Description

According to the present invention, when a portion-like food such as hamburger, chicken, or fish fillet is heated in a microwave oven to obtain a good texture, the food is microwave-heated to give a clean browning or crispy texture. It is about appliances.

Conventionally, various portion-shaped foods that are individually wrapped with a synthetic resin film, aluminum foil, or the like have been put on the market in an amount that can be used up at one time or that can be eaten in one bite. From the viewpoint of storage, these foods are sold in a refrigerated or frozen state, and the purchased consumer heats them appropriately before eating to improve the texture. Since it is common to use a microwave oven as a heating means in recent years, various heating appliances that make it easy to heat these foods in a microwave oven have also been put on the market.

For example, as shown in FIG. 5, it is known that a tray-shaped container 20 made of paperboard is equipped with a heat generating sheet 21 called a susceptor (registered trademark). A susceptor is a sheet that absorbs microwaves generated in a microwave oven and converts them into heat. Since it is difficult to heat a microwave oven to 100 ° C or higher, which is the boiling point of water, in normal use, for example, when cooking food such as hamburger steak in a frying pan, it is browned or browned, or has a crispy feeling. Although it is difficult to cook with a susceptor, it is possible to obtain a higher temperature state by using a susceptor, and it is possible to make a grilled or browned dish.

However, in the tray-shaped container 20 as shown in FIG. 5, the lower surface side of the food 14 such as hamburger steak in contact with the susceptor is browned, but the upper surface side is not. It takes time and effort. Therefore, a heating container in which the susceptor 34 is attached to a mount as shown in FIG. 6, the susceptor 34 is folded back from the crease 35 so as to be inside, the food 14 is stored inside, and the food 14 is sandwiched between the susceptors 34 from above and below. 30 has also been proposed. A gusset 36 is provided and a holding piece 33 is provided so that the thick food 14 can be easily stored. In such a heating container 30, by heating in a microwave oven by placing it on a plate 15 as shown in FIG. 7, the food 14 such as hamburger is in contact with the susceptor on both the lower surface side and the upper surface side, so that both sides are burnt. Etc. can be attached.

For example, Patent Document 1 includes a first heating element and a second heating element, a first support portion that supports the first heating element, and a second support portion that supports the second heating element. Disclosed is a heating assisting member in which a second support portion and a second support portion are flexibly connected so that the second heating element comes into contact with a fish or the like placed on the first heating element.

As another example, as shown in FIG. 8, for example, in order to make the contact of the susceptor 44 with food more reliable, the cover 43 is continuously provided on the sheets 41 and 42 provided with the susceptor 44, and the cover 43 is continuously provided in FIG. A heating container is also proposed in which the sheets 41 and 42 provided with the susceptor 44 are overlapped with each other.

For example, Patent Document 2 discloses a microwave oven heating device in which a sheet-shaped food such as seaweed is sandwiched between a heat-generating sheet provided with a susceptor having an arc-shaped cross section and a holding plate so that the food can be heated and dried.

Japanese Patent No. 5659755

If the food to be heated is a flexible sheet-like food such as seaweed, it can be effectively heated along the sheet provided with the susceptor as described above, but for example, hamburger steak. In the case of lump-shaped foods that have a certain thickness and volume and have variations in their outer shape and surface texture (hereinafter referred to as portion-like), heat generation in the form of a sheet-shaped susceptor attached to a mount. In the case of utensils, even if they are curved, the susceptor sheet can actually come into direct contact with the portion-shaped food only in a few dot-shaped parts, so heating in a microwave oven Although it is possible to partially brown the surface, there is a problem that it is difficult to cleanly brown or brown the entire surface of the hamburger steak or the like.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has one mount in which a plurality of flexible holding plates are connected via a folded portion.
A heat-generating sheet for cooking in a microwave oven is attached to the inner surface of at least one of the holding plates when folded back at the folded portion.
At least one of the holding plates to which the heat-generating sheet for cooking in a microwave oven is attached is formed with a heat-generating portion divided into strips by a plurality of slit-shaped cuts.
Provided is a microwave oven heating apparatus comprising a configuration in which a food sandwiched between a plurality of the sandwiching plates is heated by receiving heat generated by the heating sheet for cooking in a microwave oven by irradiation with microwave microwaves. It is a thing.

Then, in the present invention, it is possible that the heat generating portion is provided on each of the holding plates for sandwiching the food.

In the present invention also the base sheet may be assumed to consist of paperboard having a basis weight of 100g / m 2 ~500g / m 2 .

In the present invention, the microwave cooking heat generating sheet may be a basis weight of 100g / m 2 ~500g / m 2 of microwave cooking heat generating sheet.

Further, in the present invention, the heat-generating sheet for cooking in a microwave oven can be formed by providing a metal vapor deposition layer on a plastic film.

According to the present invention, when a portion-shaped food having a variation in thickness and surface texture is cooked in a microwave oven, at least one of the holding plates for sandwiching the food is divided into strips by a plurality of slit-shaped cuts. Since the heat-generating part is formed, the band-shaped heat-generating part is separated from each other and easily comes into contact with the uneven surface of the portion-shaped food. You can get a microwave oven heater that can.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below. Further, in the following, the same reference numerals may be given to equivalent members and the like, and the description thereof may be omitted.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of one form of the microwave oven heating device of the present invention. The microwave oven heating appliance 1 is made by combining a paper-based mount 2 with a heat-generating sheet for cooking in a microwave oven (hereinafter, also simply referred to as a "heating sheet") 3. Further, if necessary, an adhesive layer, a printing layer, a water resistant layer and the like may be provided. The microwave oven heating appliance 1 has two holding plates 4 and 5 that are connected via a folding portion 11 and are folded so as to be spreadable, and the holding plates 4 and 5 that mesh with each other when the holding plates 4 and 5 are folded. It has locking pieces 8 and 9 for locking 5 and side pieces 6 and 7 that bulge in the vertical direction of FIG. 1 from one holding plate 4.

A plurality of slit-shaped cuts 12 are provided at a substantially central portion of the other holding plate 5 with a predetermined length L1 and a predetermined interval L2. The cut 12 is provided so as to penetrate both the mount 2 and the heat generating sheet 3, but does not reach the edge portion of the holding plate 5, so that the portion is separated from each other in a plurality of strip-shaped heat generating portions 13. Is in the formed form. The predetermined length L1 and the predetermined interval L2 may be appropriately set according to the size of the food to be stored together with the sizes of the holding plates 4 and 5, but if the food is, for example, a hamburger of a normal size, L1 is When the thickness is about 100 mm, L2 is about 10 mm, and the number of cuts is about 7, it is preferable because the entire hamburger can be covered by the band-shaped heat generating portion 13.

At this time, if the direction of the cut 12 and the direction of the grain of the mount 2 are substantially matched, the strength of the band-shaped heat generating portion 13 is increased and it is difficult to tear, which is preferable.

Further, in the example of FIG. 1, the heat generating sheet 3 is provided on the entire surface of the mount 2, but it may be provided only on the portion actually used for heating the food, and the shape is divided into predetermined regions. It may be used as a heat generating sheet.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a state in which a portion-shaped food is sandwiched between the microwave oven heaters of FIG. Further, FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a state in which a portion-shaped food is sandwiched between the microwave oven heating appliances of FIG. The portion-shaped food 14 (hamburger in this example) is placed on the surface of one holding plate 4 provided with a heat-generating sheet, and the other holding plate 5 is folded back at the folding portion 11 and overlapped with the food 14, and the locking piece is placed. 9 is engaged with the recess 10 of the locking piece 8 to be locked. The structure for locking is not limited to this, and a known structure such as a structure in which a locking piece is inserted into a slit as shown in FIG. 8 may be appropriately adopted. When cooking in a microwave oven, cook by placing it on a plate 15 as appropriate. At this time, the side pieces 6 and 7 also serve as handles for the microwave oven heating device 1, and if the side pieces 6 and 7 are tilted slightly upward, the gravy and water flowing out of the hamburger can be prevented from spilling.

In the microwave oven heating device 1, in a state where the portion-shaped food 14 is stored, the band-shaped heat generating portion 13 provided on the holding plate 5 can be separated at the cut portion 12, and therefore, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. In addition, the individual heat generating portions 13 tend to follow the uneven surface shape of the food 14. As a result, the heat-generating sheet 3 on the inner surface side of the heat-generating portion 13 is accurately brought into contact with the uneven surface of the food 14, and the uneven surface of the food 14 can be evenly and neatly burnt or browned. It will be possible. Further, at this time, since the individual heat generating portions 13 follow the uneven surface shape of the food 14, the intervals between the cuts 12 are widened, and the steam generated during cooking in the microwave oven is effectively discharged. Therefore, the surface of the heated food can be made more crispy and crispy.

FIG. 4 is a plan view of another form of the microwave oven heater of the present invention. In the embodiment of FIG. 4, slit-shaped cuts 12 are provided on both the holding plates 4 and 5. With such a form, when the same aspect as in FIG. 2 is adopted, the heat generating sheet 3 of the band-shaped heat generating portion 13 is more accurately brought into contact with the surface of the food 14 even on the lower surface side of the food 14. The entire surface of 14 can be made more crispy and crisp. At this time, in consideration of the fact that the lower surface side of the food 14 is liable to be slightly crushed and flattened by its own weight, the space between the cuts 12 of the holding plate 4 on the lower surface side is widened to reduce the number or length. It may be provided by changing the size.

The mount 2 of the microwave oven heating device 1 of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a known paperboard can be used. For example, paperboard such as virgin paper and card paper having a basis weight of 100 to 500 g / m 2 can be used. In addition, oil-resistant paper of the type in which an oil-resistant agent is added to the paper layer can be used. Specifically, a pearl card (260 g / m 2 ) or the like can be exemplified.

When an adhesive layer is provided between the mount 2 and the heat generating sheet 3, for example, a thermoplastic resin capable of heat fusion can be used. Examples thereof include linear low-density polyethylene resin, low-density polyethylene resin, medium-density polyethylene resin, high-density polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, polyethylene terephthalate resin, polybutylene terephthalate resin, methylpentene copolymer, polyamide resin, and polyimide resin. ..

Using these thermoplastic resins, an adhesive layer is continuously formed on a roll-shaped mount 2 by an extruder, which is a known method, and can be laminated with a heat-generating sheet 3 by sand-poly processing. The thickness of the adhesive layer is preferably in the range of 10 to 50 μm.

It can also be laminated via an adhesive. For example, a two-component reaction type polyurethane resin adhesive can be used for laminating using a known laminating method such as a dry laminating method.

As the heat generating sheet 3, a susceptor is preferably used. The susceptor is a film base material provided with a microwave heat generating layer by metal vapor deposition processing, and further provided with an adhesive layer, a protective layer, and the like. As the film base material, as long as it has metal vapor deposition processing suitability and heat resistance in a microwave oven, it is not necessary to limit the type in particular, and it may be selected according to the amount of heat to be generated. Examples thereof include polyethylene terephthalate film, polybutylene terephthalate film, polybutylene 2.6 naphthalate film, polyamide film, and polyimide film. Further, various additives such as an antistatic agent, a lubricant, and an antioxidant may be added to the film. The thickness of the film is not particularly limited, but 6 to 100 μm is desirable in consideration of machining suitability such as metal vapor deposition.

A metal vapor deposition layer can be used as the microwave heating layer. A thin film of vapor deposition such as aluminum, tin, zinc, iron, and copper and a mixed layer of aluminum and aluminum oxide can be considered, but aluminum is preferable because of the problem of calorific value and spark during heating. Aluminum is preferable from the viewpoint of price and productivity. If the thickness of the aluminum vapor deposition is 4 to 50 nm, heat is efficiently generated.

As the susceptor, a commercially available susceptor can be used. Specifically, susceptor # 12 (manufactured by Toppan Printing) and the like can be exemplified.
