Claims (20)
- 鋳造廃棄物の第1の部分を水流式選別に供することにより、ベントナイト及び有機化合物に富む水性留分、並びに粗砂に富むアンダーフロー留分を作製することと、
鋳造廃棄物の第2の部分を乾式選別に供することにより、粗砂を含む重質留分、並びにベントナイト及び有機化合物を含む軽質留分を作製することと、
生砂型を作るための原材料として、前記水性留分及び前記軽質留分からのベントナイト及び有機化合物の少なくとも一部を使用することと、
を含む、生砂鋳造所で生じる鋳造廃棄物から砂、ベントナイト粘土及び有機化合物を回収するプロセス。 - 前記鋳造廃棄物が鋳型廃棄物を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記鋳造廃棄物が、金属注型プロセスで生成される余分な鋳造用生鋳型砂(湿潤)として定義される生オーバーフロー砂を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記鋳造廃棄物がバッグハウス粉塵を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 生砂型を作るために、前記アンダーフロー留分中の粗砂及び/又は前記重質留分中の粗砂を使用することを更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記軽質留分からのベントナイト及び有機化合物を、生砂型の作製に使用する前に水性液体と合わせる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記軽質留分中のベントナイト及び有機化合物を、生砂型の作製に使用する前に前記水性留分と合わせる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記水流式選別が、凝結、デカンテーション、サイクロンの使用、及び遠心分離の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記凝結が、高分子凝結剤を添加することを含む、請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- 前記回収されたベントナイト及び有機化合物を使用して作製された生砂型が45%超のコンパクタビリティを有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記回収されたベントナイト及び有機化合物を使用して作製された生砂型が、15.5N/cm2超の圧縮強度を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記回収されたベントナイト及び有機化合物を使用して作製された生砂型が、3.5N/cm2超の剪断強度を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記回収されたベントナイト及び有機化合物を使用して作製された生砂型が65超の透過性を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 生砂型を作るための前記原材料を使用して作製された生砂型が、36N/cm2超の乾燥圧縮強度を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記回収されたベントナイト及び有機化合物を使用して作製された生砂型が23超のコーン衝撃靭性を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記回収されたベントナイト及び有機化合物を使用して作製された生砂型が7.4%未満の破砕性を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記有機化合物が、石炭又は褐炭の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 鋳造廃棄物の第1の部分を水流式選別に供することにより、ベントナイト及び有機化合物に富む水性流出液流、並びに粗砂に富むアンダーフロー流を作製する工程と、
鋳造廃棄物の第2の部分を乾式選別に供することにより、粗砂を含む重質留分、並びにベントナイト及び有機化合物を含む軽質留分を作製する工程と、
前記水性流出液流及び前記軽質留分の両方の前記ベントナイト及び前記有機化合物を合わせる工程と、
を含む、鋳型砂添加剤を形成する方法。 - 前記水性流出液流及び前記軽質留分の両方の前記ベントナイト及び前記有機化合物から鋳型砂添加剤を形成することを更に含む、請求項18に記載の鋳型砂添加剤を形成する方法。
- 生砂型を作るための原材料として、非砂留分及び砂留分を含む鋳型媒体を準備することと、
なお、前記非砂留分の少なくとも一部が、請求項1に記載のプロセスによって回収された前記ベントナイト及び前記有機化合物を含む;
前記鋳型媒体から前記生砂型を形成することと、
前記生砂型に溶融金属を加えることと、
を含む、金属部品を成形する方法。
