Description

The present invention relates to an auxiliary tool that allows even one person to fold a sheet with eyelets.

A sheet with eyelets (hereinafter referred to as a sheet) placed on the temporary scaffolding is intended to prevent tools from falling and paint from scattering during construction. After construction is completed, the first work that must be done when dismantling the site is to remove and fold the seats, and the scaffolding cannot be removed until this work is completed.

The size of the sheet is generally 1.8 m in width and 5.4 m in length, and at least two workers are required to fold a sheet of this size. However, there are cases where the operator has to fold the seat by himself or herself due to a shortage of workers. Therefore, a device such as Document 1 has been proposed that allows even one person to fold the seat.

Patent No. 6195810

However, in the invention of Document 1 and the conventional method, since the sheets are folded along the long sides, the sheets flap due to strong winds, making it impossible to properly overlap the long sides of the sheets. There is a possibility. Further, since the eyelet hook body of Document 1 is formed by bending the grid lines, the grid lines may be deformed or damaged when the sheet is pulled during folding.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a seat folding aid that allows one person to fold a seat even when the wind is blowing.

An auxiliary tool for folding a sheet with eyelets attached between existing scaffolding supports by one worker, comprising a main body that is bridged between the supports by a prismatic mounting part provided at both ends, and the main body. One guide, the other guide, and the intermediate guide are respectively fixed to one side end, the other side end, and the middle part of the main body, and each guide has a short side fixed to the upper surface of the main body, and a long side that is bent in a hook shape from the bottom and hangs down while keeping a gap with the side surface of the main body, and the holding member is provided at at least two places between the one guide and the intermediate guide. and a pin at one end of the main body, the sheet is wound around each guide through the gap and folded, and the upper end of the folded sheet is held by the pressing member of the main body. It is characterized by being held on the side.

The holding member includes a support long side that is fixed to the upper surface of the main body, and a short support side that is bent in a hook shape from the support long side and hangs down while maintaining a gap with the side surface of the main body. a support part, a hemispherical part that penetrates the short side of the support part and contacts the main body at both ends, a disc-shaped grip provided opposite to the hemispherical part, and a disc-shaped grip provided so as to protrude from a side wall. a stopper that is rotatable by gripping the grip, and a guide groove fixed to the short side of the support part in the longitudinal direction into which the stopper fits; It is characterized by comprising a cylindrical member into which a shaft portion is inserted, and a biasing member wound around the hemispherical portion and the cylindrical member in the shaft portion.

According to the invention of claim 1, metal pieces of different lengths are connected to a single prism in a hook shape and are installed as folding guides at three locations, one at both ends and one in the middle, for folding the sheet. If used as an auxiliary tool, it is possible to fold the sheet regularly and neatly while wrapping the sheet around the guide, and it can be done by one person, so it can be expected to reduce labor. In addition, by providing a mounting part that corresponds to the receiver installed on the existing scaffolding support, there is no need to create a new place to install the seat folding aid, so the seat can be folded easily even in construction sites with limited space. can be folded neatly. In addition, in the sheet folding aid of the present invention, since the holding member strongly holds down the upper side of the folded sheet, it is difficult for wind to blow into the folded sheet during work in strong winds, and the sheet does not flap due to the wind. Since you are not at the mercy of the seat, the effort involved in folding can be reduced compared to before.

According to the invention of claim 2, by grasping the grip provided on the shaft and pulling the shaft around which the biasing member is wound toward the front side, the shaft and the main body of the sheet folding aid can be separated. A gap is created between them, and the upper side of the sheet can be inserted into the gap. Furthermore, the retraction of the biasing member generates a restoring force, and when the grip is released, the restoring force can strongly hold down the sheet. In addition, by inserting the shaft into a cylindrical member having a guide groove and providing a stopper on the side surface of the shaft that slides through the guide groove, the shaft can be pulled toward the front and rotated by twisting. Then, the stopper that has fallen off from the guide groove engages with the end of the cylindrical member, suppressing the restoring force caused by the contraction of the biasing member, and reducing the tension between the main body of the seat folding aid and the shaft. It is possible to maintain the gap. In addition, by making the contact area between the seat and the shaft a hemispherical part, the contact area with the seat is minimized, so the seat can be easily removed from the seat folding aid simply by pulling it out. No excessive force is applied to the shaft, and the seat folding aid or seat will not be damaged.

Embodiments of the seat folding aid 1 of the present invention will be described in detail below. Note that one side and the other side are directions shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the seat folding aid 1 in this embodiment includes a main body 2 which is an aluminum prism with a length of approximately 1.8 m, and is provided at both ends of one side and the other side of the main body 2. One guide 3, the other guide 4, and an intermediate guide 5 each using hook-shaped scalene angles with a width of about 3 cm are provided at one end, the other end, and an intermediate portion of the main body 2. Among these, two pressing members 7, 7 are provided between the one guide 3 and the intermediate guide 5. The one guide 3, the other guide 4, and the intermediate guide 5 utilize scalene angles made of metal, and each short side portion 3a, 4a, 5a is fixed to the upper surface of the main body 2, and each long side portion 3b is fixed to the upper surface of the main body 2. , 4b, and 5b maintain a gap with the main body 2 and hang down toward the front side.
Further, a pin 8 bound by a wire 9 is provided at one end of the main body 2, and a through hole (not shown) through which the pin 8 is inserted is also provided. In this embodiment, a wedge is used as the mounting portion 6, but the wedge may be replaced with a clamp.

As shown in FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b), the holding member 7 has a hook-shaped support portion 7a using a metal scalene angle fixed to the prismatic main body 2, as in the case of each of the guides. Of these, the support length side 7ab is fixed to the upper surface of the main body 2, and the support portion short side 7aa hangs down toward the front side while maintaining a gap with the main body 2. A through hole (not shown) is provided in the short side 7aa of the support portion that hangs down, and a cylindrical member 7f having a guide groove 7g is welded to cover the through hole from the front side. A shaft portion 7b is inserted into the cylindrical member 7f from the front side toward the main body 2, and when viewed in cross section, the shaft portion 7b is divided into two by the short side 7aa of the support portion. The shaft portion 7b is provided with a disc-shaped grip 7c at the front end, a hemispherical portion 7d at the end on the main body 2 side, and a stopper 7e on the side wall. The stopper 7e is fitted into the guide groove 7g of the cylindrical member 7f. Further, a biasing member 7h is wound around the half of the shaft portion 7b on the main body 2 side with the support portion short side 7aa in between.

(図2(a)~(b)参照)
The holding member 7 configured as described above can be operated by gripping the grip 7c provided on the shaft portion 7b and pulling the shaft portion 7b inserted through the support portion short side 7aa toward the front side. The side end portion of the main body 2 having the hemispherical portion 7d is attracted. Further, the stopper 7e attached to the side wall of the shaft portion 7b also slides toward the front within the guide groove 7g of the cylindrical member 7f as the shaft portion 7b is pulled. (See Figures 2(a)-(b))
At this time, the biasing member 7h wrapped around the shaft portion 7b and inserted between the hemispherical portion 7d and the short side 7aa of the support portion retracts, and a gap is created between the hemispherical portion 7d and the side surface of the main body 2. occurs. Then, the retracted biasing member 7h tries to return to its original state due to the restoring force, so if the shaft portion 7b is twisted while holding the grip 7c, the stopper 7e provided on the side wall of the shaft portion 7b will move against the cylindrical member 7f. It is possible to deviate from the extension line of the guide groove 7g and engage with the end of the cylindrical member 7f, suppress the restoring force of the biasing member 7h, and maintain the gap between the main body 2 and the hemispherical portion 7d. .

The method of using the seat folding aid configured as described above will be explained in detail below with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5.
As a first step, the sheet folding aid 1 is bridged between the two scaffold supports 300, 300 (see FIG. 4). At this time, the scaffolding support 300 uses a wedge type scaffolding, and the wedges of the mounting parts 6, 6 provided at both ends of the seat folding aid 1 are inserted into the receivers of the scaffolding support 300, 300 and fixed. . Further, a pin 8 tied to the tip of one side of the main body 2 with a wire 9 is inserted into a through hole (not shown) also provided at the end of the one side. (See Figure 3(b))

(図5(a)参照)
As a second step, the sheet 100 having a plurality of eyelets 200 on the peripheral edge is attached to the sheet folding aid 1. The sheet 100 used in this embodiment has a length of approximately 5.4 m and a width of approximately 1.8 m, and the eyelets 200 are provided at intervals of 0.45 m. Furthermore, a mark 400 for determining the top and bottom directions and front and back sides of the sheet 100 is sewn onto one of the four corners of the sheet 100. (See Figure 5(a))
There are five eyelets 200 installed on the short side of the sheet 100, and the eyelet 200 located exactly in the middle is hooked to the pin 8 inserted into the through hole (not shown) in the first step to cut the eyelet 200 in half. Fold into. (See FIGS. 4(a), 3(b), and 5(a) to 5(b)) At this time, the sheet is placed so that the mark 400 faces the scaffolding support 300 side and is at one corner. Set 100. (See FIG. 4(a)) Then, while adjusting the position by overlapping the long sides of the hanging sheet 100, the sheet 100 is pressed down with the two pressing members 7, 7, and the sheet 100 is pressed down. It is pressed against the side of the main body 2 of the folding aid 1. (See FIGS. 2(a), 2(b), 4(a), and 5(a) to 5(b)) At this time, the folded portion of the sheet 100 is connected to one guide 3 and the other guide of the sheet folding aid 1. 4 and the intermediate guide 5 into the gaps created between the long side portions 3b, 4b, 5b of the main body 2, respectively. (See FIGS. 3(a), (b), and 4(a)) The size of the sheet 100 at the end of this process is 5.4 m in length and 0.9 m in width.

As a third step, among the sheets 100 which were folded in half long and long with their long sides overlapped in the previous stage, the sheet is placed on the short side of the one where the eyelet 200 is not hooked on the pin 8, that is, on the other side, and folded. The operator M grasps the overlapped portion and wraps the sheet 100 around the one guide 3 and the other guide 4 to form a trifold shape while moving in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 4(b). (See FIGS. 4(a), (b) and FIGS. 5(b), (c)) The upper side of the sheet 100 folded into a trifold shape is secured to the main body by two pressing members 7, 7, as in the previous stage. is held down by the side of the At this time, the urging force of the urging member 7h of the pressing member 7 strongly presses the upper side of the sheet 100, so that the trifold state of the sheet 100 is maintained without unraveling. Note that the upper side of the sheet 100 is inserted into the gap created between the long side 5b of the intermediate guide 5 and the main body 2, as in the previous stage. (See FIG. 4(b)) The size of the sheet 100 at the end of this process is 1.8 m in length and 0.9 m in width.

As a fourth step, the sheet 100 which has been folded into three in the previous stage is further folded in half using the intermediate guide 5. (See FIGS. 5(c) to 5(d)) At this time, as shown in FIG. 3(a), the sheet 100 wrapped around the other guide 4 is shifted downward and removed from the other guide 4. After removing it, the operator M grasps the end that was wrapped around the other guide 4 in the same way as in the third step, overlaps it to one side, and folds it in half. The size of the sheet 100 at the end of this process is both 0.9 m in length and width.

As a fifth step, the sheet 100 which was folded to 0.9 m in length and width in the previous stage is removed from the seat folding aid 1 and further folded in half lengthwise. To remove the folded sheet 100 from the sheet folding aid 1, first remove the eyelet 200 hooked to the pin 8 in the second step, and then press the hold-down button as shown in FIG. 4(c). Both ends of the sheet 100 hanging down from the sheet folding aid 1 are grasped by the members 7, 7, and pulled out downward at once. Then, the sheet 100 wound around the one side guide 3 and the intermediate guide 5 is pulled out, and the sheet 100 is also pulled out from the holding members 7, 7 that were holding the sheet 100 against the side surface of the main body 2. At this time, in the holding member 7, the upper side of the sheet 100 is strongly pressed against the side surface of the main body 2 by the urging force of the urging member 7h, as described above, but the upper side of the sheet 100 is not in contact with the surface of the sheet 100 as shown in the figure. As shown in FIG. 3(b), the hemispherical portion 7d is provided on the shaft portion 7b, and its contact area with the seat 100 is extremely small. Therefore, when the sheet 100 is pulled out downward, it can be pulled out from the pressing member 7 without being restrained by the urging force of the urging member 7h. After pulling it out, it is folded in half lengthwise and finally folded into a rectangular shape with a length of 0.45 m and a width of 0.9 m. (See Figures 5(d) to (e))

As a sixth step, the sheet 100 that was folded into a rectangular shape with a length of 0.45 m and a width of 0.9 m in the previous stage is halved and folded back toward the front to be folded into a rectangular shape with both length and width of 0.45 m. (See FIG. 5(f)) Here, the mark 400 for determining the vertical direction and front and back of the sheet 100 was always in a position facing the scaffolding support 300 on one side until this step, so the folding step It will not be folded into the sheet 100 between the sheets. In this state, the mark 400 can be exposed to the surface until the end by folding the sheet 100 into a square shape of 0.45 m on each side as shown in FIG. 5(f). The sheet 100 folded in this manner is turned over as shown in FIG. 5(g) so that the mark 400 can be easily checked, and then put away in a work vehicle or the like.

With the seat folding aid 1 of the present invention configured and used as described above, a single worker can fold the seat 100, which conventionally required two people, thereby reducing labor. Connect. In addition, since it can be attached to an existing scaffold support 300, there is no need to newly set up equipment or a place to install the seat folding aid 1, and it can be used easily. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the seat folding aid 1 of the present invention has a single elongated prismatic shape as a whole, so it can be stored without taking up much space, and can be carried with one or both hands. It can be easily carried around.

In addition, in the method of folding the sheet 100 into long strips along the long sides as in Document 1, if the sheet 100 swells due to the wind when working in a windy environment, the flapping of the sheet 100 cannot be controlled due to its length. Otherwise, it will not be possible to fold it neatly and accurately. On the other hand, the sheet folding aid 1 of the present invention, in addition to holding down a part of the folded sheet 100 by the holding member 7, also has one guide 3, the other guide 4, and an intermediate guide using metal angles. The sheet 100 is wrapped around the guide 5, and when the worker M pulls the end of the sheet 100 that he/she is holding, the sheet 100 is wound by each guide, so that the wind does not get inside the folded sheet 100 and it flaps around a lot. There is no Therefore, the sheet 100 can be folded more neatly and accurately.

Further, the sheet folding aid 1 of the present invention has the folded portion of the sheet 100 folded in a mountain fold shape held down by the pressing members 7, 7, and is wrapped around each of the guides 3, 4, 5. Therefore, the eyelet 200 does not come into contact with the holding member 7 or each guide 3, 4, 5. If so, there is no risk that they will engage with the eyelet 200 when the sheet 100 is removed, so the work can be carried out more smoothly.

The seat folding aid 1 of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and can be modified as appropriate within the scope of the claims. For example, the attachment part 6 for fixing the seat folding aid 1 of the present invention to the existing scaffolding support 300 is a wedge in the above embodiment to correspond to a wedge-type scaffold, but this part can be changed to a clamp. It is also possible. Furthermore, the entire material of the seat folding aid 1 may be made of metal other than aluminum, resin, or the like.
