▲1▼は圧電素子1個を振動板の中心に取り付けたスピーカーの写真と特性グラフを示す。▲2▼は直径60mmの円周上に2個配置した写真と特性グラフである。▲3▼は直径60mmの円周上に3個配置した写真と特性グラフである。▲4▼は振動板の中心部に1個と直径60mmの円周上に2個の計3個を配置した写真と特性グラフである。これらの周波数特性グラフをみると、▲2▼、▲3▼ならびに▲4▼の周波数特性グラフは、▲1▼と比較して、中高音域においてピーク波形数が多く、かつそのピーク高さが高いことを示している。これは、振動板に取り付ける圧電素子の数を増やし、かつ取り付け位置を選択することにより、ハニカム振動板上に中高音周波数の共振が増加するためと考えられる。

Claims (1)
- ハニカムコアの両主面にアルミニウム箔シート表層部材を接合したサンドイッチ構造の単一で曲げ変形を加えない平面のハニカム振動板上の中心から円形圧電素子の直径の1.2倍~2.4倍の距離を直径とする同心円上に少なくとも2個の円形圧電素子の振動中心軸を配置し、該円形圧電素子を該円形圧電素子の表面がハニカム振動板に接することなく、樹脂ボルト及びナットでハニカム振動板に締結し、前記ハニカム振動板のサンドイッチ構造は前記ハニカムコアの両主面と前記アルミニウム箔シート表層部材の間にホットメルト接着剤を挿入して加熱接合することで、前記ハニカム振動板に応力を残留させたことを特徴とする圧電スピーカー。
