発熱シート3としては、サセプターが好適に用いられる。サセプターは、フィルム基材に金属蒸着加工によりマイクロ波発熱層を設けたもので、さらに接着層、保護層などが設けられている。フィルム基材としては、金属蒸着加工適性と電子レンジでの耐熱性を有していれば、特に種類を限定する必要はなく、発熱させようとする熱量に応じて選択すればよい。例えばポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、ポリブチレンテレフタレートフィルム、ポリブチレン2・6ナフタレートフィルム、ポリアミドフィルム、ポリイミドフィルムなどが挙げられる。またフィルム中には、各種添加剤、例えば帯電防止剤、滑剤、酸化防止剤などが添加されていても構わない。フィルムの厚みは特に限定されないが、金属蒸着加工などの機械加工適正を考慮した場合、6~100μmが望ましい。 As the heat generating sheet 3, a susceptor is suitably used. ・加熱時間:標準加熱時間を食品1では2分20秒、食品2では2分40秒として、実際の加熱時間と標準加熱時間との差で評価した(単位:秒)。
・結果、評価結果を表1にまとめる。

前記電子レンジ加熱調理用発熱シートが貼合された前記挟持板のうち少なくとも1枚に、前記台紙および前記電子レンジ加熱調理用発熱シートの両方を貫通する複数のスリット状の切れ目により帯状に分割された発熱部が形成され、
複数枚の前記挟持板に挟み込まれた食品が、電子レンジマイクロ波照射による前記電子レンジ加熱調理用発熱シートの発熱を受けて加熱される構成を備えることを特徴とする電子レンジ加熱器具。
