Claims (8)
- ステム長手方向軸を有するステムと、
前記ステムより近位側にあり、かつ切削本体によって前記ステムに接続された固定用部分であって、骨に前記固定用部分を接続するためにワイヤを中に通して受承するように構成された固定用開口部を具備している、固定用部分と、
骨を切削するための鋸を受承するように構成された切削スロットを具備している前記切削本体と
を具備している足の骨の骨切削ガイドであって、
前記ステムは、前記ステムを第2の骨に接続するためのステムワイヤを中に通して受承するように構成されたステム固定用開口部を具備しており、
前記ステム固定用開口部は、前記ステムの前記長手方向軸に対して垂直ではない角度に位置合わせされたステム固定用開口部軸を有し、そして、
前記ステムは、細長い部分と、前記細長い部分の遠位側に位置する遠位側部分とを備え、前記遠位側部分が、前記ステム固定用開口部を具備する、前記骨切削ガイド。 - 前記スロットは前記ステム長手方向軸に対しておおよそ垂直に位置合わせされたスロット長手方向軸を有する、請求項1に記載の骨切削ガイド。
- 前記スロットにおおよそ平行に位置合わせされかつ前記スロットより遠位側に位置している第2のスロット長手方向軸を有する第2のスロットをさらに具備している、請求項2に記載の骨切削ガイド。
- 前記ステム固定用開口部及び前記固定用開口部は、前記ステム長手方向軸の近辺に位置合わせされている、請求項1に記載の骨切削ガイド。
- 前記固定用部分は、前記固定用部分が前記ワイヤの周りで回動するのを抑制するために、前記固定用部分を前記骨に接続するための第2の固定ワイヤを中に通して受承するように構成された第2の固定用開口部を具備している、請求項1に記載の骨切削ガイド。
- 前記ステム長手方向軸は、前記切削本体の本体長手方向寸法に垂直であって前記本体長手方向寸法の中心に位置する中心軸と一直線上に並んでいる、請求項1に記載の骨切削ガイド。
- 前記固定用開口部は、前記固定用部分を前記骨に接続するためのワイヤを受承するように構成された複数の調整開口部のうち第1の開口部を備え、前記複数の調整開口部は前記ステム長手方向軸と一直線上に並んだ調整軸に沿って互いに長手方向に間隔を置いて配置されていて、前記固定用部分が、ワイヤから外れることが可能でありかつ複数の開口部のうち第2の開口部にワイヤを受承することにより骨に接続可能であるようになっている、請求項1に記載の骨切削ガイド。
- 前記複数の調整開口部の各開口部は、前記調整軸に沿って前記複数の調整開口部の他の開口部から互いに長手方向に間隔を置いて互いに等距離に配置されている、請求項7に記載の骨切削ガイド。
