前記手段は、前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)の内部に前記旋回流を発生させるように設計されており、この目的のために、前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)は、前記ミキサハウジング(8、8.1、8.2)内に位置する前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)の長さの少なくとも一部にわたって延びる少なくとも1つの流入開口部(17;17.1、17.2)を有し、前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)上に配置された少なくとも1つのシャベル状のフード(18;18.1、18.2、18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)が前記排気ガスの流れを偏心させて前記流入開口部(17;17.1、17.2)に導き、前記少なくとも1つのシャベル状のフード(18;18.1、18.2、18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)が前記少なくとも1つの流入開口部(17;17.1、17.2)を側面と背面で囲み、且つ半径方向において少なくとも大部分当該流入開口部を覆い、隙間(24)が、前記少なくとも1つのシャベル状のフード(18;18.1、18.2、18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)と前記ミキサハウジング(8、8.1、8.2)の内部の殻面の間に残り、前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)が前記ミキサハウジング(8、8.1、8.2)に係合して前記ミキサハウジング(8、8.1、8.2)を通って延在し、前記計量管(9、9.1)の前記少なくとも1つの流入開口部(17;17.1、17.2)が、円周方向に45°以上の殻面セグメントにわたって延び、且つこの角度構成において台形の輪郭形状を呈し、当該輪郭形状の短辺は、前記排気ガスの流入方向に対して、長手延伸部分に沿う後縁部と同じであり、前記計量ユニット(6)が、圧力下で前記反応物を前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)に注入し、前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)の長手延伸部において、前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)内で第2の端部に向かう方向に注入されている前記反応物のスプレーコーン(30)が、前記少なくとも1つの流入開口部(17;17.1、17.2)の後ろでのみ、前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)の内壁上に出現し、装置(5、5.1、5.2、5.3、5.4)内に流入する前記排気ガスが、前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)の、前記スプレーコーンが出現する区間の外側上に流れることを特徴とする、装置。 - 少なくとも1つのフード(18、18.1、18.2、18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)は、前記フード(18、18.1、18.2、18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)の口を前記ミキサハウジング(8、8.1、8.2)の前記入口開口部(15、15.1)の方向に向けており、前記入口開口部(15、15.1)から入った排気ガスが前記フードの口に直接流入することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フード(18、18.1、18.2、18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)に関連する前記流入開口部(17、17.1、17.2)は、前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)の円周方向に約90°超、特に90°よりも数角度超延びていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ミキサハウジング(8、8.1、8.2)は、半球状の内部空間を有し、前記内部空間の開口部は、前記ミキサハウジング(8、8.1、8.2)の入口開口部(15、15.1)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ミキサハウジング(8、8.1、8.2)は、2つの部分に分かれており、前記入口開口部に対して横断方向に延びる前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)の中央の長手方向面は、2つのミキサハウジング部分(13、13.1)の分割面の領域に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記計量管(9.1)が2つ以上の流入開口部(17.1、17.2)を有する実施形態において、第2の流入開口部(17.2)は、前記計量管(9.1、9.2、9.3)の長手方向に対して第1の流入開口部(17.1)と径方向に反対側に整列され、前記計量管(9.1、9.2、9.3)の円周方向で見た両フード口は、フード(18.1、18.2、18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)が同一方向を向いた状態で並んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の流入開口部(17.2)の延伸部分は、前記計量管(9.1)の円周方向において前記第1の流入開口部(17.1)よりも小さい殻面セグメントにわたって延びていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流入開口部と前記少なくとも1つの流入開口部を覆う前記フード(18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)は、各ケース内で前記ミキサハウジング(8.1、8.2)の内部に位置する部分の前記計量管(9.2、9.3)の前記長手延伸部分に対して中心から外れた位置に配置され、少なくとも1つのフード(18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)と、前記計量管(9.2、9.3)の前記第2の端部の方向に前記計量管の流路空間を画定する壁(28)との間の距離間隔は、前記フード(18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)と対向する壁(29)との間の距離間隔よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの流入開口部の前記フード(18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)と、前記計量管(9.2、9.3)の前記第2の端部に向かう方向の前記計量管の流路空間を画定する壁(28)との間の距離間隔は、前記フード(18.3、18.4、18.5、18.6)と対向する壁(29)との間の距離間隔の約3~5倍大きいことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)は、廃ガスが前記計量ユニット(6)の反応物出口を通過して流れるようにするために、前記計量ユニット(6)の領域に1つまたは複数のフラッシュ開口部(27、33、34、36)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)は、前記少なくとも1つの流入開口部を覆う前記フード(18.5)に隣接してリングの形で配置された複数のフラッシュ開口部を有するフラッシュ開口部配置(31、31.1)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記反応物は、液体形態の前駆体として、特に尿素水溶液として、前記計量管(9、9.1、9.2、9.3)に注入されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つの流入開口部または2つの流入開口部が複数、各ケース内でシャベル状のフードを有して設けられており、これらのフードは、前記計量管の前記第1の端部および/または前記第2の端部に向かう方向においてフードによって発生する渦に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フードは、前記計量管の前記第1の端部および前記第2の端部に向かって交互に傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記ミキサハウジング(8、8.1、8.2)の前記入口開口部(15、15.1)は、排気ガス浄化ユニット、特に微粒子フィルタ(2)の出口に直接接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- SCR触媒コンバータ(4)で内燃機関の排気ガスのNOx含有量を低減させるための排気ガス浄化システムであって、SCR触媒コンバータ(4)と、SCR触媒反応に必要な還元剤、特に尿素水溶液を排気ガスシステムに導入するための装置(5、5.1、5.2、5.3、5.4)とを備え、前記装置は、前記排気ガスの流れの流れ方向において前記排気ガスの流れの上流側に配置されており、前記装置は、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の装置(5、5.1、5.2、5.3、5.4)であることを特徴とする、排気ガス浄化システム。
