開閉回動可能に支持された開閉体と、前記開閉体を囲む枠体とを備えた建具装置において、
前記枠体には、前記開閉体の戸尻側の裏面に対向して上下方向へわたる受部と、前記開閉体の戸尻側端部に対向する開閉体端部対向面とが設けられ、
前記受部には、前記開閉体の裏面に対し上下方向へわたって圧接される縦方向弾性気密材が設けられ、
前記開閉体の下端側には、下方へ突出して前記枠体の下枠部材に対し横方向へわたって圧接される下側横方向弾性気密材が設けられ、
前記開閉体端部対向面には、前記縦方向弾性気密材の近傍で、前記下枠部材に接触するとともに、前記下側横方向弾性気密材の端部にも接触するように、弾性を有する補助気密材が設けられ
前記補助気密材は、前記開閉体の戸尻側の端部と、該端部に対向する前記開閉体端部対向面との間に挟まれるように設けられていることを特徴とする建具装置。
