また、本実施例によれば、第2防水壁16によって、吹き上げられて通風開口面14を通過した雨水が換気開口32に侵入することを防ぐことができる。
また、本実施例によれば、外壁面12の上端から内方向に延出する第2防水壁16に換気カバー20の位置決め機能を持たせることで換気部材本体10をシンプルな構成にできる。
また、本実施例によれば、第3防水壁17によって、吹き上げられて通風開口面14を通過した雨水が換気開口32に侵入することを防ぐことができる。
また、本実施例によれば、通風路Aを複数に分割する第4防水壁18によって、吹き上げられて通風開口面14を通過した雨水が換気開口32に侵入することを防ぐことができるとともに、換気部材本体10の強度を高めることができる。
また、本実施例によれば、換気カバー20を換気部材本体10に設置した状態では、側面材22の下端が第1防水壁15の下面より下方に位置することで、側面材22の下端から陸屋根面30までの隙間寸法によっては吹き上げられる雨水に対する防水性能を調整でき、換気部材本体10を変更することなく、換気カバー20の調整又は交換によって防水性能を調整できる。
また、本実施例によれば、換気部材本体10の取り付けを、木下地40の上端面43又は内周面44に行うことで、木下地40の外周面41に施す防水材31の防水機能を損なうことがなく、換気カバー20によって換気部材本体10は覆われるとともに、換気カバー20の取り付けを、外壁面12と側面材22とで行うことで、換気部材本体10及び換気カバー20の防水機能を損なうことがない。
