Claims (10)
- 吸入装置により患者に供給されるエアロゾル流(112)のエアロゾル投与量率を決定するためのセンサモジュール(110)であって、
前記センサモジュール(110)を前記吸入装置に取り付けるように設計されている適応構造部(160)と、
測定体積部(114)と、
前記測定体積部(114)内の前記エアロゾルの濃度に応じて少なくとも1つの第1の測定信号を生成するように設計されている濃度測定部(124)と、
前記測定体積部(114)を通過する前記エアロゾル流(112)の流量に応じて少なくとも1つの第2の測定信号を生成するように設計されている流量測定部であって、前記流量測定部は圧力測定部(140)を備え、前記圧力測定部(140)は差圧センサ(148)を備え、前記差圧センサ(148)の第1のポート(146)は前記測定体積部(114)が備える縮流構造(152)の前方の第1の圧力を決定するように指定され、前記差圧センサ(148)の第2のポート(154)は前記縮流構造(152)の後方の第2の圧力を決定するように指定され、前記差圧センサ(148)は前記第1の圧力と前記第2の圧力との差から前記少なくとも1つの第2の測定信号を生成するように適合されている、流量測定部と、
前記少なくとも1つの第1の測定信号からのエアロゾル濃度および前記少なくとも1つの第2の測定信号からの吸入流量の同時決定に基づき前記吸入装置における前記エアロゾル投与量率を決定するように設計されている評価部(156)と、を備えるセンサモジュール(110)。 - 前記測定体積部(114)が、前記センサモジュール(110)の内側面(118)に沿った内周により区画された空間領域であるか、または空間領域を備える、請求項1に記載のセンサモジュール(110)。
- 前記適応構造部(160)が、前記吸入装置に密着して取り付け可能であるアダプタ・リング(162)として設計されている、請求項2に記載のセンサモジュール(110)。
- 前記濃度測定部(124)が、光学式測定部(126)を備え、
前記光学式測定部(126)が、光の前記測定体積部(114)内の前記エアロゾルとの相互作用に応じて前記少なくとも1つの第1の測定信号を生成するように設計されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のセンサモジュール(110)。 - 前記光学式測定部(126)が、少なくとも1つの光源(128)と、少なくとも1つの光検出素子(130)と、を備える、請求項4に記載のセンサモジュール(110)。
- 前記光源(128)が発光リング(134)として設計され、前記光検出素子(130)が光検出リング(136)として設計されている、請求項5に記載のセンサモジュール(110)。
- 前記発光リング(134)および前記光検出リング(136)が、相互に同心状に配置されている、請求項6に記載のセンサモジュール(110)。
- 第1の複数の穴(142)が、前記縮流構造(152)の前方の前記測定体積部(114)の内周に沿って設けられており、
第2の複数の穴(142′)が、前記縮流構造(152)の後方の前記測定体積部(114)の前記内周に沿って設けられており、
各複数の穴(142、142′)が、対応する圧力測定チャンバ(144、144′)に流体接続され、
各圧力測定チャンバ(144、144′)が、前記差圧センサ(148)の対応するポート(146、154)に流体接続されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のセンサモジュール(110)。 - 前記評価部(156)が、前記吸入装置中の前記決定されたエアロゾル投与量率に基づき呼吸ごとの吸入投与量および適用ごとの総吸入投与量を決定するように、さらに設計されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のセンサモジュール(110)。
- 患者にエアロゾル流(112)を供給するための吸入装置であって、
エアロゾル流(112)のエアロゾル投与量率を決定するための請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のセンサモジュール(110)と、
前記センサモジュール(110)に取り付けられることによって備えられ、適応構造部を収容するように設計されている収容構造部と、
前記エアロゾル流(112)を生成するように設計されているエアロゾル発生装置と、
前記患者に前記エアロゾル流(112)を供給するように設計されている患者インターフェースと、を備える吸入装置。
