Abstract

1[Problem] When a gap is created between the overlay bedding and the body, a draft enters and the heat retention inside the bedding cannot be maintained. Furthermore, when the person turns over in bed, the overlay bedclothes do not follow the movement and gaps are created in that case as well. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide overlay bedding that can closely follow movements such as turning over in bed without creating gaps as much as possible. To maintain heat retention through a novel structure and to knit lightweight overlay bedding. [Solution] Therefore, in the present application, in top bedding that is composed of a central part that covers the user's body and elastic parts arranged on the left and right sides of the central part, the size ratio in the longitudinal direction of the elastic part and the central part is determined. 1:1.1 to 1.6, and the stretch ratio of the stretchable part in the vertical direction is at least 1.1 to 1.6 times the stretch ratio of the center part in the vertical direction, so that when unfolded it will be in the natural state The central part of the bedding is formed to have a three-dimensional protrusion. Furthermore, in order to facilitate handling, band-like members with low elasticity are attached to both longitudinal ends of the bedding. [Selection diagram] Figure 1

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to stretchable overlay bedding. More specifically, it relates to a blanket or blanket composed of regions having different elasticities.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION People turn over several times while sleeping, and when doing so, blankets, blankets, and other bedding may slip off, or gaps may form around the user's neck or feet. Particularly when using thin bedding, it is easy to shift due to its lightness.

Furthermore, when a blanket and a comforter are used in a layered manner, the comforter slips down when the person turns over, creating a gap between the comforter and the blanket. Even when using a blanket on top of a comforter, the blanket sometimes slipped off the comforter.

In this case, there is a problem that the heat retention inside the futon cannot be maintained while sleeping, and the body becomes cold due to the cold air flowing in through the gap between the shoulders.

Therefore, bedding has been developed that prevents the futon from slipping off and suppresses the gap between the top bedding and the body.

In the bedding disclosed in Patent Document 1, a cover sheet member formed of a stretchable material is provided between the overlay bedding and the bedding and surrounds the entire circumference of the sleeping person together with the bedding. It is formed to shrink towards the person. However, such bedding is heavy and expensive as a whole, and the covering sheet member is configured to shrink toward the sleeping person lying on the bedding, which gives the sleeping person a feeling of pressure. Furthermore, when sleeping, the user must insert his/her body into the gap between the covering sheet member and the mattress, which is troublesome and inconvenient.

The bedding disclosed in Patent Document 2 has quilting that is curved to match the shape of the sleeper's body, and is said to have high adhesion to the sleeper. It does not fit along the sleeping person's shoulders, and it cannot be said that it is sufficiently effective in suppressing gaps that occur around the shoulders of the sleeper.

Therefore, an object of the present application is to provide thin and light bedding that follows the user's movements even when the user turns over.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, claim 1 of the present application provides a bedding comprising a central part that covers the user's body and extensible parts arranged on the left and right sides of the central part. The ratio is 1:1.1 to 1.6, and the stretch ratio in the longitudinal direction of the stretchable part is 1.1 to 1.6 times that of the center part, and when expanded. In its natural state, the central part of the bedding is formed to have a three-dimensional protrusion.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, band-like members are attached to both ends of the bedding in the longitudinal direction.

The center part of the bedding wraps around the user's body, and the stretchable parts placed on both sides of the center part, which have higher elasticity than the center part of the bedding, hang down like weights to form the three-dimensional shape of the center part of the bedding. At the same time, it maintains close contact with the user's body. Therefore, drafts from the shoulders and feet are prevented as much as possible.

The central part of the bedding that covers the user's body has few irregularities and has a large frictional force, so the bedding follows the user's movements such as turning over in bed and can prevent the bedding from slipping off. Furthermore, since the frictional force between the bedding and the comforter placed above or below the bedding is large, the comforter is prevented from slipping down.

By forming regions with different surface shapes, such as an elastic part with uneven surfaces and a flat center part with low elasticity, it creates a three-dimensional space around the user even though it is a flat fabric. can be formed. The large air layer formed by the three-dimensional dome-shaped space like this sleeping bag, combined with the high adhesion of the bedding to the neck and feet, provides high heat retention.

Since it can have the effect of enveloping body temperature, the bedding itself can be made thin and light.

The bedding rises in a dome shape along the body, wrapping the body and covering the upper side of the body, and even when the user turns over, the bedding follows the body and moves, preventing the futon from turning over and preventing outside air from entering.

The stretchable parts on both sides of the bedding have more fabric and are heavier than the flat central part, so they have a restraining effect and fit snugly to the user's body.

Because it is thin and lightweight, it is easy to wash and dry, and even when folded, it is thin and does not take up much storage space.

Instead of preventing the bedding from shifting or creating drafts due to excessive pressure such as the weight of the bedding itself or tightening using string-like members, the bedding itself forms a three-dimensional shape and adheres closely to the body. This allows you to easily turn over and turn over without hindering your body movements.

Form stability in the vertical direction is ensured by attaching band-like members with low or no elasticity to both ends in the longitudinal direction.

An optimal embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIG. 1.

One of the embodiments of the bedding of the present invention, more specifically, the overlay blanket or blanket (hereinafter referred to as "blanket") has a general single size width of 140 cm x 200 cm.
has.

The finished dimensions of the blanket 1 in this embodiment are 200 cm in the longitudinal direction at both ends and 140 cm in the width direction.

The blanket 1 is characterized by being composed of two regions with different elasticity. The stretchable parts 1a-1a refer to areas each occupying about 30 cm x 200 cm of the blanket length from both ends of the blanket 1 toward the center. The center part 1b of the blanket 1, which covers the user's body, is an area of about 80 cm wide x 200 cm long, and the ratio of the elasticity of the elastic part to the center part in the vertical direction is preferably about 1.1 to 1.6 times. .

The width of the central part that covers the user's body is calculated based on the width of a person's shoulders. The average shoulder width for women in their 20s is 405 mm, and the average shoulder width for men in their 20s is 451 mm, so the width of the central part in this application is the width that covers the front and back of the user's body when sleeping on their side, that is, 80 cm to 90 cm. is used as a guideline.

By inserting elastic yarns 2 into the stretchable portions 1a-1a during knitting, the blanket is given stretchability at least in the longitudinal direction. The number of inserted elastic threads 2 and the insertion interval can be changed as appropriate.

Further, in this embodiment, non-stretchable members or string-like members 3-3 with low stretchability are attached to both ends of the blanket 1 in the longitudinal direction. This is to make the blanket easier to handle and to prevent the blanket from curling up due to its stretchability during use. In this embodiment, the string member 3 is attached to the blanket fabric in a stretched state so that the lengthwise dimension of 200 cm of single-sized bedding can be maintained in its natural state.

Since the finished size is 200 cm at both end portions in the longitudinal direction, in this embodiment, the vertical dimension of the central portion 1b having low elasticity increases by at least 10 cm in the vertical direction. This is about 20 cm longer than the 200 cm length of a typical single-sized blanket, so the user's neck and feet can be covered more reliably.

The stretchable parts 1a-1a have greater elasticity in the vertical direction than the central part 1b, and the weight of the fabric used becomes heavier. 1a contracts in a bellows shape along the shape of the user's body and adheres closely, and has a weight-like effect to prevent gaps between the user and the blanket as much as possible. This prevents your body from coming into contact with cold air.

In addition, even when the user turns over in bed, the central portion 1b follows the user's movements and follows the user's body, while the elastic portions 1a-1a hang down along the user's body due to their own weight, allowing the user to turn over while sleeping. Since it conforms to the shape of the user's body, it prevents gaps from forming between the user and the blanket.

As mentioned above, the central part 1b is made longer by about 10 cm in the vertical direction than the elastic part 1a, so that it not only reliably covers the neck and legs, but also prevents drafts from entering from above and below. In combination with this, a dome-shaped space like a sleeping bag is formed, so that the heat retention of the dome-shaped space can be maintained.

Furthermore, although unevenness occurs on the surface of the fabric in the stretchable portion 1a, the center portion 1b is in a flatter state compared to the stretchable portion 1a, so that the frictional force is large. This frictional force allows the blanket 1 to easily follow the user's movements, and can also be expected to have the effect of preventing the blanket 1 from shifting from the comforter when placed above or below the comforter.

The shape of the bedding according to the present application can be applied to warp-knitted fabrics, woven bedding, and stretch-quilted bedding. Moreover, it can be applied to bedding of not only single size but also double size and various sizes.

Further, if the blanket is knitted so that a plurality of cotton pile threads protruding in the thickness direction are arranged at least in the central part of the blanket, it will have high water absorption and feel good to the touch. Additionally, the greater frictional force in the center allows the blanket to follow the user's movements, such as turning over in bed.

FIG. 2 is a plan view showing another embodiment of the blanket according to the present application.

Like the blanket 1, the blanket 4 is characterized by being composed of two regions with different elasticity. The stretchable parts 4a-4a refer to areas each occupying about 30 cm x 200 cm of the blanket length from both ends of the blanket 4 toward the center. The center part 4b of the blanket 4, which covers the user's body, is an area of about 80 cm wide x 200 cm long, and the ratio of the longitudinal elasticity of the elastic part to the center part is about 1.1 to 1.6 times. preferable.

The stretchable parts 4a-4a of the blanket are given elasticity at least in the longitudinal direction by inserting elastic threads 5 during knitting. The number of inserted elastic threads 5 and the insertion interval can be changed as appropriate.

Since the finished dimension at both ends in the longitudinal direction is 200 cm, in this embodiment, the finished dimension in the longitudinal direction of the central portion 1b having low elasticity increases by about 20 cm in the vertical direction. This is about 40 cm longer than the 200 cm length of a typical single-sized blanket, so it is shaped to more reliably cover the user's neck and feet.

The elastic parts 4a-4a have greater elasticity than the central part 4b, and the weight of the fabric used is also heavier, so when the central part 4b covers the user's body, the elastic parts 4a-4a at both ends are The blanket hangs down closely following the shape of the user's body, minimizing the creation of gaps between the user and the blanket and preventing the user's body from coming into contact with cold air.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a state in which a user actually sleeps on his back on a futon and covers his body with the blanket according to the present invention. The central part of the bedding covers the entire body of the user who is lying on his back, and the left and right elastic parts contract vertically in a bellows-like manner and are in close contact with the mattress, so a gap is created between the elastic part of the bedding and the mattress. There is no room for drafts. On the other hand, the central part of the bedding that covers the user's entire body forms one large dome-shaped space, and like a sleeping bag, a large air layer is formed inside to retain the user's body temperature well.

In addition, even when the user turns over in bed, the central portion 4b follows the user's movements and follows the user's body, while the elastic portions 4a-4a hang down along the user's body due to their own weight, allowing the user to turn over while sleeping. This prevents gaps from forming because it conforms to the shape of the body afterwards.

FIG. 5 shows this state. As shown in FIG. 5, when the user turns over and lies sideways, it can be seen that the bedding elastic portion closely follows the shape of the user's body. Further, the dome-shaped space formed in the center of the bedding forms a large space and maintains its sleeping bag-like shape while deforming to conform to the shape of the user's body.

Both ends of the blanket in the longitudinal direction are subjected to a conventional general end treatment. For example, attaching bias tape, lock sewing machine finish, mellow finish, etc. can be considered.

FIG. 2 shows the blanket placed in its natural state. Although the central part 4b of the blanket 4 in which no elastic yarn is used is in a flat state, it is swollen in three dimensions in a natural state due to the influence of the elastic parts arranged on both sides of the central part 4b. When the blanket 4 is used, the central part 4b that covers the body forms a large dome-shaped air layer, and the elastic part 4a follows the shape of the side of the user's body so as to surround the air layer. It wraps around the user like a sleeping bag and closely follows movements such as turning over, and the elastic parts 4b at the shoulders and feet close along the user's body to prevent drafts from flowing in.

FIG. 3 is a plan view showing a state in which both ends of the blanket 4 shown in FIG. 2 are stretched out, that is, a state in which the blanket 4 in FIG. 2 is stretched out to a length of 200 cm in the longitudinal direction of a single size.

The material for the blanket of the present invention preferably includes cotton, which easily absorbs sweat and is soft to the touch. In addition to natural fibers such as wool and silk, which are suitable for keeping warm, materials such as polyester and nylon are also suitable as materials that are soft to the touch and have excellent heat retention properties.

The bedding according to the present invention can be applied to bedding made of warp knitting or woven fabric.
