Description
Claims (16)
- コンテンツ提示装置に配信されているメディアストリームに対する動的コンテンツ修正を前記コンテンツ提示装置に中止させるトリガイベントの発生を検出し、ここで、前記トリガイベントを検出することは、前記コンテンツ提示装置に配信されている前記メディアストリームによって表されるチャネルの変更を検出することを含むことと、
前記トリガイベントの発生を検出したことに応答して、前記コンテンツ提示装置に配信されているメディアストリームに、前記コンテンツ提示装置に前記動的コンテンツ修正を中止させるものであると前記コンテンツ提示装置によって解釈可能な中止ウォーターマークを符号化することと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記方法は、前記コンテンツ提示装置が前記動的コンテンツ修正を実行する指令を受け取った時点と、前記コンテンツ提示装置が前記動的コンテンツ修正の適用を開始する時点との間に実行され、前記動的コンテンツ修正を中止することは、前記動的コンテンツ修正をやめることを含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、前記コンテンツ提示装置が前記動的コンテンツ修正を適用している間に実行され、前記動的コンテンツ修正を中止することは、前記動的コンテンツ修正を中断することを含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記動的コンテンツ修正は、動的広告挿入を含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記動的コンテンツ修正は、フィンガープリントベースの自動コンテンツ認識に応答するものである、

請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記トリガイベントを検出することは、前記メディアストリームを前記コンテンツ提示装置に配信することに関与する少なくとも1つのエンティティによって実行される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記メディアストリームに前記中止ウォーターマークを符号化することは、前記メディアストリームを前記コンテンツ提示装置に配信することに関与する少なくとも1つのエンティティによって実行される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - コンテンツ提示装置によって受信されているメディアストリームに符号化された中止ウォーターマークを前記コンテンツ提示装置が検出し、ここで、前記中止ウォーターマークは、前記コンテンツ提示装置に配信されている前記メディアストリームによって表されるチャネルの変更を検出したことに応答して、前記メディアストリームに符号化されることと、
前記メディアストリームに符号化された前記中止ウォーターマークを検出したことに応答して、前記コンテンツ提示装置が前記メディアストリームの動的コンテンツ修正を中止することと、
含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記方法は、前記コンテンツ提示装置が前記動的コンテンツ修正を実行する指令を受け取った時点と、前記コンテンツ提示装置が前記動的コンテンツ修正の適用を開始する時点との間に実行され、前記動的コンテンツ修正を中止することは、前記動的コンテンツ修正をやめることを含む、
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、前記コンテンツ提示装置が前記動的コンテンツ修正を適用している間に実行され、前記動的コンテンツ修正を中止することは、前記動的コンテンツ修正を中断することを含む、

請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記コンテンツ提示装置によって受信されている前記メディアストリームに符号化された前記中止ウォーターマークを検出することは、前記メディアストリーム内でウォーターマークを検出し、前記検出されたウォーターマークが、前記コンテンツ提示装置に前記動的コンテンツ修正を中止させるものであると前記コンテンツ提示装置によって解釈可能な値を符号化していると判定することを含む、
請求項9に記載の方法。 - ネットワーク通信インターフェイスと、
プロセッシングユニットと、
非一時的データストレージと、
前記非一時的データストレージに記憶されたプログラム命令と、
を備え、前記プログラム命令は、
コンテンツ提示装置に配信されているメディアストリームに対する動的コンテンツ修正を前記コンテンツ提示装置に中止させるトリガイベントの発生を検出し、ここで、前記トリガイベントを検出することは、前記コンテンツ提示装置に配信されている前記メディアストリームによって表されるチャネルの変更を検出することを含むことと、
前記トリガイベントの発生を検出したことに応答して、前記コンテンツ提示装置に配信されているメディアストリームに、前記コンテンツ提示装置に前記動的コンテンツ修正を中止させるものであると前記コンテンツ提示装置によって解釈可能な中止ウォーターマークを符号化することと、
を含む動作を実行するために前記プロセッシングユニットによって実行可能である、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記動的コンテンツ修正は、動的広告挿入を含む、
