Description
配管の噴出部の下方の側部に、図3~5に示す形状の拡散板を取付けた、実施例の散水装置を準備した。なお、拡散板50としては、幅が13cm、噴出口37からの突出長さが7.9cm、凹曲面61及び凸曲面63のそれぞれの曲率半径が4.0cmのものを用いた。
拡散板を取付けない以外は、実施例と同様の、比較例の散水装置を準備した。
図1に示すような、散水ろ床型水処理装置1に実施例の散水装置及び比較例の散水装置を適用して、ろ材層4に散水した。その後、ろ材層4による、ろ過処理後の処理水を、採水管9でサンプリングしてグラフ化した。その結果を、図11に示す。

Claims (3)
- 水を散水する散水装置であって、
垂直方向に延びる支軸に対し軸受け部を介して横方向に回転可能に軸支されると共に、前記支軸と交差する方向に延びる配管と、
前記配管の軸方向に所定間隔で取付けられた複数の噴出部とを有しており、
各噴出部は、前記配管の軸方向に対して直交する向きとなるように前記配管の外周から所定長さで突出する直管状のノズル形状をなし、その先端には、水を噴出する噴出口が形成され、複数の噴出部の噴出口の少なくとも1つは、前記噴出口の中心を通る噴出軸心が水平方向に延びるように配置されており、前記噴出口からの水の噴出流により、前記配管が前記軸受け部を介して回転するように構成されており、
前記噴出部には、前記噴出口から噴出する水を拡散する、拡散板が取付けられており、
前記拡散板は、前記噴出部のノズル形状の側部に固定され、水の噴出方向に向けて延出する基部と、この基部から、前記噴出軸心に至るように湾曲して、水の噴出方向に延びる曲面部とを有しており、
前記拡散板の基部は、前記噴出軸心に沿った方向と平行な平坦面をなし、
前記拡散板の曲面部は、前記噴出口に近い部分が凹曲面をなし、前記噴出口から離れた部分が凸曲面をなすように、変曲点を介して連続的に変化する曲面状をなすと共に、前記噴出軸心に直交する方向に同じ曲率で形成された波板状をなし、
前記噴出口から最も離れた最先端部が前記噴出軸心と平行な面をなし、
前記拡散板の基部の前記噴出軸心に沿った方向における長さ寸法が、前記噴出部よりも長く設定されており、
前記曲面部の凹曲面が前記噴出口から噴出する水を受け止める面をなすことを特徴とする散水装置。 - 前記拡散板は、前記曲面部の変曲点が、前記噴出軸心にほぼ一致するように、前記噴出部に固定されている請求項1記載の散水装置。
- 前記拡散板の基部に、前記噴出部が一体的に取付けられ、該噴出部が前記配管の外周から突出する連結管に螺合して連結されている、請求項1又は2のいずれか1つに記載の散水装置。
