前記発電機(29)は、前記共通のシャフトライン(31;31.1、31.2)の1つの端部において軸受間に配置され、
前記ターボエキスパンダ(25;25.1、25.2)は、前記発電機(29)と前記流体加圧ターボ機械(27;27.1、27.2)との間に配置されている、ターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)。 - 前記シャフトライン(31;31.1、31.2)は、間のジョイント(51)によって互いに結合され、能動型磁気軸受(41、41.1~41.5)によって支持された少なくとも2つのシャフト部分(31.1、31.2)を備える、請求項1に記載のターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)。
- 前記流体加圧ターボ機械(27;27.1、27.2)は圧縮機及びポンプのうちの1つである、請求項1又は2に記載のターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)。
- 前記流体加圧ターボ機械(27;27.1、27.2)は、少なくとも2つのセクション(27.1、27.2)を含むマルチセクションターボ機械である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)。
- 前記流体加圧ターボ機械(27.1、27.2)は中間冷却ターボ機械である、請求項4に記載のターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)。
- 前記ターボエキスパンダ(25;25.1、25.2)は、少なくとも2つのセクション(25.1、25.2)を含むマルチセクションターボエキスパンダである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)。
- 前記マルチセクションターボエキスパンダ(25;25.1、25.2)は再加熱ターボエキスパンダである、請求項6に記載のターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)。
- 前記マルチセクションターボエキスパンダ(25;25.1、25.2)は、一方のセクション(25.1)によって膨張した作動流体が、熱交換器(13.3)を通じて外部の廃熱源(7)から伝達された廃熱によって加熱されて、他のセクション(25.2)に供給されるように構成されている、請求項7に記載のターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)。
- 前記ターボエキスパンダ(25;25.1、25.2)は、ガス入口端部が前記流体加圧ターボ機械(27;27.1、27.2)のセクションに面し、ガス出口端部が前記発電機(29)に面する状態で、前記シャフトライン(31;31.1、31.2)に沿って配置されている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)。
- 前記気密封止されたケーシング装置(23;23.1、23.2)は、第1のケーシング部分(23.1)と、前記第1のケーシング部分(23.1)と内部が分離された第2のケーシング部分(23.2)とを備え、
前記シャフトライン(31;31.1、31.2)は、前記第1のケーシング部分(23.1)に収容された第1のシャフトライン部分(31.1)と、前記第2のケーシング部分(23.2)に収容された第2のシャフトライン部分(31.2)とを備え、前記第1のシャフトライン部分(31.1)と前記第2のシャフトライン部分(31.2)とが間の磁気ジョイント(51)によって互いに磁気的に結合され、
前記発電機(29)は、前記第1のケーシング部分(23.1)に収容され、前記ターボエキスパンダ(25;25.1、25.2)と前記流体加圧ターボ機械(27;27.1、27.2)とは前記第2のケーシング部分(23.2)に収容されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)。 - 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)を通じて処理された作動流体に熱を伝達するように適合された廃熱源(7)を備える熱力学的システムであって、前記ターボエキスパンダジェネレータ(21)は、前記廃熱源(7)からの廃熱の一部を電気的出力に変換するように適合されている、熱力学的システム。
