Claims (16)
- 1つ以上の知覚出力生成構成要素および、第1のタイプの身体活動を検出するための複数のセンサであって、前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動に対応する動きを検出するための第1のセンサと、前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動に対応する音声を検出するための第2のセンサとを含む、複数のセンサとを有する電子機器において、 前記電子機器が1つ以上のアタッチメント機構によって前記電子機器のユーザに着用されている状態で、前記第1のセンサおよび/または前記第2のセンサによって、前記電子機器の前記ユーザが前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動を開始することに対応するセンサデータの第1のセットを検出することと、
前記電子機器の前記ユーザが前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動を開始することに対応するセンサデータの前記第1のセットを検出したことに応じて、
特定の持続時間のタイマーを開始することと、
前記1つ以上の知覚出力生成構成要素を介して、前記特定の持続時間の前記タイマーが動作していることを示す第1の知覚フィードバックを提供することと、
前記タイマーを開始した後に、
前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が進行中であるとの判定に従って、前記特定の持続時間の前記タイマーが動作していることを示す前記第1の知覚フィードバックを提供し続けることと、
1つ以上の終了基準のセットが満たされたことを検出することと、
前記1つ以上の終了基準のセットが満たされたことを検出したことに応じて、
前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が少なくとも前記特定の持続時間にわたって継続したことに基づいて前記1つ以上の終了基準のセットが満たされたとの判定に従って、前記1つ以上の知覚出力生成構成要素を介して、前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が前記特定の持続時間にわたって検出されたことを示す第2の知覚フィードバックを提供することと、
前記タイマーが前記特定の持続時間に達する前に前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が停止したために前記1つ以上の終了基準のセットが満たされたとの判定に従って、
前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動がもはや検出されていないことを示す第3の知覚フィードバックを提供することと、
前記タイマーの動作を一時停止することと、
前記第3の知覚フィードバックを提供した後に、かつ前記タイマーの動作を一時停止した後に、
前記第3の知覚フィードバックを提供した後の第2の特定の持続時間内に前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が前記第1のセンサおよび/または前記第2のセンサによって検出されたとの判定に従って、前記タイマーの動作を再開することと、
前記第3の知覚フィードバックを提供した後の前記第2の特定の持続時間内に前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が前記第1のセンサおよび/または前記第2のセンサによって検出されていないとの判定に従って、前記タイマーの動作を中止することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記第3の知覚フィードバックを提供した後に、
前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が前記第3の知覚フィードバックを提供した後に前記第2の特定の持続時間内に前記第1のセンサおよび/または前記第2のセンサによって検出されないとの判定に従って、前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が前記タイマーの前記特定の持続時間にわたって実行されなかったことを示す第4の知覚フィードバックを提供すること、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が前記タイマーの前記特定の持続時間にわたって実行されなかったことを示す前記第4の知覚フィードバックを提供した後に、選択されると、前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が前記電子機器の前記ユーザによって実行されていなかったことをログ記録する、第1の選択可能なユーザインタフェースオブジェクトを表示すること、
をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が前記タイマーの前記特定の持続時間にわたって実行されなかったことを示す前記第4の知覚フィードバックを提供した後に、
ログ記録基準のセットが満たされたとの判定に従って、複数の健康関連機能のためのデータを収集および提示する第1のアプリケーションにおいて、前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動の発生が検出されたが、前記タイマーの前記特定の持続時間にわたって実行されなかったことをログ記録すること、
をさらに含む、請求項2または3に記載の方法。 - 前記ログ記録基準のセットが、前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動の前記発生が少なくとも第3の特定の持続時間にわたって検出されたときに満たされる基準を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の知覚フィードバックが、前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動の継続を促すプロンプトである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記特定の持続時間が、予め定められた持続時間である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動が前記特定の持続時間にわたって検出されたことを示す前記第2の知覚フィードバックを提供した後に、複数の健康関連機能のためのデータを収集および提示する第2のアプリケーションにおいて、前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動の発生が前記特定の持続時間にわたって検出されたことをログ記録すること、
をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - センサデータの前記第1のセットを検出する前に、第1のタイプの第1の動作の実行を開始することと、

前記プロンプト基準のセットが満たされたことを検出したことに応じて、前記電子機器の前記ユーザに前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動の実行を促す第1のプロンプトを出力することと、
をさらに含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動の実行に対応する記録されたデータが通知基準のセットを満たすことを検出することと、
前記第1のタイプの前記身体活動の実行に対応する前記記録されたデータが前記通知基準のセットを満たしたことを検出したことに応じて、前記記録されたデータに基づく情報を含む第1の通知を出力することと、
