Description
The present invention relates to an outer box for use in a back-in-box, which includes a flexible storage section and an inner bag with a spout fused to one end of the storage section.
Back-in-box liquid storage containers are used for food and non-food liquid contents, including liquid beverages such as fruit juices, juices, tea, coffee, milk drinks, soups, alcoholic beverages such as sake and shochu, etc. It is used in many applications, including developers, inks, paints, oils, disinfectants, liquid fertilizers, fungicides, and insecticides. Among these liquid storage containers, the outer box used for a container with a particularly large capacity or weight is mainly made of paper cardboard to withstand the load. As inner bags, flexible, thin-walled containers made by blow molding, containers made by fusion-bonding the periphery of two sheets formed by vacuum forming or pressure forming, and packaging bags made by sealing the periphery of film have been used. Ta. A spout for pouring out, filling, and sealing the contents is fused or molded at one end of the inner bag. Furthermore, a cap that fits over the spout and can be opened and closed is also used.
For example, in
The outer box for a bag-in-box is characterized in that the main body portion is made of waterproof paper, and the pair of side closing members are made of corrugated cardboard sheets.
It is also proposed that the lid plate be provided with an outlet that exposes the spout.
Further, in
On one side of the outer box used for such back-in-boxes, there is a take-out port that exposes the spout, or a pouring opening. In order to provide a pressing opening through which a hand can be inserted to press the inner bag downward, it is common to use perforations to enable the opening.
The breaking line for cutting such as perforations has cut parts that penetrate through the front and back sides and uncut parts alternately, so it is very vulnerable to external shocks such as drops and breaks easily. However, there have been problems such as the opening being exposed when not in use.
In particular, when transporting or storing in a warehouse, it is recommended to bundle the back-in boxes containing the contents with packing ties such as polypropylene bands (PP bands) while stacking them on pallets or trolleys. Common.
FIG. 3-2 shows a perspective view and a partially enlarged view of a conventional example in which a plurality of back-in boxes are bound together with a
At this time, the binding force and strain are applied to the vicinity of the cutout line 2221, and the corners of the back-in-box
It is also possible to consider a method of making the cutting line portion difficult to break. However, if you change the length of the perforations on the cutting line from 3mm to 4mm to make it more difficult to break, a considerable amount of force will be required to break it, which will only make it more difficult to open. This caused problems such as scum easily coming out from the cardboard box.
Furthermore, a method of increasing the height of the
However, simply increasing the height of the
Therefore, even if the back-in boxes containing the contents are stacked on a pallet or trolley and tied up with packing ropes or PP bands for transportation, etc., the dispensing opening may break when cut out. It is an object of the present invention to obtain an outer box for a back-in-box that will not open due to wire breakage.
The present invention provides an outer box for a back-in-box that houses an inner bag that has a spout and is mainly made of a flexible synthetic resin film.
A spouting opening for exposing the spout of the inner bag is provided at the lower part of the front surface,
At the top of the pouring opening, a pressing opening is formed by a cutting line and a ruled line, and allows the user to press the inner bag downward by inserting a hand from the outside of the box into the inside,
This outer box for a back-in-box is characterized in that a shock absorbing ruled line is provided above the cutting line in parallel with the cutting line of the pressing opening.
The outer box for a back-in-box of the present invention has a shock-absorbing ruled line parallel to the cutting line of the pressing opening and above the cutting line, so that it can be easily stacked on a pallet, cart, etc. Even when tied up with packing tape, rope, etc., the shock-absorbing ruled lines absorb the strain caused by the binding and do not easily break.

The pressing opening 222 is an opening through which a hand can be inserted from the outside of the box into the inside to press the inner bag downward.
Parallel to the cutting line 2221 of the pressing opening 222, and above the cutting line, a shock absorbing ruled line 2222 is provided which forms a mountain fold when viewed from the outside.

The cutting line 2221 is called a perforation, in which penetrating cut portions and uncut portions are alternately machined along the cutting line 2221 using a cutting blade or the like. However, in addition to perforations, it is also possible to use a half-cut line, a single zipper line, or a break line for cutting by a linear weakened part processed with laser light to make it easy to partially break, especially one of the above types. It is not limited to those of.

The outer box for the back-in-box of the present invention is a box mainly made of cardboard or the like. Adjust the strength and thickness of the cardboard depending on the weight of the contents and transportation conditions.
In addition, to prevent deterioration of the outer box for back-in-boxes due to dripping, we have made a laminated paper made by laminating water-resistant uncoated cardboard and pulp board paper, which have been made water-resistant with a rosin-based sizing agent, using a water-resistant adhesive. Waterproof paper may also be used. Here, water-resistant chipboard paper can be used as the pulp board paper, and vinyl acetate resin adhesive can be used as the water-resistant adhesive.
As the corrugated sheet, AB corrugated sheet or reinforced corrugated sheet can be preferably used. Specifically, for example, AB corrugated sheet consisting of K liner 210 g/m 2 / reinforced core 180 g/m 2 / K liner 2100 g/m 2 Cardboard sheets etc. can be used.
Furthermore, if the capacity is small, cardboard may be used instead of cardboard.
In the case of cardboard, the base paper is paperboard with a basis weight of 200 g/m 2 to 800 g/m 2 . If printing on the surface, coated manila, coated ball, ivory, etc., which are white on one side, can be used. .
Further, the body-joining portion of the side surface of the container and the bottom portion can be heat-sealed or bonded with an adhesive or the like. For heat sealing, a laminated sheet is used in which a thermoplastic film with excellent sealability such as a 15 μm to 80 μm polyethylene film, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, or polypropylene film is attached to at least the back side.
When fixing with gluing or hot melt adhesive, paper alone may be used.
The film used for the inner bag for the back-in-box of the present invention is determined depending on the barrier properties for preserving the contents and the conditions when filling the contents.
For example, a configuration such as stretched polyethylene terephthalate/polyamide resin film/sealant from the outside can be considered.
Specifically, biaxially oriented polyamide/polyethylene/inorganic oxide vapor-deposited polyethylene terephthalate/low-density polyethylene,
Biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate/Adhesive/Polyamide/Adhesive/Saponified ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer/Low density polyethylene,
Biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate/adhesive resin/polyamide/adhesive/low density polyethylene, biaxially oriented polypropylene/adhesive/polyamide/adhesive/low density polyethylene,
General configurations such as the following can be considered. In addition, in the case of filling at a high temperature or in the case of contents such as retort foods, it is desirable to use unstretched polypropylene for the sealant layer instead of low-density polyethylene.
These films can be manufactured by laminating them together using a normal dry lamination machine, extruder lamination machine, or the like.
Of course, depending on the contents, a single film such as polyethylene film or polypropylene film may be used.
An intermediate film may be used on the bottom to increase capacity. When increasing the capacity, the intermediate film may have the same structure as the front film and the back film. However, since it is used after being folded, it needs to be softer than the front and back films, so it is preferable to make the surface layer, such as a biaxially stretched film, thinner.
In particular, a biaxially stretched film is used for the surface layer so that the surface layers do not fuse together.
The inner bag may not be a packaging bag formed from the film described above, but may be a highly flexible container integrally formed with a spout by blow molding. Furthermore, the container may be made by fusion-bonding sheets formed by vacuum forming, pressure forming, or the like.
The spout is manufactured by injection molding. A cock may be attached so that it can be opened and closed, or a cap may be attached.
It is desirable to use a fusion-bondable resin such as a linear low-density polyethylene resin or an ethylene-propylene copolymer for the fusion portion that is fused to the inner bag. .
If the spout is capable of suction, the shape can be adapted to the suction adapter.
The outer box for a back-in-box of the present invention is as described above, and not only allows the spout to be easily exposed to the inner bag made of plastic to enable pouring, but also enables multiple back-in-boxes to be poured. Even if the boxes are tied together with a binding band, the shock-absorbing ruled line parallel to the cutting line around the pouring
In particular, in the press process for cutting out the outer shape, only the shock absorbing ruled line is processed in parallel to the cutting line, so there is no increase in the number of processes, and a general-purpose production line can be used, resulting in high productivity and the same price. There are many advantages of the present invention.
