Claims (12)
- 電気的に接続された複数のバッテリーセルを含むセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体を収容し、一面に形成される一対のモジュール孔を備えるモジュールハウジングと、
前記モジュールハウジングの内面に取り付けられて前記モジュールハウジングの内部に位置する一対のベンティング孔端子であって、前記モジュール孔と連通する端子孔を備え、前記セル積層体と電気的に接続される一対のベンティング孔端子と、
を含み、
前記一対のモジュール孔は、中空状の外部端子が前記モジュールハウジングの外部から前記モジュール孔および前記端子孔に挿入可能なように、前記一面上で外部に露出されている、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対のベンティング孔端子の一方は、前記セル積層体の第1電極と接続され、
前記一対のベンティング孔端子の他方は、前記セル積層体の第2電極と接続される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1電極と第2電極とが、互いに逆極性を有する、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ベンティング孔端子が、前記端子孔の内周面上に固定される伝導性弾性部材を備える、請求項1から3のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、前記セル積層体を構成する複数のバッテリーセル同士を直列、並列、または直列と並列とが混合された形態で接続するバスバーフレームをさらに含む、請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 電気的に接続された複数のバッテリーセルを含むセル積層体、前記セル積層体を収容して一面に形成される一対のモジュール孔を備えるモジュールハウジング、及び前記モジュール孔と連通する端子孔を備えて前記セル積層体と電気的に接続される一対のベンティング孔端子を含むバッテリーモジュールを複数個含むモジュール集合体と、
前記モジュール集合体を収容し、前記モジュール集合体の収容空間と連通する少なくとも一つのパック孔を備えるパックハウジングと、
前記パックハウジングの内部収容空間の一面上に固定される流路ブラケットと、
前記流路ブラケット上に固定されて前記モジュール孔及び端子孔に挿入される複数のベンティング孔スタッドと、
を含むバッテリーパック。 - 前記ベンティング孔スタッドが、前記モジュール孔及び端子孔と連通するスタッド孔を備える、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記流路ブラケットが、前記スタッド孔と連通する複数のブラケット孔を備える、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記流路ブラケットは、長手方向に沿って形成されたベンティングガス流路を備え、
前記ベンティングガス流路は、前記複数のブラケット孔のそれぞれと連通する、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ベンティングガス流路が、前記パック孔と連通する、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ベンティング孔スタッドと流路ブラケットとの間には絶縁部材が介在される、請求項6から10のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールまたは請求項6から11のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
