Claims (11)
- 複数のセルモジュールアセンブリー及び一対のモジュールプレートを含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記セルモジュールアセンブリーは、複数のバッテリーセル及び前記複数のバッテリーセルを収容する個別ハウジングを含み、
前記個別ハウジングは、前記複数のバッテリーセルの電極リードが突出する前方及び後方を除き、上部及び下部に位置する上部プレート及び下部プレートと、両側面に位置して前記上部プレート及び前記下部プレートを連結する二つの側面プレートとを含み、
前記一対のモジュールプレートは、それぞれ前記複数のセルモジュールアセンブリーの電極リードが突出する前方及び後方の全体をカバーするサイズを有し、前方及び後方にそれぞれ位置して前記複数のセルモジュールアセンブリーと締結され、
前記個別ハウジングの側面プレートと隣接した前記個別ハウジングの側面プレートとの間には空間部が形成される、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数のバッテリーセルと前記モジュールプレートとの間にバスバーユニットが位置して前記電極リードと電気的に連結される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部プレート、前記下部プレート及び前記側面プレートのそれぞれには、他のプレートとの締結のための締結部が形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記空間部には、前記セルモジュールアセンブリーの間の熱伝達を抑制する断熱材が設けられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記空間部には、前記セルモジュールアセンブリーの間の火炎伝達を抑制する防炎材が設けられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記個別ハウジングの前記上部プレート及び前記下部プレートは、前記側面プレートとの機械的締結または溶接によって結合される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記個別ハウジングの前記上部プレート及び前記下部プレートは、前記側面プレートとの結合の際に各プレートの間の密閉性を高めるために、末端部が互いに重なるように形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールプレートは、前記個別ハウジングと結合するための締結部、及びベンティングガスを排出するベンティング部を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールプレートと前記セルモジュールアセンブリーとは、機械的締結によって結合される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記個別ハウジングは、金属素材から形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
