Claims (7)
- 材料入口、および、処理材料出口を備えた処理容器を含む連続処理システムであって、材料は、前記処理容器を通って流れ、前記処理容器は、材料が通過する一連のゾーンに前記処理容器を分割する一連のディバイダを含み、作動中、前記一連のゾーンは、材料が前記一連のディバイダを流れて通過する速度を制御することによって互いから遮蔽されており、増大する真空レベルが、前記一連のゾーンの連続ゾーンに印加され、前記連続処理システムは、前記一連のディバイダと材料の接触によって処理材料にエネルギーを与える音響エネルギーを備える、連続処理システム。
- 処理材料は、前記処理容器の頂部に導入され、重力下で前記処理容器を下方に前記一連のゾーンを通って通過し、前記処理材料出口を通って前記処理容器の底部に向かって離脱される、請求項1に記載の連続処理システム。
- 前記一連のディバイダは、前記処理材料を通過させるための穴を備える、請求項1または2に記載の連続処理システム。
- 前記処理容器を下る処理材料の流れは、処理材料が、前記一連のディバイダに設けられた前記穴を通して流れると同時に、十分な処理材料が、前記処理容器の前記一連のゾーンの間に遮蔽があることを確保するように処理材料が前記穴を通って流れるときに、前記一連のディバイダに設けられた前記穴にあるように、前記一連のディバイダによって制御される、請求項3に記載の連続処理システム。
- 前記処理容器に3つのゾーン、すなわち、第1のゾーン、第2のゾーン、および、第3のゾーンを含み、第1のゾーンは、処理材料が導入され、大気圧にあるゾーンであり、第2のゾーンは、第1のディバイダを越えた位置にあり、ゾーンの圧力が、大気圧の50%以下であるような印加された真空を有し、第3のゾーンは、第2のディバイダを越えた位置にあり、第2のゾーンに印加された真空よりも大きな印加された真空を有し、第2のゾーンの圧力は、大気圧の25%以下であり、材料は、増大された真空下で容器から離脱される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の連続処理システム。
- 材料を処理するための方法であって、材料が、一連のディバイダによって一連のゾーンに分割されている処理容器に送られ、通過され、前記一連のゾーンは、処理中に互いから遮蔽され、徐々に増大する真空が、前記処理容器の前記一連のゾーンの連続ゾーンに印加され、音響エネルギーが、前記処理容器に印加され、前記一連のディバイダは、材料を通過させるための穴を備え、前記穴は、遮蔽を提供するために処理中に処理材料で覆われる、方法。
- 前記処理容器は、鉛直であり、処理材料は、重力および真空下で前記処理容器を通して流れる、請求項6に記載の方法。
