BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as this type of station notification system, for example, one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2018-197023 is known.
The disclosure in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 2018-197023 relates to the invention title "Station Alarm Device" and describes the invention as "a device that more reliably prevents people from falling from a station platform onto the tracks and detects intentional intrusion onto the tracks. The purpose is to provide a station warning device that can ensure safety within the station premises by a position detection unit that performs detection; a situation determination unit that determines the situation within the station based on the information detected by the position detection unit; and a notification that provides notification with a varying warning level according to the determination result of the situation determination unit. (Refer to claim 1 of the same publication), it is possible for people, guide dogs, wheelchairs, strollers, silver cars, etc. as moving objects moving within the station premises to In the station premises, it is possible to make pedestrians themselves, station staff, etc. aware of whether they are moving toward a more dangerous side or a safer side. In other words, it is possible to more reliably prevent people from falling onto the tracks, and to ensure safety within the station premises.Furthermore, depending on how the warning level is changed, for example, if someone intentionally falls into the tracks from the platform It seems to have the effect that it becomes possible to notify station staff, etc. of the presence of an intruder (see paragraphs 0008 to 0019 of the specification of the same publication).

The white cane detection camera 2 is equipped with a mechanism for image recognition within the camera body, and is designed to recognize a white cane from an image taken under the above conditions and output it as white cane information. White cane recognition by the detection camera 2 requires that (1) it is a white stick-like object held in the user's hand, (2) the white stick-like object is about 1 meter long, and (3) it is white. Deep learning is used to memorize (memorize) matching and non-matching information, such as that the diameter of the stick is within 10 mm, and based on the results, white cane 15 is identified through digital image filtering processing using AI (artificial intelligence). It is something to do.

In order to discriminate only from the image captured by the white cane detection camera 2, the white cane detection camera 2 is located approximately 2.5 meters inside the station from the station ticket gates 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d, and 13e, and at a height of approximately 3 meters. For example, at a position approximately 2.5 m away from directly below the white cane detection camera 2, the hand of the white cane 15 of the white cane user 14 is installed at a depression angle of 50 degrees (see FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b)). Further, on the front captured image of the white cane user 14, the white cane 15 has a length of one-third or more of the screen height, and the angle made with the vertical lines 16a and 16b of the screen is within 60 degrees left and right. (See Figure 3(c)).

By placing the white cane detection camera 2 on the ceiling of the ticket gate under these conditions, it is possible to check each person individually at the ticket gate 13, which is the entrance to the campus where people do not enter in groups, and detect those with a white cane. This allows the user to be identified as the user 14.
After the white cane detection camera 2 automatically recognizes the white cane user 14, the information (detection signal) is transmitted to the white cane detection display panel 3 via the hub (HUB) 4 of the campus network (not shown). It is sent to the control board 5, and the control board 5 outputs the video to the built-in monitor 7a and the external monitor 7b, as well as giving voice guidance such as "white cane users enter" through the built-in speaker 8a and external speaker 8b, and also outputs the video to the built-in visual recognition device. (Red flash display) 9a and an external visual recognition device (red flash display) 9b are turned on to alert station staff.

The white cane detection display panel 3 has a built-in monitor 7a, a built-in speaker 8a, and a built-in visual recognition device (red light) 9a, and is installed at an appropriate location in the station office (SO) inside the station.
The Station Office (SO) displays and understands the situation at various locations within the station premises using cameras installed at various locations, and also provides appropriate instructions and information to station staff located at various locations based on the identified situation. This is a department that can do this.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a schematic example in which a white cane detection display panel 3 is placed in the station office (SO) where station staff always stay so that the station staff can grasp the station situation.
In FIG. 3, 3 is a white cane detection display board, 7a is a built-in monitor, 7b is an external monitor, 8a is a built-in speaker, 9a is a built-in visual recognition device (indicator light), 12 is a reset button, 17 is The station office desk, SO, is the station office.
A station employee who always stays in the station office (SO) faces the station office desk 16, constantly monitors the situation inside the station, and gives appropriate instructions.

When a white cane user 14 enters the station premises through the station ticket gate 13, the white cane detection camera 2 detects the white cane 15, and the built-in monitor 7a of the white cane detection display panel 3 and the external monitor 7b show that the white cane has passed through the ticket gate. In addition to displaying the image, pre-stored audio information (for example, "A white cane user has passed through the ticket gate") is played from the built-in speaker 8a, and at the same time, the built-in visual recognition device (indicator light) is turned on and the white cane is displayed. It is reported that the cane user 14 is in the station premises.

If the station staff who always stays in the station office (SO) is notified that the white cane user 14 has entered the station, the station staff in the station office (SO) will check it on the built-in monitor 7a and external monitor 7b. At the same time, images from cameras installed at various locations are tracked on monitors, etc., and if necessary, appropriate instructions and information are transmitted to station staff located at various locations.Station staff at each location monitors the separately installed external monitor 7b, external speaker 8b, The presence of the white cane user 14 within the premises can be recognized through the external visual recognition device (red light) 9b, etc., and necessary support can be provided to the white cane user 14.

Therefore, according to the system 1 for notifying station staff of people using white canes when entering the premises, the white cane recognition equipment installed near the station platform (PF) or the cameras installed at various locations within the station can detect white canes. The white cane 15 is individually identified by each white cane user 14 when they pass through the ticket gate, without taking any roundabout methods such as detecting the cane user 14 and alerting the station staff via the public address system. Therefore, when the white cane user 14 passes through the ticket gate 13, the presence of the white cane user 14 can be ascertained and station staff at various locations can be alerted, thereby preventing the station staff from overlooking the presence of the white cane user 14. This makes it possible to prevent accidents such as falling from the station platform (PF) due to unintentional entry into the campus.

Next, a description will be given of the system 1 for notifying station staff of people using a white cane according to the first embodiment, and for example, the system 20 for notifying station staff of people using a white cane according to a second embodiment, in which ticket gates are arranged at four locations north, south, east, and west.
FIG. 4 shows that the station staff notification system 1 for people using white canes according to the first embodiment is installed at a station where the ticket gates are not located at one location but at four locations, for example, north, south, east, and west. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a system 20 for informing station staff of people using white canes when entering the premises according to a second embodiment.

In FIG. 4, 13E is installed at the east ticket gate, 13W is installed at the west ticket gate, 13S is installed at the south ticket gate, 13N is installed at the north ticket gate, and 2a to 2d are installed at each ticket gate 13E, 13W, 13S, and 13N. Reference numeral 20 indicates the system for informing station staff of persons using a white cane according to the second embodiment, 21 indicates a HUB with power supply, and 22 indicates the angle of view of the white cane detection cameras 2a to 2d and the detection area of the white cane 15. 23 is a white cane detection display panel installed in the station office (SO), 23a is a multi-segment indicator light with a flash function, and 23b is a speaker. , 24 is a reset button, and these white cane detection cameras 2a to 2d, area setting PC 22, and white cane detection display panel 23 are connected to a power supply hub (HUB) 21 in the campus network using a UTP cable, and communicate with each other. configured to be possible.
In the station staff notification system 20 for people entering the station using a white cane according to the second embodiment, a white cane detection display panel 23 installed in the station office (SO) has a multi-segment indicator light 23a with a flash function and a speaker 23b integrated. Built-in.

In the example shown in FIG. 4, it is assumed that there are a maximum of eight ticket gates in one station, and the multi-segment indicator light 23a with flash function detects the passage of the white cane 15 at each ticket gate. However, the color display of the relevant ticket gate (for example, the normal display is "green", but when the passage of the white cane 15 is detected, the display changes to "red flash" ) . At the same time, audio data similar to that of the system 1 for notifying station personnel using a white cane according to the first embodiment is played from the speaker 23b.
The red flash display caused by this color display change is canceled by the station staff using the reset button 24 as appropriate, such as when it is confirmed that the white cane user 14 has left the ticket gate.
Further, regarding the display of this multi-segmented indicator light 23a, instead of displaying using a multi-segmented flash indicator light, as shown in FIG. 5, it may be displayed on a monitor that can perform a predetermined display.

That is, FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram showing an example in which an 8-division display of 2 rows and 4 columns is displayed on the monitor screen in place of the multi-division indicator light 23a with a flash function. FIG. 5(b) shows a monitor screen 23a2 in which information of a specific divided area of the eight-part monitor screen 23a1 is displayed in text. That is, each divided area of the 8-split monitor screen 23a1 shown in FIG. 5(a) is displayed in a normal color (e.g. , "green") to a red flash display (blinking).Furthermore, on the monitor screen 23a2, the details (for example, "White cane at The details of the corresponding divided area are sequentially displayed in text in response to the red flash (blinking).

Of course, by pressing the reset button 24, the flash display and character display of the ticket gate are canceled. In the reset process, by pressing the reset button 24 while the relevant characters are displayed, the flash display and character display of the corresponding ticket gate are canceled.

With the above configuration, in the station staff notification system 20 for people entering the premises using white canes according to the second embodiment, not only one ticket gate but also any one of the plurality of ticket gates 13E to 13N can be used for using white canes. When a person 14 passes by, the white cane 15 held by the person 14 is detected by the white cane detection cameras 2a to 2d, and the detection is promptly notified to the station staff, who then gives appropriate instructions to the person 14 who has entered the station. This makes it possible to provide information, etc., thereby making it possible to prevent accidents such as falling from a remote location.
