Claims (10)
- 通信モジュールであって、前記通信モジュールの内部と外部との間の光を遮断するように構成され、前記内部にマスター発光部及びスレーブ受光部を含み、前記通信モジュールの前記内部において、前記マスター発光部から出力された第1信号が前記スレーブ受光部に入力されるように構成された通信モジュールと、
前記マスター発光部と接続され、接続されたマスター発光部を点滅させて前記第1信号を出力するように構成されたマスターBMSと、
前記スレーブ受光部と接続され、前記スレーブ受光部が前記マスター発光部から前記第1信号を受信すれば、動作モードを切り換えるように構成されたスレーブBMSと、を含み、
前記通信モジュールは、前記内部で前記マスター発光部の点滅によって出力された光が前記外部に出ない密閉構造に構成され、
前記マスターBMSおよび前記スレーブBMSは、前記通信モジュールの前記外部に配置され、
前記通信モジュールは、バッテリーパックに着脱自在に構成された、バッテリーパック。 - 前記通信モジュールは、前記バッテリーパックに取り付けられた場合、前記マスター発光部の一端と前記マスターBMSの一端とを電気的に接続させ、前記スレーブ受光部の一端と前記スレーブBMSの一端とを電気的に接続させるように構成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記スレーブBMSは、前記バッテリーパックの内部に複数個が備えられ、
前記通信モジュールは、一つ以上のマスター発光部、及び複数のスレーブBMSに対応する複数のスレーブ受光部を含むように構成された、請求項1または2一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記通信モジュールは、前記複数のスレーブ受光部に対応して複数のマスター発光部を含み、前記複数のマスター発光部同士の間に配置される第1隔壁をさらに含むように構成された、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記通信モジュールは、前記内部に複数のスレーブ発光部、及び前記複数のスレーブ発光部のうち対応するスレーブ発光部から出力された第2信号が入力される複数のマスター受光部をさらに含み、
前記複数のスレーブBMSは、前記複数のスレーブ発光部のうち対応するスレーブ発光部とそれぞれ接続され、接続されたスレーブ発光部を点滅させて前記第2信号を出力するように構成され、
前記マスターBMSは、前記複数のマスター受光部と接続され、接続された複数のマスター受光部のそれぞれに前記第2信号が入力されたか否かに応じて前記複数のスレーブBMSそれぞれの故障を判断するように構成された、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記通信モジュールは、前記複数のマスター発光部と前記複数のマスター受光部との間に配置された第2隔壁をさらに含むように構成された、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記通信モジュールは、前記通信モジュールの内壁、前記第1隔壁の外壁及び前記第2隔壁の外壁のうちの少なくとも一つに配置され、光を反射させる反射部材をさらに含むように構成された、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記通信モジュールは、前記内部に複数のスレーブBMSに対応する複数のスレーブ発光部をさらに含み、
前記複数のスレーブBMSは、前記複数のスレーブ発光部のうち対応するスレーブ発光部と接続され、接続されたスレーブ受光部が前記第1信号を受信すれば、前記動作モードを切り換えた後、接続されたスレーブ発光部を点滅させて前記第1信号を出力するように構成された、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記通信モジュールは、前記複数のスレーブ発光部のうち対応するスレーブ発光部から出力された信号を受信するマスター受光部をさらに含み、
前記マスターBMSは、前記マスター受光部と接続され、前記マスター発光部を点滅させて第3信号を出力した後、前記マスター受光部に前記第3信号が入力されたか否かに応じて前記通信モジュールの状態を診断するように構成された、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
