The present disclosure relates to a piping unit.

BACKGROUND ART Piping units equipped with sanitary appliances such as toilet bowls, wash basins, waste drains, etc. have been known in the past. A piping unit is a unit of piping such as water supply pipes and drainage pipes. The piping unit is installed in multipurpose toilets, etc. A drain pipe, a water supply pipe, an electric water heater, etc. are arranged inside the piping unit described in Patent Document 1 below. The electric water heater is located on the upper left side of the plumbing unit. The electric water heater is installed on the top surface of a plate member fixed to the piping unit.

As shown in FIG. 1, the piping unit U is a waste discharging unit used by, for example, a person who has artificially added an excretion port in his or her abdomen to flush or wash excrement accumulated in a pouch. The piping unit U has a sink section 10 and a unit main body 11, as shown in FIG. The sink section 10 is provided on the front surface of the unit main body 11. The front surface of the unit body 11 is provided with accessories in addition to the sink section 10. The accessories include the spout 12 and the handle 13A of the faucet 13.

The unit main body 11 has a frame 14, a top plate 15, a front plate 16, a side plate 17, and a holder 44, as shown in FIG. The side plate 17 is attached to the side of the unit main body 11 that is not in contact with the wall surface W of the toilet room, if necessary. In this embodiment, a case will be described in which the left side of the unit body 11 is in contact with the wall surface W of the toilet room, and the side plate 17 is attached to the right side of the unit body 11. The holder 44 holds the electric water heater 43. Holder 44 is attached to frame 14 .

As shown in FIG. 2, the frame 14 includes a first frame 21, a second frame 22, a third frame 23, a side plate fixing member 24, and a wall fixing member 25. The first frame 21 extends in the vertical direction. The second frame 22 extends in the left-right direction. The third frame 23 extends in the front-rear direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, a pair of first frames 21 are provided on both left and right sides of the frame 14. The first frame 21 is located on the front side of the frame 14. The first frame 21 has a left frame 21L located on the left side and a right frame 21R located on the right side.

The second frame 22 is provided on the front surface of the frame 14, as shown in FIG. The second frame 22 is provided at the upper end, middle, and lower end of the frame 14. Both left and right end portions of the second frame 22 are fixed to the left frame 21L and the right frame 21R. The second frame 22 at the upper end connects the upper ends of the left frame 21L and the right frame 21R. A drainage flange 26 and the like are attached to the second frame 22 at the intermediate portion. The second frame 22 at the lower end is detachable from the left frame 21L and the right frame 21R. A design surface 51 is provided on the second frame 22 at the lower end. The design surface 51 is exposed to the front below the front plate 16.

The third frame 23 is provided at both left and right ends of the upper surface of the frame 14, as shown in FIG. The front end of the third frame 23 is fixed to the upper ends of the left frame 21L and the right frame 21R.

The side plate fixing member 24 is provided on the right side of the frame 14, as shown in FIG. A plurality of side plate fixing members 24 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction. Each side plate fixing member 24 has a long shape in the front-rear direction. The front end of each side plate fixing member 24 is fixed to the right frame 21R.

The wall fixing member 25 is provided at the upper and middle portions of the frame 14, as shown in FIG. The upper wall fixing member 25 is fixed to the left and right third frames 23 by welding. The upper wall fixing member 25 has a hose guide 27, a bracket 28 for the vacuum breaker 33 (see FIG. 14), and a tank plate 29. The intermediate wall fixing member 25 is fixed to the intermediate second frame 22 by welding. The wall fixing member 25 is fixed to the wall W of the toilet room with screws.

The upper plate 15 is arranged on the upper surface of the frame 14, as shown in FIG. The upper plate 15 has a rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction.

The front plate 16 is arranged on the front side of the frame 14, as shown in FIG. The front plate 16 is divided into three parts in the vertical direction. The front plate 16 includes an upper front plate 16A, a middle front plate 16B, and a lower front plate 16C.

As shown in FIG. 3, the upper front plate 16A, the middle front plate 16B, and the lower front plate 16C are all rectangular. The left and right dimensions of the upper front plate 16A, middle front plate 16B, and lower front plate 16C are the same. Both left and right end portions of the upper front plate 16A, the middle front plate 16B, and the lower front plate 16C overlap the front surfaces of the left frame 21L and the right frame 21R. The vertical dimensions of the upper front plate 16A, the middle front plate 16B, and the lower front plate 16C are different. The vertical dimension of the upper front plate 16A is smaller than the vertical dimensions of the middle front plate 16B and the lower front plate 16C. The upper front plate 16A covers the front side of the upper end of the frame 14, as shown in FIG. When the upper front plate 16A is removed from the unit body 11, an upper opening 39 is formed at the upper end of the unit body 11 (see FIG. 12).

The middle front plate 16B covers the front side of the vertically intermediate portion of the frame 14, as shown in FIG. A sink portion 10, a spout 12, and a handle 13A are provided on the front surface of the middle front plate 16B.

The lower front plate 16C covers the front side of the lower end of the frame 14, as shown in FIG. When the lower front plate 16C is removed from the unit body 11, a lower opening 41 is formed at the lower end of the unit body 11 (see FIG. 10).

As shown in FIG. 2, the side plate 17 has a rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower edge of the side plate 17 is located upwardly apart from the floor surface F of the toilet room. The upper edge of the side plate 17 is located above the upper surface of the upper plate 15.

As shown in FIG. 3, a cleaning tank 32, a vacuum breaker 33, and the like are arranged in the upper space 31 of the unit body 11. The cleaning tank 32 is arranged in the center of the upper space 31 in the left-right direction. The vacuum breaker 33 is arranged at the upper right corner of the upper space 31.

As shown in FIG. 3, a pipe 34 and an electric water heater 43 are installed in the lower space 42 of the unit body 11. The left side of the lower space 42 is the piping space 35. The piping 34 is a drain pipe 36 and a water supply pipe 37. The water supply pipe 37 is for the washing tank 32 and the water faucet 13. The pipe 34 stands up from the floor F of the toilet room. A water stop valve 38 is attached to each of the water supply pipes 37 . The electric water heater 43 is held by a holder 44 fixed to the frame 14 (see FIG. 10).

As shown in FIG. 4, the holder 44 includes a first holder 44F and a second holder 44S. The first holder 44F holds the upper portion of the electric water heater 43. The first holder 44F includes a pair of side parts (referred to as a first side part 45 and a second side part 46) and a connecting part 47. The first side surface portion 45 and the second side surface portion 46 are arranged on both left and right sides of the electric water heater 43. The first side surface portion 45 and the second side surface portion 46 face the left and right side surfaces of the electric water heater 43. The first side surface portion 45 and the second side surface portion 46 are parallel. The first side surface portion 45 and the second side surface portion 46 prevent the electric water heater 43 from falling to the left or right.

As shown in FIG. 4, the first side surface portion 45 has a larger dimension in the front-rear direction than the second side surface portion 46. The longitudinal dimension of the second side surface portion 46 is approximately half the longitudinal dimension of the first side surface portion 45 (see FIG. 9). The dimension of the second side surface portion 46 in the front-rear direction is smaller than the dimension of the electric water heater 43 in the front-rear direction. The first side surface portion 45 is provided with a fixing portion 48 that can be fixed to both the left frame 21L and the right frame 21R. The fixing portion 48 is provided only on the first side surface portion 45. A screw hole 48H is formed in the fixing portion 48. The fixing part 48 is provided at a position near the front end of the first side part 45. The screw holes 48H are arranged at the upper and lower corners of the first side surface portion 45.

The connecting portion 47 is located on the rear side of the electric water heater 43. The connecting portion 47 faces the rear surface of the electric water heater 43. The connecting portion 47 is perpendicular to the first side portion 45 and the second side portion. The connecting portion 47 prevents the electric water heater 43 from falling backward.

Folded portions 49 are provided on both upper and lower edges of the first holder 44F. The folded portion 49 protrudes to the side opposite to the electric water heater 43. The folded portion 49 is continuous with the connecting portion 47 and the first side surface portion 45 .

The second holder 44S holds the lower part of the electric water heater 43, as shown in FIG. The second holder 44S has a lower surface portion 71 and a fixing surface portion 72. The lower surface part 71 is arranged on the floor surface F of the toilet room. The lower surface portion 71 has a rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction. The dimension of the lower surface portion 71 in the front-rear direction is smaller than the dimension of the lower surface of the electric water heater 43 in the front-rear direction. The electric water heater 43 is placed on the upper surface of the lower surface portion 71. Thereby, the electric water heater 43 is stably installed horizontally.

The fixed surface portion 72 is provided at the end of the lower surface portion 71 in the longitudinal direction. The fixed surface portion 72 is perpendicular to the lower surface portion 71. The fixed surface portion 72 faces the side surface of the electric water heater 43. A screw hole 72H is formed in the fixed surface portion 72.

The holder 44 can be attached to either the left or right side of the lower space 42 of the frame 14, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. The frame 14 has two attachment parts 74 to which the holders 44 are attached. The attachment portion 74 includes a left attachment portion 74L provided at the lower end of the left frame 21L, and a right attachment portion 74R provided at the lower end of the right frame 21R. The holder 44 is attached to the attachment portion 74 selected from the left and right attachment portions 74L and 74R.

The left and right mounting portions 74L, 74R have a first mounting portion 74F and a second mounting portion 74S, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. A first holder 44F is attached to the first attachment portion 74F. A second holder 44S is attached to the second attachment portion 74S. The first holder 44F and the second holder 44S are fixed at vertically separated positions.

The first attachment portion 74F is provided above the second frame 22 at the lower end of the frame 14, as shown in FIG. A screw hole 75 is formed in the first mounting portion 74F. A screw 73 is tightened into the screw hole 75 from inside the frame 14.

As shown in FIG. 8, the second attachment portions 74S are provided at the lower end of the left frame 21L and the lower end of the right frame 21R. The second attachment portion 74S extends rearward from the left frame 21L and the right frame 21R along the floor F of the toilet room. The rear end of the second attachment portion 74S is located in the middle of the frame 14 in the front-rear direction (see FIG. 9).

When the holder 44 is attached to the frame 14, as shown in FIG. 9, the connecting portion 47 of the first holder 44F is separated from the wall W in the toilet room toward the front. Thereby, a rear space 76 is provided on the rear side of the holder 44 within the frame 14. The connecting portion 47 of the first holder 44F is arranged substantially parallel to the wall surface W inside the toilet. The rear space 76 is large enough to accommodate the water supply pipe 37 and the like. The dimension of the rear space 76 in the front-rear direction (the distance in the front-rear direction between the wall surface W and the connecting portion 47) is larger than the outer diameter of the water supply pipe 37.

Next, an example of the construction procedure of the piping unit U will be explained. First, as shown in FIG. 2, the frame 14 is installed at the installation location of the piping unit U. A wall fixing member 25 of the frame 14 is fixed to the wall surface W of the toilet room with screws, and a side plate 17 is attached to the frame 14.

Next, as shown in FIG. 10, a water stop valve 38 is attached to the water supply pipe 37, and an electric water heater 43 is installed in the lower space 42. Specifically, first, the operator inserts his/her hand into the lower space 42 through the lower opening 41 and attaches the water stop valve 38 to the water supply pipe 37 . Next, the first holder 44F and the second holder 44S are attached to the frame 14 by inserting a hand into the lower space 42 through the lower opening 41. The first holder 44F is attached to the first attachment part 74F on either the left or right side of the lower space 42 (on the opposite side to the piping 34), and the second holder 44S is attached to the second attachment part 74S (see FIGS. 7 and 8). ). The first holder 44F and the second holder 44S are attached to the frame 14 with their directions reversed, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. No matter which side of the frame 14 the first holder 44F is attached to, the second side surface portion 46 is located toward the center of the unit body 11 in the left-right direction. This can prevent the first holder 44F from interfering with the routing of the hose. The second holder 44S is adhered to the second mounting portion 74S with double-sided tape (not shown) and fixed with screws 77 (see FIG. 8). The lower surface portion 71 of the second holder 44S is placed on the floor F of the toilet room.

After attaching the holder 44 to the frame 14, the electric water heater 43 is temporarily placed on the holder 44. The electric water heater 43 is inserted between the first side surface portion 45 and the second side surface portion 46 of the first holder 44F, the rear surface of the electric water heater 43 is brought close to the connecting portion 47, and the electric water heater 43 is placed on the lower surface portion 71. I'll put it on. When installing the electric water heater 43, the second frame 22 at the lower end is removed from the left frame 21L and the right frame 21R. The middle front plate 16B is placed on the upper edge of the lower front plate 16C and fixed to the frame 14 with screws. The upper front plate 16A is placed on the upper edge of the middle front plate 16B and fixed to the frame 14 with screws. At this time, a gap should not be formed between the lower edge of the middle front plate 16B and the upper edge of the lower front plate 16C, and between the lower edge of the upper front plate 16A and the upper edge of the middle front plate 16B.

Next, as shown in FIG. 12, the upper front plate 16A is removed, the upper space 31 is accessed through the upper opening 39, and the bracket 28 for the vacuum breaker 33 is fixed to the wall fixing member 25. Next, the spout 12 is attached to the middle front plate 16B, the hose of the water spout 12 is passed through the hose guide 27, and the faucet 13 is attached to the middle front plate 16B.

Next, as shown in FIG. 13, the lower front plate 16C and the second frame 22 at the lower end are removed from the frame 14, and the electric water heater 43 is taken out from the lower space 42. The electric water heater 43 and the water faucet 13, and the electric water heater 43 and the water stop valve 38 for the water faucet 13 are connected by hoses (not shown).

Next, as shown in FIG. 14, after installing the cleaning tank 32 and the vacuum breaker 33, the upper front plate 16A is attached to the frame 14. Specifically, the cleaning tank 32 is put into the upper space 31 through the upper opening 39 (see FIG. 12) and installed on the tank plate 29. The cleaning tank 32 and a water stop valve 38 for the cleaning tank 32, and the cleaning tank 32 and an electric water heater 43 are connected with a hose (not shown). After that, the electric water heater 43 is stored in the lower space 42, and the second frame 22 at the lower end and the lower front plate 16C are attached. The vacuum breaker 33 is attached to a bracket 28 for the vacuum breaker 33, as shown in FIG. Thereafter, the upper front plate 16A is attached to the frame 14.

Next, the upper plate 15 is attached to the upper surface of the frame 14. Specifically, hook-and-loop fasteners are attached to the upper surface of the frame 14, and the upper plate 15 is placed thereon (see FIG. 1). With the above steps, construction of the piping unit U is completed.

Next, the operation and effect of the embodiment configured as described above will be explained. The piping unit U includes a frame 14, a front plate 16, an upper plate 15, and a holder 44. The holder 44 has a pair of side parts 45 and 46 and a connecting part 47. The pair of side parts 45 and 46 are arranged on both left and right sides of the electric water heater 43. The connecting portion 47 connects the pair of side portions 45 and 46. A fixing part 48 that can be fixed to either the left frame 21L or the right frame 21R is provided on the first side part 45 of the pair of side parts 45, 46. The holder 44 has a lower surface part 71 arranged on the floor surface F. The electric water heater 43 is placed on the upper surface of the lower surface portion 71. The holder 44 is attached to either the left or right side of the lower space 42 within the frame 14 . The water supply pipe 37 and the drain pipe 36 are arranged on the other left and right sides of the lower space 42 within the frame 14 . According to this configuration, the lower space 42 within the frame 14 can be efficiently used for arranging the water supply pipe 37, the drain pipe 36, and the electric water heater 43.

A rear space 76 is provided on the rear side of the holder 44 within the frame 14 and is large enough to accommodate either the water supply pipe 37 or the drain pipe 36. According to this configuration, there are many options for arranging the water supply pipe 37 and the drain pipe 36, so that the installation location of the piping unit U can be selected anywhere.

The piping unit U has a sink section 10 attached to the front surface of a front plate 16. The electric water heater 43 is arranged below the sink section 10. According to this configuration, the space below the sink section 10 can be effectively used, and the piping unit U can be made compact.

The front plate 16 is removably attached to the frame 14. According to this configuration, operations such as temporarily fixing the front plate 16 to the frame 14, removing it, and fixing it again can be easily performed.
